My friend told me about this place and I liked it for my first experience. A young girl attended me and she recommended I try the pupusa trio since it s one of their popular dishes. It came with three pupusa which all of mine had beans and cheese with a side of rice and beans with cabbages. The food was flavorful as for the chips, they were fresh and a bit of salt sprinkled on them. The girl was nice and didn t bother too much like most waiters would. Will be coming back!

el pulgarcito de america #2 It was our first time going there and our experience was professional at all, they took bout 30 minutes to take our drink order, then another 15-30 minutes to take our order.. the hamburger came with queso sauce not slice cheese they put mayo on which wasnt on the menu or details of the burger when ask to replace the burger because i have a person allergic to mayo she got an attitude and said next time we need say something if on the menu it dont say it comes with mayo all they did was replaced the buns n veggies make us take the patty out the other burger didnt even give the bacon.. they never came to refill our drinks or really check on us.. rushed us out with to go boxes.. very upsetting!!! The burgers were not great at all i had 3 people order burgers noone ate there, i order 6 seafood soup it was delicious and pupadas but we wont be going back!!

I worked in restaurants for a good portion of my life so I can be very understanding about many things, but I got my limits. I ordered 2 Canasada and 1 bean and cheese. I was patient with the dirty and cultured restaurant and the slow ungroomed staff with messy hair and jogging pants. But when I got home and tried to chew my first bite of meat in my burrito the meat was so chewy and tough. Like they it was low quality meat or put together quickly, I took one bite and spit it out and tossed it in the trash. Would have been better off going to Taco bell.

This is an authentic place that has the best aroma of spices in the air I have ever had the pleasure of walking into created by awesome Wait staff that make you feel right at home. They are attentive and make sure that food is to your liking and exactly how you want it. This is a quaint place that is not overcrowded and not noisy. I have enjoyed A little bit of everything from each section of the menu of the times that I have been there. Be prepared to have consistent, well seasoned and healthy portions. You definitely want to start off with theyre perfectly paired appetizer plates while you relax and enjoy good conversation with friends and family. The all the plates are amazing, tasty and very filling reminding me of my granny and how she used to make sure I had plenty and that I was full. A place with great perfectly cooked foods, Loroco Flower was divine. T h e Salvadorian cream pairs exquisitely with the plantains and has a special place in my heart. I always need a to-go box because the plates are so well portioned that I always make it a snack for later, reliving the experience all over again. The whole place is clean and sanitized making this a cozy hidden gem and a place to get away from overcrowding and noise leaving you to enjoy yourselves and the food. Parking: I would say a little tight So you may have to get creative.

Four stars to the owner, who is from El Salvador but knows how to make Mexican barbacoa!- That is precisely the spirit of my brothers and sisters from El Salvador-if they do not know how to do something, they will learn and make it even better! The barbacoa plate has plenty of food. This is the first time I have seen barbacoa served with rice, beans, and salad, but that is fine. The tortillas are handmade, fresh, and made in Central American style (smaller and thicker than Mexican tortillas). Next time I will try their pupusas which many people have recommended.

Extremely disappointing when we walked into the doors here. The heat was overwhelming because there was no AC. They made attempts to make it as comfortable as possible with huge fans but it was just to hot. We asked if they had at least a window unit in a room somewhere but they said nope , it is what it is . We left before we ever sat down. I heard the food was good but I can t say anything good.

Food was filling and it was a large amount, can definitelyturn in to 2 meals. I got the big burrito and on an empty stomach could only finish half. Food was very flavorful. I had to remind the server about the complementary nachos and salsa, however when i did receive them they were hot and fresh. Family owned mom and pops location. Inside isnt up scale so if looking for a place for social media content outside of the food this is not the place. Would recommend to any if hungry and your sole concern is good food.

From the outside this place looks a bit rough but it had decent service. Kinda felt like home. The appetizer was great but as the meal went on it wasn t as good as I had expected. Searched this place for a quick bite to eat on the road versus gas station food. I love little while in the wall places, but when I pulled up the building does not look inviting. Staff was fine, nothing superb to note as it was younger kids but that was fine. Food wasn t anything to rave about. Nothing terrible or great. My comment to the family was it was better than the gas station food and truly it was. But I think the current 4.5 star rating is reaching. I was surprised at pricing. We ordered two sprites that totaled nearly $8. Wow. And no refill. The fountain drinks we waaayyyy too syruped and they were flat.

A delicious combination of traditional El Salvadoran and Mexican dishes. The hot sauce was fantastic and served with fresh warm chips. My family immediately devoured it. We also had the pastelitos, they were served with a vinegar seasoned cabbage. The grilled tilapia, Goliath burrito and pupusas (sort of a corn masa filled with your choice of ingredients) were yummy! So much food, we had to get to go boxes. We will definitely be back!!

The service was really gr8. I asked about their Asada Fries and was interested in getting them witch chicken instead of beef. The guy taking my order wasnt too sure, so he asked the cooks and to my surprise they said sure. They did a really good job. The chicken was juicy and tender. Cooked to perfection. They put grilled onions and bell peppers along with the refried beans and cheese onto of the fries. The guacamole and pico de gallio came on the side with salsa. Mui mui bueno (very very good). I suggest u try this place if u want to try something new and different.

Tried and loved it! Service was awesome, felt right at home, and they worked around a picky eater! Food was delicious, cant wait to go back! Try the plantains! They are delicious!

I normally never have a problem I love the food ! I m always there ! But I went to get a sweet tea from here today and the water tasted like mop water and I took one drink to taste it because it s habit and it wasn t good at all so I wanted to change it but when I went in the young girl was trying to make me pay for a whole other drink because I already drank from my cup . Im upset because something as simple as a drink couldn t have been switched out or paid the difference for their mistake ! So I lost out on a drink that I literally barely had bought didn t even leave the parking lot yet and took one drink and wanted to changed and they wouldn t let me.

It was ok food wise what made our visit good was the friendly waitress. She kept forgetting things but it didnt matter because she was genuinely nice. Salsa is good but the chips were too thick and oily. Rest of the food was good. You can get fresh tortillas here too.
