They close the dining room too early at it supposed to be open until 10 but go at 9:30 and the doors locked and they just look at you especially when yo have walked there is aggravating. Even the morning when they supposed to open at 6 they wont open the door until 7. Then most of the time half the employees dont speak English and the order is mainly wrong.

Ive never eaten burger king until today. The parking was confusing until I was told most of it was in the back. The crowns are cool. Very clean, though there is an odd smell that comes with every fast food place. It was rather empty when we were eating, so it was quite peaceful. Service was good. I ordered an original chicken sandwich (#9), very good, would recommend to try. The fries are good, though I prefer them without salt (I like the taste of potatoes not salt). And a medium drink. I also ordered a Hershey pie. I did not expect it to be a whipped cream pie with a cookie crust and chocolate sauce, I thought it would be ice cream. Personally, I dont like whipped cream at all, so I didnt like it and was a little disappointed at the lack of ice cream. Was about 10$ for my meal and sweet treat in total. Ill be trying more of the food from here, though Im staying a safe distance away from the pie lol.

This is the only Burger King left on this location. It reminded me of the hustle and bustle of the Townsquare Mall when it was still open, and we went to this fast food for quick meals. I hope it will stay for a while. The services change dramatically. Thanks for having us!!

Now every time I used to go Id order from the app and drive threw pick up. Food was Always exactly as I ordered it and always hot. So no complaints on food. But the people at the window are not the most helpful or friendliest drive thru workers out there. So if they still open I go inside to pick up my order. And the store is always clean and well kept. Now the online order app isnt good at all. Ive had crown points just disappear and then when I emailed customer service, sometimes they would respond or they would add some crown points to my account. But app is a hell of a lot better than McDonalds app will ever be.

Well, I had a fairly severe allergic reaction last night, and I was attempting to call the store so I can see if they have changed some ingredients. Doing my due diligence to never have to go thru what I did last night. No answer, I got an automated recording and hung up, as it did not pertain to my needs. Tried calling back and it appears the receiver was off the hook. Great customer service there. This burger king use to be one the really bad burger kings for me but todays experience was a bit better and their food was pretty good. Fresh fries, fresh chicken sandwich coming out of the fryer. The cashier had an issue with the coupon but the manager she didnt make a big deal about it and honored the coupon without any fretting or complaining about it. Thats what true customer is all about. Make them loyal burger king fanatics keep them coming. We Kings dont really go for the clowns food. Please burger King keep it fresh and hot and fresh. Bring back the Krispy onions and the grilled onions burgers.

I Just left this location, I d say about 7 cars were waiting in line to order. we were all waiting about 10 minutes, this location gave no explanation wasted all 7 cars time and shut off all the lights while the cars were waiting in drive thru. It Still was not closing time yet, so If something went on it d be really professional to at least let us know instead of having us wait and shutting off all the lights like it s closing time. Honestly this was a terrible experience. I went at 9:40pm & the drive thru menu lights were off so I couldnt see anything. The lady didnt answer instantly either.. I asked the lady to give me a minute and she just tried to rush me but I was getting my order correct. Then she was rude at the window and didnt give me the correct receipt. I gave one star, only because it wouldnt let me post my review without one.. Sunday 8/7/22 around 5pm, I went thru the drive thru. The lady taking my order couldnt hear me. So, I drove up to window. Showed her my code for 2 small whopper meals. I specified mustard whopper (no mayo, no ketchup) get home and they put mayo & mustard. I called spoke to Gemma told her everything. She asked if I had my receipt I said yes. Then I realized I paid cash & didnt get one. I informed her I couldnt eat mayo. But, neither could I driving back. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called back, someone picked up , then it went to fax... Ughhhhhh. Corporate office you need to train your employees on customer service. They just lost our business.

These people every time I go, they give you bad food, they never accommodate the hamburgers and the burrito, they give it to you open and cold, the soft drinks are damaged. I do not recommend them to anyone other than the spoiled employees of the entire burgerking chain, I will definitely not return to this one. I arrived before 11 at night today, October 31. I start to ask for my order and the girl answers that it is closed. In front of me there are two cars and I am the only last car there. I told him there are still 2 minutes left, I just need a kids meal and he still didnt want to serve me. What bad customer service they have!! I always shop there and its not fair that the employees do that. Plus they always have errors in my orders regularly. although I have never wanted to complain about that.
