I ve never been treated with more disrespect and faux incompetence than by the store manager tonight. Quite frankly, I felt targeted because of my race. I heard the staff refer to me as chino . I cannot figure a single other reason for the hoops he made jump through just to get my food. Ok, so I made a mobile order and saw that curbside was closed but not counter pick-up. Order went through, App says I can no longer cancel. I walked in, waited about 10mins until I saw my order was ready. I asked about my order, store manager says store s closed now, you have to go through the drive-thru to get the food. Why wouldnt he just hand my food to me when I was already standing right in front of him? So I told him to cancel my order, I dont want food made by somebody who clearly has a problem with me/asians. Anyways, I got home and found out I was still charged. I know McDonalds is known for low quality, but this is a new low. Shame on this establishment.

Absolutely the WORST MCDONALDS I VE BEEN TOO (I m 58 yrs old) The food was cold and stale and get this one .. fries were way over cooked!! YES the number one reason why we all go to McDonald s!! Oh did I mention the staff including manger was so rude!!! I questioned where my 3rd drink was being I ordered 3-meals!! I literally had to get ugly myself because they disputed I had originally ordered it until I pulled the receipt!! Attitude changed but to late. Drove off furious took one sip of my COKE - I tasted a hint of cherry! I know for a fact the manager fixed my drink!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!!! As a big company I know, yall have the data to know what hours are busy and not busy . So I pull, not busy . So I ordered large very thing so they dont look at me crazy when I ask for fresh food . 20 nuggets and large fries. Manager says fresh nuggets please . Worker response they just came out 5 minutes ago. Im McDonalds terms thats probably ten . So cold nuggets a few burn ones as well. Same for fries, they had to be sitting there for a minute and they were brown as hell . Someone doesnt want to change the grease . Please take your prices down if this is acceptable. I shouldnt have to use my air fryer.

The girls at the window on Tuesday 6/4 at around 4:45-5:45pm were not very pleasant. They seemed bothered by the need to help a customer; myself and husband at the window. I had asked the lady at the second window which was a Dr Pepper and which was the Diet Coke because the buttons were not selected on the lid; she then rolled her eyes and said she didn t know. Then when I opened the ordered meals my Deluxe Spicy McCrispy it was a total mess! The amount of lettuce was overflowing and very little sauce in it. My husbands spicy McChickens were the same. After a long day at the ER near by; you would think maybe having a more pleasant and enjoyable meal. This was not the case.

Someone needs to teach them to listen, to understand what customer is asking for, basic knowledge about their menu, and other basic customer service skills. They dont care. Food is horrible. This McDonalds is weird. We went at like 8 PM, no line. The employee took the order but she sounded like she hated life. When we got to the window she looked at us with a dead stare like we stole her lunch money lol. We paid and thought ok that was strange. Got to the next window to get the food, the next girl was exactly the same just such a miserable look. Handed us the food and slammed the window shut. I looked inside and literally everyone had such a miserable look on their faces. The food was cold, and they didn t put any sauce in the happy meals. McDonalds is McDonald s but jeez this one was horrible. The employees must really not like their jobs.

Made an online order.. guess they never received it, which I clearly showed then my order on my phone. As I was telling the manager what was goin on all he was doin was smiling as if it was funny that Im in a rush for lunch and was confused as to why the app wasnt working or even trying to find a qy to help me or even try fix the problem. I ve had a few issues at this McDonald s location in regards to order taking. Employees taking orders are more worried about their phones than actually taking orders. I ve also noticed not one employee will actually say hello. Not one person in the whole store has any table side manners. Once you give them money you get a blank stare. It worries me to see that this is the world we live in. It reminds me of the movie idiocracy. Not to mention they hire people who don t know basic McDonald s language like French fries or milk shake. Even the Managers lack basic people skills. They would rather point and jabber to the unskilled workers how to fix issues or translate. All that aside a hello & thank you goes a long way

I am here visiting and stop for an ice coffee every morning. The young cashiers are so rude, no smiles, no friendly greeting, nothing pleasant about their service. One day they overcharged me and called the female manager who made the correction looking very disturbed, bothered and not even an apology or say sorry for the inconvenience. I noticed its never busy here and now I see why. The people at the delivery window have been more friendly and customer service oriented. I think the general manager needs to review the staff and encourage positive customer service or make changes to staff. This is the closest mcdonalds to where I am visiting otherwise I would go to a different location.

This place should be closed down. I have a friend allergic to onions and EVERY time I order a double cheese plain or with no onion they split the Patties into two where the cheese goes, and add onions to hide it. They can KILL somebody. So I stopped ordering cheeseburgers, I ordered fries, politely requested they be fresh for them to refry the old fries and hand them out the window. (Ive worked in fast food 10 years) I know how simple it is to grab a basket and make a fresh drop, the manager came to me and said he can REDROP my same fries but theyre gonna be more brown. I asked if he could drop me a fresh batch, he shook his fat head and said no. He did refund me the money so I guess he had SOMETHING proper training. Had the worst service experience i had on any fast food chain restaurant. Ordered through the screen computer and one of my combos i had it as a double meat order. They didnt put it in, and i, without leaving the counter, checked the order (which was a large order for 4 people). I told them about it. Their response is that the burger doesnt come with as a double, and it is impossible to make it a double (really!!!! Thats your answer) To my surprise, when i asked to speak to the manager, it was the lady fighting me for this simple request. She shouldnt be a mananger of any kind of place. She was rude, raised her voice, and was lying about the fact that its impossible to turn a burger from single to a double patty, which should have been an extremely easy fix. The managers name is Angelica and is making this restaurant impossible to go.

This is a nice McDonalds with a fairly fancy seating area. I ordered food at the drive thru for five, and they did forget one item but had it ready to go as soon as I went inside to inquire about it. Abysmal customer service. I encountered a glaring issue with their app, which failed to honor a simple dollar fry offer. Instead of receiving immediate assistance and acknowledgment of their app s malfunction, I was dismissively told that I was out of luck. It took an excessive amount of pleading and explanation to the manager, highlighting the app s failure, before begrudgingly, one reward item was honored. Lack of customer care and refusal to take responsibility for their technical shortcomings is unacceptable.

The attention is terrible and the supervisor ANGELICA does not know how to solve problems, she does not understand what customer service is and she speaks by moving her shoulders or her face or eyes, demonstrating her annoyance in solving a problem. and she laughs when I explained to her that if they made a mistake in giving me an extra glass, I didnt know they hadnt charged for it and it was better for her to pay for it and obey the cashier who came up in front of my son to tell me to throw the glass away. drink in the trash or I made the payment with the attitude that something had been stolen from him and my son said we didnt pay mommy wow because of her mistake and I told him ok Im not going to pay for it and he said ok throw it in the trash... the most logical thing and ethical is that if they have already made a mistake, the drink is already in a glass or they have already eaten a meal that they gave an extra example and if this happens by mistake, they should be careful to do their job well and not treat the customer improperly and in front of a child and other customers make such a ridiculous show. It should be noted that this McDonald s has refillable drinks and it was not necessary for Angelica and the cashier to act in such a marginal way.

A very nice place. You cannot see it from the street because of the woods. A large parking lot and easy to park. The employees are very friendly and nice. The floor was clean and the tables were clean. It has a feeling like youre in the woods with the woods surrounding the parking lot. My order was quick and I did have a coupon. I use the McDonalds app to get the coupon. You should also get the app and get the coupon. Food came out fast and it was hot. It tasted very good. I enjoyed this very much. I have been here before and will come back again. I recommend this highly to anyone. Right next door there is a Burger King. On the other side there is a Walgreens. A Burger King is closed and a velvet taco opened in its location. Some nice parks in the area if youd like to take your food and eat outside. Try it youll like it.

The manager here is unprofessional and frankly just stupid. I asked for the $3.50 6 piece nuggets bundle, and was charged $3.49+ tax so I questioned the employee at pickup window since I didn t receive my fries. She didn t understand what I was saying so she went to get her manager, whom I then asked if I could have my fries, since I paid $3.50 (bundle price) and my receipt even said 6 piece nuggets. She argued with me that I paid only for the nuggets, and said the bundle is more than $3.50 because of tax. I asked again, how it is that I was charged for the bundle and paid that price, since the signs and all menus I can find say it is $3.50 for nuggets and a small fry. Eventually this lady just said I can t have the fries because it s not stated on the receipt, even though I asked for the bundle so that would technically be their employees mistake. Also I didn t even receive any sauces that I had asked for AND WERE ON MY RECEIPT, and my other items were made wrong. I asked for no pickles due to an ALLERGY and they left them on. Overall just disgusting and disappointed in the experience.

Felt sorry for the young man taking orders at the drive through. He obviously couldnt under my English and I couldnt understand his heavily accented English. This location is regularly slow and sloppy. I have had to leave the drive through line more than once AFTER ordering due to the order time. The only reason this McDonalds seems to do well is because of its location. The staff is poorly managed and cant handle more than 3 orders at a time, before every goes to hell with wait time. If it is lunch time or your break, skip this McDonalds and hit the Sonic on the next corner. Same time, better experience.. and probably better food.

I feel so sorry for the lady working here. These two teens are banned and kept coming in when asked to leave and just kept messing with the staff here. Even placing mobile orders and sneaking back in... If these are your kids you should be ashamed. They ruined the whole atmosphere and have zero respect for other people. Digusting.
