Found a big ass hair in my mouth after taking a bite out of my mini burger. Pointed it out to the server and didnt make scene. They said they would take care of it and still charged me the full price of the meal. I guess a I m so sorry was enough in their eyes. I ate there 9/9 around 8pm and sat outside.

Had such an amazing night out with my husband here! We were already sold on the food and the amazing drinks, but what really did it for us was the service we got. Heidi was so friendly and fun and the manager (Maddie, if I recall her name correctly) was absolutely incredible and so helpful! As a service industry professional myself, I love to see a manager who does so much for her staff and a staff who clearly takes pride in their restaurant. We will definitely be back with friends some time soon.

Great place to eat pub food and try many beers and spirits. They had a live duet on Sat. called The Blue Line. They really had the bar grooving and made it super enjoyable. The music really made the experience fun. Their manager is an excellent dancer with cool moves. Go check it out

I recently visited Brass Tap and had an amazing experience! The environment is absolutely fantastic, with a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The highlight for me was definitely their espresso martinis hands down the best Ive ever had, also ask for the bartender Sergio to make it! The rich, smooth flavor combined with just the right amount of kick makes them a must-try. The service was exceptional as well. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Their manager Madi is also great at what she does! Whether youre looking for a place to unwind after work or a spot to kick off a night out, Brass Tap is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend!

Since new management has taken over, this place has really turned around. Service has been improved exponentially, and now when our food comes out, it s right! Betty, Heidi, Madison, etc have done a great job in providing service. The upcoming events we heard about last night, sound really fun, so we will definitely be back! Definitely try the cauliflower crust pizza and the blackened cod tacos. I highly recommend them. Last tidbit patio is dog friendly and they allow service dogs (only) indoors.

Ordered food and drinks during happy hour. The appetizer came out quick, fresh and hot. Our drinks followed shortly. This place is horrible for cleanliness. Let people bring dogs into the main dining area and put their dog bowls out on the floor. The dining area tables are close together and this is disgusting. Despite having a decent patio and laid back indoor seating, the service was utterly horrible. There may have been two servers on a Fri evening at 6pm when its packed with people starting their weekend. It took over 20min to receive our drinks, and I had to get up and ask the bartender to remind our server. They forgot one of the entrées and didnt return, which required another trip to the bartender to track down our server. It looked like a few more servers showed up around 7pm when we were leaving, but the management needs to properly staff for prime hours. Im also guessing they were short staffed in the kitchen as well, compounding the lack of service.

Edited for July 3, 2023.. Stopped by tonight not remembering there were fireworks shows in the area. Bar was packed with lots of folks just ordering Waters... Still, it was like the staff wasnt prepared. Only one of the usual bartenders, and a couple of hard-working waitresses. But there were a couple of guys behind the bar that you could tell where only upper management trying to fill in with no clue what they were doing. I ordered some to-go food, and the order was messed up and missing some items. I have the brisket tacos and head asked for brussels sprouts, but they miss that and put in chips. The chips were extremely stale. This place seems to be going downhill as some of the original staff are not there anymore. Stopped by tonight for beverage. Felt it might have been a little overpriced for a double bourbon, but the friendly bartender made it worth it. Wish I could remember her name.

Ive been to this place a couple times, but I dont think Im coming back again. The business has some pretty scummy practices regarding employees and tips. Talking to staff me and my group found out that they are FORCED to pay out-of-pocket for any mistakes, which is the first red flag for me. (I mean, businesses make all the real money. Come on..) Another time one of my buddies only got a small snack, so he wasnt going to tip through his card, and as he was editing the tip amount the waitress took the pad and said he HAD to tip! He had managed to submit the amount before she took it and she says You know I have to pay for that, right? What?! Another thing is they will hover and watch while you are paying, which is kind of uncomfortable The staff themselves are very friendly in my experience (aside from that one example), so its definitely an establishment issue and not the employees fault. Due to these practices, I do not feel good about supporting an establishment with these policies and will not return.

I got fries, tater tots, and buffalo cauliflower. They made me brussel sprouts instead of buffalo cauliflower for some reason, so I had to wait for them to make the correct dish, which was fine people make mistakes, but my tots and fries sitting there getting uncrispy then it says $4.00 for fries and tater tots, that was $4.50 each, and it shows a side of buffalo cauliflower for $5.00 which Im convinced they gave me the side not the actual side entree that I paid $11.00 for because they didnt even know when I called that there was a more expensive version on their menu, the portion was very small and did not come with any scallions as its described, the fries werent great and tater tots were decent but both also small portions and Im gonna say the same thing I said for your neighbor Thai place, if youre not gonna fill my food container up put it in a smaller container, its very disappointing eating out of a giant clamshell with almost nothing in it. Also, I ordered a small side of guaucamole, and it was $4 but online listed as $2.00. Then they charged .50 per sauce(which is listed) I got free ketchup and ranch sides though woohoo. I paid $27.00 for a very unsatisfying snack. Wouldnt come here again but 2-stars because the employees were polite, and the place itself is nice. What I got to me is worth no more than $16.00 max, and the restaurant would still definitely be profiting off me. Its a shame because I live at The Station too and would be a regular. Disappointing. The Thai soup is the only food I will revisit in our whole shopping strip. Maybe if you enjoy alcohol and bar life, its a better experience, but for food, its a big no for me.

We were there for the happy hour menu and enjoyed the five cheese flat bread and green tea shots. There were a decent selection of well priced items for happy hour food and drinks. Ordered pretzel pieces and got a whole pretzel, so that was fun to share lol. Poblano tacos were yummy. Fries cooked perfectly. Tiffany was our server and took great care of our entire group. Their service to our big group bumped this rating up from a three to a four. Our group went there for music bingo, but were told the ones that put it on didn t show up and that was a big bummer.

The service is terrible. We walked in and were immediately seated, however we waited 15 minutes before we walked right back out because no one came to our table after that. First time at this spot and it did not exceed my expectations! The drinks were expensive and had no liquor in them, the queso and chips were so so. The biggest disappointment was the Blackberry Farm sandwich, it sounded so good but was not. The bread was stale, the bacon burnt, and the Brie minuscule and the blackberry jam was everywhere!! That was literally all you could taste, horrible!! And the the karaoke started and literally could not get out of there fast enough!! My Saturday spot for a casual beer after the gym and Thursdays for karaoke. It has a nice atmosphere, but really the ladies behind the bar and working the floor make this place feel like home. Parking: Plenty of parking. Ive never had an issue even during busy times. Kid-friendliness: I saw a review mention kids arent welcome here which is strange to me. A lot of the waitresses are parents themselves, theres a sand bag game on the lawn for people of all ages to play, and Ive seen 2 kids softball teams arrive and get excellent service the entire time I was there. To criticize this place of not welcoming children is a blatant lie.

Service is hit and miss ... But mostly miss. The bartenders can be right in front of you and ignore you completely until you get their attention. When you ask for things, they act like youre inconveniencing them. Food is good. Drinks are overpriced. The exact same wine is half the price just 10 min down the road. Chill local vibe and great customers.

Service is really bad unless you are a regular. Sat at a table for 20 mins with no one stopping by to check on me. But they regulars near by got 2 rounds without any issues. This is the third time it has happened here. Not sure why I keep coming back cause they obviously dont value anyone besides regulars

Great vibe and an excellent beer selection.Small joint but packs a punch with a romantic outside sitting area.This is a must go to hangout with lively staff and an eclectic clientelle. The DJ was spinning some funky tunes keeping everyone engaged. Food is great- We only tried their dry rub chicken wings with no regrets.They have a vast menu which we will come back and explore! Located right off the freeway, this bar is easily accessible and on top of it all- They are open till 2AM.

We were charged about $30 OVER on our bill. The happy hour prices that are in the menu were not the same prices we were charged. For example, the HH pretzel stared $6 .we were charged $10. Luckily, we asked for an itemized bill and compared what was stated versus what we were charged. We were told that there was no manager on duty for the night and this was her day off and that our best bet would be to just come back another day day . After pleading our case that this was not right, we asked the waitress to cancel the first ticket, ring up items again and edit it until the overall price was what we actually owed. I m sure this doesn t do well with checks and balances at the end of the night and I m wondering how many other tickets were not right, but after drinking with friends and having a good time, would anyone really notice?? I also hope that my credit card was not charged twice .we will see.

Went in with a group of friends the other day and for our first time in our server Shay made it feel like a second home. Gave us lots of recommendations and saved us a couple bucks by recommending getting a bucket of beer. Will be back the next time we are in the area.
