I cannot express how great Amber has been trying to help me find the perfect for us home! I am an hour (behind) time difference, so when Im laying in bed just thinking, changing my mind about this or that or being an anxious homebuyer, I would contact Amber (forgetting about the time being later for her) and she would actually respond and ask questions and then she would follow up with me the very next morning. I did this a couple times and she never once made me feel that I was inconveniencing or annoying her in any way! My fiancé and I were working with Amber to find a home. He was local and I was not. I asked for her to send me listings, she didn t. When I would contact her, her replies were short if she replied, other times she would contact my fiancé not me. She then referred us to use her husbands mortgage company. They then tired to charge us a couple thousand in extra fees. When we called them out on it they tried to raise our interest rate. When things were not upheld in the contract Amber did not help fight for us. From finding our own house to contacting the selling realtor to get things fixed that should have been, Amber did not work for us. We are still fighting to get things fixed. It s especially disappointing because my fiancé had used her before and she came so highly recommended.

Amber went above and beyond to get our house sold! We had a deadline, since we were moving out of state. In less than three weeks, we had a contract on our house!
