Ordered on too good to go and they cancelled the order in the middle of the pickup window after I had already driven to the restaurant. Cancelling an order is fine but doing so before the pickup window would prevent people from unnecessarily wasting time to drive to the restaurant. Its unclear to me if this is a tactic to bring people to the restaurant in hopes theyll buy something else since the original order is cancelled.

OMG!!! This is the best Venezuela food we live in Houston, we were walking in Dallas and we decided to eat a delicious Venezuelan food. And this place has surprised us with the deliciousness of its cuisine. It is incredible, the quality of the food, the portions are very very good, the flavor is great, you literally transport yourself to Venezuela. I recommend it with my eyes closed. If you are in Dallas PLEASE eat at Pranzo!

I love Pranzo food. It is ideal for people who love to eat delicious but healthy and balanced at the same time, and also for those who do not have much time to cook in their daily lives. The service is great and meals are made with very high quality ingredients, very good flavor and a they have a lot of variety. I recommend them to everyone.

The best Venezuelan or dare I say best Latin food in all of DFW. The burgers brought long lost memories; an exact replica of what one would find in the streets of Maracaibo. My father had the seafood empanadas and he was left speechless. I will definitely be coming back. 100/100

Great venezuelan food, I ordered the empanadas, hamburger, and pepito and everything was really good.. I loved the hamburger because it reminded a lot me what I use to get in Venezuela, and they season the meat themselves!

Amazing Venezuelan arepas- a rarity in the DFW area. Picked up two arepa specials this morning for breakfast- two chicken and two beef. The chicken arepas were excellent, but the beef arepas were AMAZING. Steakhouse quality meat.
