The manager Isabel was very rude and unprofessional, she lied about available items on the menu just because she wanted to close the store. And I saw a roach crawling on the soda machines and I would ve told them if she didn t slam the window in my face. Will not be coming here again. Go to any other location.

I think this place has a bug problem I had three dead fly like bugs dead on my sandwich which I have posted a picture of it on here upon the review I should have known something was going to be wrong with the sandwich just from the ordering experience the man at the window got very impatient with me and snatched the window open and said what when I just simply wanted some kitchen so needless to say this place should be shut down very soon with those types of services and attitude from employees this place never should make food for any population this was supposed to be their new fiery menu chicken sandwich and as you can tell the vegetables look horrible and there is three to four dead fly looking bugs on the sandwich

Always love Burger King, all the breakfast sandwiches and the small burgers are just the right size/amount for us Seniors. We always get hot and fresh tator tots/fresh fries. We visit at least one a week, too. Parking: With the pandemic and our health issues, we have opted to pick up our order and picnic in our vehicle, works for us!!

Not a good experience. The drive thru individual failed to inform us that they were out of ice before placing our order. When at the window they gave us a drink without ice, which isnt terrible, but at least let us know beforehand. After giving us the order we were told about the ice. There were two orders of fries only one was filled. We thought they were in the bottom of the bag....not there. We paid for two fries and only received one full and a second with a trace at the bottom of the container. Lastly, my fish sandwich or at least thats what it was supposed to be. The fish was so dry it was rubbery and inedible. I dont like fast food but will try it on occasion during travel. This experience gives the hard-working fast food industry a bad name.

Im a big fan of BK but unfortunately the morning service in this store deserves a low score. With only one car in front of me, it took almost ten minutes to get my order. For those of us in a rush to get to work on the morning, this is s big no-no. To give you guys a comparison, I saw 4 cars exit the drive thru at the McDonalds across the street. Will definitely not come here for breakfast when in a rush. Otherwise, the food was great and the staff was friendly.
