I had a lot of Amazon packages to return and while her co-worker was not as eager to help me and presented a bit of an attitude/ Diane stepped right in and took over assisting me. We always use this Grapevine location. Today Alex was extremely helpful!!! We had an oversized/odd sized item that had to be shipped and he did everything to make sure we were able to get it package safely and securely to make sure we would receive our refund for a malfunctioning and dangerous product that still needed to be returned in a like new condition. Ladies! Do not go to this store. I went to the store yesterday at 7pm. The guy working there had a very misogynistic attitude. I had to ship my item and he was speaking very rudely to me and ignoring whatever I was saying. He was only trying to speak to my boyfriend. I was asking him questions related to shipping and it s his job to guide me whenever I can t understand something like that doesn t make me a dumb person but his attitude with not speaking to me but only with my boyfriend was very disrespectful.

Diana or Jalen help me the most and are absolutely fantastic, but the whole staff is so friendly and helpful. I frequent that store because I ship a lot. They always greet everyone that walks in with a smile, a hello and chat with you like you re a friend not just a face. They work very fast and you never have to wait long. What I love the most is they all work together. If someone is helping a customer someone else comes out to back them up and they work in such an efficient way. No one is sitting around while others work. Total teamwork! Great staff, easy location and always a fast and friendly experience. Great job!

If you care about what you are shipping and it needs special attention. This UPS store 4857 is the place to go!! I found them to go beyond that extra step. I spoke with Jose and he could not have been nicer or caring. I ship valuable glass and I knew as soon as I spoke to him I had picked the right place. He listens and gives great advice. After I get off work, this is the closest location to me to drop off my Amazon returns. I needed to send a package with Urgency due to a Time constrain. Mr. Jose gave me all the options he had available. He assisted me in choosing the best available courier option to meet the Deadline. If you want expensive boxes to magically disappear without a trace then this is the store for you!! Employees do not tape boxes in front of you, supposedly they take them to the back... hmm sounds fishy. Nothing will appear on your tracking even though your told a driver picked it up. And then surprise!!! Your box is now lost in the galaxy as if you never paid to ship and add insurance to it. I wouldn t recommend shipping from the store at all.

Staff is so helpful! We had technicians drop off boxes and one was WAY over the limit. Clark spoke with me and got the boxes re-boxed, receipt sent and tracking sent to me within minutes so it could go out. So helpful!! If i lived in that area I would use nothing but this location.
