The staff was so understanding, I needed them to cook a solo pizza away from others during their buffet. My partner is allergic to mushrooms and I asked them to cook a pepperoni by itself and place it away from everything. They were very accommodating.

My sons 4th Birthday party was a HUGE success thanks to our wonderful party host JESSE!!! I usually stress and get overwhelmed when doing parties but he made everything go so smoothly. He was super attentive, in such great spirit, and overall wonderful. He was truly God sent! Now any time that I plan a birthday at PPP I need to have it at the Guadalupe location and I need him to be my host

Today 12/15/2023 Im heart broken to say that after being a peter piper pizza family member for more than 20 years. I would no longer be able to visit Guadalupe location due to a horrible behavior of the manager in charge Gustavo. Who refuse to give me the pizza i just order for my daughter who was waiting for me at home hungry. Then for no reason he canceled my order and accused me of taking a pic of him, not happy with that he called the police on me and make the police to kick me out of the restaurant. On the 20 plus years of being a ppp family member and celebrated all my kids birthdays every year. Ive never experienced any situation like this, it was horrible and humiliated, Certainly not the type of customer service i was used to in this locationon in pass years, this manager if you can called him that, certainly feel entitled to treat any person the way he wants. By the way this is the picture I took of him. You all clearly can see that the picture aim to the card deals menu.

I always make my sons birthday party here. Must say I absolutely LOVE IT!!! The managers and staff went above and beyond to make my sons party run smoothly. I had only calculated about 40 some adults maybe 60 children...we ended up having over 150 people!!!! The staff was so attentive starting adding extra tables cleaning up areas to make more room for my guests. Hands Down to the Peter Piper Staff on Guadalupe!!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!!!! If you re planning on throwing birthday parties at the Guadalupe location, I HIGHLY recommend you do not. San Dario or zapata is the better choice. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Super unprofessional. Booked a party MONTH ahead had no issues. DAY OF the party they let us know they cannot provide the services that we re paid for. Once there we were basically forced to move. This is the worst location ever.

I reserved a party package for a birthday party. As soon as i arrived the manager came over and complained and told me to remove the candy bags that i placed on the table.(even though the rules clearly permit it) Guests started arriving and the server did a very poor job. She wouldnt supply cups to people arriving. I told her if she can just ask everyone what pizzas they want but she refused. It was chaotic and the server wouldnt act like a server. I was basically the server. Then the restaurant was very hot. The manager claimed that the a/c wasnt working.(not true). We also then quickly ran out of seating area. I wasnt reserved enough space for the amount of people i told them would arrive. The manager didnt really help at all, just saying that theres nothing that he can do. At this point the manager and waitress appeared to be working against us. And finally, the party package that i purchased came with 10 ice creams. But the ice cream machine was not working. I was not offered an alternative desert nor a refund for this. I did not even bother to complain about it at this point. Id advise people to go elsewhere for a kids party. The staff are incompetent and dont care at all. So disappointed.

I usually like this Peter Piper on Guadalupe. However, this time their was no deals. Everything was way over priced. I spent $20 on just an extra large pepperoni pizza. Which was burned with hardly any cheese. And very dirty bathrooms. I dont see anyone sanitizing the games. Very disappointed.
