I m an investor and have been using them for years. Always helpful, and knowledgeable. Great for problem houses that may need additional items to close. Brandi is my Escrow agent. World class customer service. Morgan at the front desk is the best. I would definitely recommend them. The location in Sunnyvale is my go to place.
