Hat Creek has always been spot on with Friendliest employees, food from breakfast platter and tacos. The burgers are very good, if you are eating in the healthier side the paleo bowl is great. I always love coming to Hat Creek. The staff is always so friendly, the orders are always correct, it is always DELICIOUS and I think they have the best Gluten Free options for fast food, hands down! The fried chicken isn t just good for gluten free fried chicken, it s good as fried chicken as a whole! The ingredients always taste fresh and it is just a consistently good experience. 100000/10! Dietary restrictions: Almost everything can be made gluten free, and the fried chicken comes gluten free as a default! That s right, no upcharge!

Hat Creek, yall ruined my lunch today with this smashed and burnt bun burger. Just look at the pictures. My burger looks nothing like the picture on the card and it tasted awful! Burnt and soggy buns and I couldnt even taste the fried pickles, just taste like regular pickles. The buns were so soggy, I threw my burger away and left hungry. Horrible burger place thats worse than McDonalds!

Edit: I came back the next day to try a gluten free fried chicken sandwich. There are nearly no words to express how delicious and nostalgic this was for me. Any Celiacs out there should make a trip here just for the chicken sandwich! This was my first time eating at Hat Creek as Im from out of town and I was totally impressed. I have Celiac and require a strict gluten free diet so this was an extra special treat. The last time I had chicken nuggets or fried pickles eating out was before being diagnosed in the 90s. My gluten-eating family felt the food was incredible regardless of it being gluten free. Me, I was totally blown away! I wish I lived near one. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent too. If I could give more than five stars, I totally would. Thanks, Hat Creek! You made my day, week, and month! So good. Its the only fast food that has real gluten free options and mean it. Im not celiac but ultra sensitive to gluten. Ive never had an issue here. They even have a GF FRIED chicken sandwich. I went here for National Cheeseburger Day. The cheeseburger I got was really good, but the fries are just blah. When this location first opened, the fries were amazing and one of the reasons that we kept coming back. Good burgers, prices higher than fast food but worth it, tons of kids playing and eating. In short, McDonalds on steroids The kids play area is outdoors but it seems that kids love it even in the heat. A bit less plasticy than most manufactured play areas. As an example, they have an old kid proofed camper trailer that resembles a Winnebago. The kids love it. Burgers are still great even without some of the specials that they have had in the past. Burgers are juicy (have plenty of napkins at hand), and the topping list is more extensive than most places.

Kids inside screaming to the top of their lungs. Parents refused to take the kids to the playground. Management did NOT step in. Will not come back here. Disrespectful and this was my first and ONLY time. Ruined our fathers day dinner with my father-in-law. AND THERE WAS AN EMPLOYEE SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO ME DOING NOTHING!

I ordered The Fredericksburger and the loaded fries. When I got home, I saw I had a bean burger and my loaded fries, not what I ordered. The lettuce on the burger was soggy and the fries were cold and the cheese was hard. Very disappointed.

First time here, recommended by my son. The Southwest burger was excellent with a small amount of heat and lots of flavor. Try the sweet potato fries and use the Fry Sauce - excellent!

Great place to get a gluten free fried chicken sandwich! I love their sweet potato fries especially and the fact that they have plain soda water as I cant do the sugar of an actual soda. I love that the kids can play, but since the space is so small, with a lot of kids there, there was a lot of kids fighting. We ended up leaving because it was so bad. I love the tables outside and that they are covered though. Dietary restrictions: Im gf and I love their stuff! So thankful they make this. Parking: Great number of spots. Ive never had an issue finding a spot. Kid-friendliness: They have a play area outside. It doesnt have much but at least the kids can run around.

Dined here for the first time and unfortunately not impressed. The service was good for dining in experience but the food was disgusting. The Hamburgers are basically a step above McDs, odd meat texture. Fries have seasoning on them, not very good. Dining area clean and cool area outdoors where kids can play and pets allowed.
