Absolutely horribly mismanaged and poorly-run location. Pizza took more than double the estimated wait time. Staff was cold and off putting. The apparent manager (pictured below) told employees he didn t care about the phones right now and let them ring incessantly. We all were waiting extensively in the lobby for our food. Extremely poor customer service, and an awful Domino s location. Not once was any employee seen washing hands either. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Ordered a NY Style pepperoni for nieces hangout. Got halfway to the destination when she realized it was a regular hand tossed pizza. Also, the brookies (her favorite) were flatter than the thun crust pizza. She was devastated. I called the store, and the guy that picked up all but accused me of lying simply because I did not have the time to double back and wait for them to remedy their mistake. I will not be returning to this location. The Papa Johns closer to us will be our go-to for the foreseeable future

Dominos has a 50% off special with 3 Topping. We ordered 2 online pizzas, and when I got home it was 2 solid cheese pizzas. I advise everyone to check your order before leaving the store at Dominos. They also dont wear gloves when they prepare your pizza.

Im not sure if everyone was just having a fantastic day, but our pizza was so good!!! Fresh, generously topped, cooked to freaking perfection! My daughter and I peeked inside the pizza box before l started the drive back home and after seeing them we couldnt WAIT to sink our teeth into em. Noah was super friendly during the payment process as well! Weve had some really terrible experiences with different locations so were always kind of wary, but this location and the staff last night was on their A game!!! We needed that! Well definitely be back....no pressure to keep up the AMAZING work or anything though lol ;) THANKS! You guys rock!

I just moved to the area and have generally always ordered pizza from Dominos but that stops today. The service from this store is atrocious. My first-time ordering, the driver just no showed me. We gave it a second try and the manager Angel cancelled my completed order because they ran out of 2liter Diet Coke and he refused to substitute with 20oz bottles. He was out of line in the way that he talked to me and ultimately hung up on me and cancelled my order. I guess the team wanted a couple of free pizzas and cheese bread to eat for lunch. Ive taken my complaint to Dominos corporate and will never order from this location again. Not that they care.

This has to be the worst Dominos location. The car side delivery is a rip off as they stop the timer and then take their sweet time to get your order out. When they do bring your pizza they don t bother to utter a word, not a hello, here s your order or a simple thank you. Customer service is dead and this is especially true here at this location.

Sadly to say, I was disappointed with my last order. Should ve taken a picture of the pizza, but I ordered extra cheese and it was like there was even less cheese than normal amount. Before, I ordered extra cheese, I got the amount of regular. Now, it was just bread with little toppings. I mean I ordered extra, paid for extra, and this is what I get. The pizzas I get from this location are usually acceptable, and once in a while even great. I know it s not always the same people making them, but it can be better. Update: Came back after a while to give another chance here and my pizzas are so much better now! Thank you!

I just had a horrible experience at this location. I call the store to report a issue with my order and when I called I ask to speak with the manager about my order and the Person on the phone said, yes I m the manager I was like can I have your name and he didn t want to give me his name. I suddenly feel odd and unsure why that happens but it made me feel like i didn t want to tell him about my problem. Just didn t feel welcome at all for you not to tell me your name. When I asked him, who he worked for and he told me the general manager was Rebecca and he could not have her call me or contact me and I could not contact her!! I believe this store needs a new manager and new general manager and VANESSA, DEFINITELY NEEDS TO FIND A JOB, SHE CAN HANDLE!! She is over hiring the staff. I feel sorry for the new hires. I was told the last two times that my husband picked up the orders that we were to get three dollars off!! I will be contacting corporate in the morning by phone and I will be contacting the media to let them know that this store is a piece of trash. My experience was okay until it was time for me to leave. I noticed the older man that checked me out had on gloves and I paid in cash. After my transaction I noticed he returned to the pizza dough. I motioned to the other employee and asked was he not going to change out his gloves. I left feeling grossed out and even more cringy today. Seems like this place has been slipping recently. Earlier in 2021 and for the previous year, this was a weekly routine to get pizza here. Then i started noticing skimpy toppings, especially when you order extra on something. It s like they would blatantly give less to make a point. Then I would always ask for red pepper and cheese, as they usually would offer. I asked one day and the employee didn t even want to answer me. Just said we don t have any. Then I asked the next time.Same answer. Not sorry, we no longer offer those for free, would like to purchase some? Gladly would have had the customer service been given. I go to Marcos now. Slightly more expensive, but fast service and good pizza overall. Plus this location stopped participating in the good national coupons. Little things count. Fix em.

Ordered from the Rowlett Dominos. It is about 40 min after the expected delivery time and still no delivery. The web site says the pizza came out of the oven an hour ago and has shown no updates since. I called a half hour ago and was told the delivery driver had the pizza and would deliver it shortly. When I called back just now they said they were just taking the pizza out of the oven and had no explanation for the website or what I had been told in the previous phone call. I dont know whether we will get the pizza at all but regardless there has been no offer of compensation for the ridiculous handling of this.

I waited patiently for an hour and a half after ordering online and when I called in to check on my delivery I was told it would be another hour or so. The phone operator was polite and knew who I was via caller ID that I guess links up to my order.. I understand the difficulty of employee retention right now, but how hard is it to make a call in advance if you re having this hard of a time? I m sitting at home with two toddlers and a newborn by myself and the only option I have to get my order is to load everyone up and come retrieve it myself. Garbage. We ll cancel your order and you ll see a refund on your card in 3-5 days.

Erick prepared our food to perfection and Eddie (I believe that was his name) had no trouble finding our semi parked behind the plaza we were delivering to. We ALWAYS have trouble getting food delivered since we usually aren t at an actual address and the delivery instructions are usually ignored, but Eddie was a CHAMP! He was very kind and friendly, and I ll be getting in contact with Corporate to pass this on. It s tough finding good workers in these times, but Erick and Eddie are superstars! I appreciate them so very much!

Pizza is never on time and is cold. Regularly takes an hour and a half for delivery. Consistently leaves out dipping sauces. Save yourself some time and anger and order from anywhere else

I love Domino s Pizza, I always have! But these days Dominos pizza has been such a disappointment. Every time I order, I have to wonder am I gonna get an order in an hour or could it be hours? Sometimes it s an hour and a half, and other times I have to call 2 1/2 hours later just to find out they had to remake my pizza. They keep sending me emails (5 in the past two months considering we order every Monday) that are intended to be apology letters with coupons attached, but the coupons never are a good deal. The pizzas that I m ordering already come with the coupon code online that is 10 times better, so why would I even order with the emailed coupon if it s less than what I m going to get as advertised to everyone else in the world? This my friend, is our official breakup.....Papa John s here I come!

We order from this store at least once a week for the last several years. They used to be great. But the last few months, according to the app, our pizza would be out of the oven for 45-60+ minutes before it would be out for delivery. I wouldn t mind so much a wait- but knowing the pizza is out of the oven and just sitting there for so long is not right. Then our pizzas arrive barely warm. Hire more delivery people if need be. It s getting ridiculous.

Terrible service. Placed a order for delivery the tracker stated it would be out in 30-35min. Waited for over an hour and still nothing. I called and the lady stated orders where taking over an hour to a hour and half for deliveries. I went ahead and canceled my order and she didnt even seem to care.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Walked in and did not get acknowledged or greeted. When the pizza came out, I asked for condiments and was told very rudely that they didn t have any. This is not the first time we ve had issues at this location. There was also a man there who seemed to be one of the employees friends who was NOT wearing a face mask as he stood there and chit chatted with them. Will not be returning to this location.

The philly sandwich is our new fav. We both have been enjoying the pasta dishes and the brownie is pretty good too. Only the third time we have ordered for Dominoes because we have been using Papa Johns for many years. Looks like Dominoes in our new go to for Pizza and others. 10-10-2020- Had to add some new info. Tried the Pan pizza today for the first time. Excellent. They do not skimp on the toppings and was done just right.

Their contactless service is not working. We pulled up, checked into the app, put on our 4ways as did another customer. Waited 10minutes... Nothing. Employees ignored the cars getting contactless pizza. Eventually we went in. Even got the pizza for the other customers waiting in their cars and delivered it to them.
