They close at 10:00. We stopped by at 8:30 only to be told they had nothing but chicken. No sides available. They refused to drop drums like we requested. Ridiculous!!!! Either find better management or better workers!

To have their cashier talk to his friend and say hey I found you some white women while Im trying to order food and as I look back to see he is talking about my 16 year old and my 14 year old who were getting out of the vehicle late from putting shoes on......I called their corporate office and logged a complaint and now Im waiting to hear back on how they will handle the situation. Edit to my review: This morning I had 3 different people from churchs call me to try and make the situation right, they have since parted ways with the employees in question and were very apologetic and regretful about what had happened. They acted fast and professionally to resolve the situation.

The worst dried out fatty greasy piece of Churchs chicken Ive ever had... that was not what Churchs is supposed to taste like. Bisquits so hard you have put liquid in your mouth to break them down to choke down. It was bland cold, no flavor. It was as if I was eating dried up Williams Chicken...

First the man took my order then when I got up there to the window I had to give them the order again. I just had to sit and wait like 20 minutes for my food. Received my food then noticed I didnt have my gravy. They hadnt even charged me for it so they had to charge me for it and then they had to go get it that took forever. Once I got that I drove off checking my chicken my chicken was burnt I was supposed to have had two orders of legs and thighs all I had was legs and one thigh.... received my extra biscuits...so I had to turn around go back and wait in line again to get them to replace my correct order... Not very nice, lack of attention to the orders being placed and then lack of attention to the actual order that was placed and what was actually placed in the bags for the order... It was a horrible experience.

Terrible drive thru employee !! He Got mad because he couldnt hear my order after I repeated like 3 times and he said on the speaker someone else take her i can not deal with her!! They should have a better speaker, and patience and respectful employees on the drive thru. This is not the first time this happens at this location, i believe his name was Ronnie. I left!! i will not spend my money here again.

I stopped one evening last week . I ordered a 8 piece meal when I got home the chicken was so dry and the mashed potatoes were old you could tell this food was old. I used to work for Church s and Kentucky Fried chicken I know old chicken when it s been cooked and been sitting too long. I paid 25 dollars to learn where to never go again and to top it off they never gave me a receipt. BAD BUSINESS!!!

I have attempted to eat here twice both times I sit at the place to order my food for several minutes. The person at the window would start taking my order and then start talking to people in the background, and then even answer the phone while I was ordering and had a whole phone conversation. It s ridiculous. It s ghetto and it does not scream. Good customer service. I will not be back only going to the one on thee loop.

Adding back one star because that rude employee is no longer working there!!!! Miriam & Archie are doing a fantastic job running this restaurant. Location is amazing and staff work very well with one another. Food came out fresh, hot and quick to order even though they were extremely busy during the lunch hour. Taking one star off because of the extremely rude Hispanic male employee. He has a tattoo on his neck and is always rude. Standing there waiting for my order I noticed that he is rude to all the other customers and honestly he needs to be trained at customer service or he needs to be fired. Parking: Got a very big parking lot for very easy to park with easy access to the building Kid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job

The Churchs Chicken on Palace in Gentry I love the chicken tenders with jalapenos french fries and I can drink the brown gravy its so good with that roll. Usually get extra rolls. Great people clean eating area. Yall kick in with that chicken.
