The store is well stocked and everyone there is very friendly and helpful. You can ask the staff their opinions and they will gladly tell you what they like and why. The store is clean and the prices are very good. Got a big bottle of Four Roses for $20.99 which was incredible.

Above and beyond awesome customer service! I called to check on stock of an item, but it was out of stock. Ive already had some difficulty finding said item, so that was no surprise. What was a surprise, is the call I got a bit later, from the store. They found what I was searching for and then made the effort to contact me and let me know they had it! Someone actually cared enough to go above and beyond and I appreciate it so much!! I feel terrible that his name escapes me as Im writing this, but he knows who he is! It could of been left at out of stock and Id of been none the wiser. He took the initiative to go look in the stockroom, surprisingly found my item, and then he found my digits in caller id and BAM! Im a happy girl! Thank you!

Been shopping with these guys for years since before they opened this location in Rowlett. Always have a great selection of drinks and gift boxes. The ladies here are great to talk to and give recommendations. Some dudes here lack a bit of personality when it comes to responding when asked for recommendations or asked general knowledge questions. Overall still good place to shop for spirits.

It is pretty self-explanatory. When checking out, all depends on whos the cashier is if its welcoming. I had a rude guy check me out before. Im not sure if he was having a bad day, but Ive learned to ignore certain behaviors. The prices are not as cheap as some other places Ive been, but the location is closer.

Great Selection! The variety of Crown Royal and Johhnie Walker is outstanding! The manager is so kind every time I m in store, this has become my favorite place to shop all things beer/wine/liquor. I am a huge fan of the terramana tequila and the manager noticed this and allowed me to take home a life size cardboard cutout of The Rock!!!! What a wonderful lady and a wonderful store. 10/10

They have sell prices On Mccallums 12 year scotch $ 58.99 its marked as a sale item advertisement , you get to the register $ 69.99, and the woman or so called manager. Trys to sale it to me at $65.99. Said she cant do it at that price and pulls the UPC code bar off the shelf and says this is the price. She should honor what it says ! I had no idea Beverage Depot existed! Yesterday, I visited store #4 in Rowlett, TX and I must say what an experience and a positive one, indeed!! The store is very clean and organized. Beverage Depot has the lowest prices in town. Better than Specs and GoodyGoody! They have everything you need and will probably be 2-3 dollars cheaper than Specs and GoodyGoody. The manager Moji is very helpful and kind. They have the best customer service. If they don t have the item they will special order for you. I wanted some foreign beer and they got it in stock the next week. I will only shop here.
