I hired Leo back in 2020 to help me with my divorce. My divorce was not finalized until 2022. Divorce is already an unpleasant experience and having to work Leo made the situation worse for me. I do not recommend Leo Foust. Shop around for a good divorce attorney; its what I shouldve done.

Leo is a strong advocate for his clients. His experience shines through in every aspect of his work. Leo s deep knowledge of family law enables him to handle any situation with ease and confidence. Divorce can get ugly and complicated. If you are dealing with a situation where the other party is combative, unreasonable, of just nasty, Leo is who you want in your corner. He is a very experienced attorney who can expertly deal with any circumstance you may face. Leo is no nonsense and straightforward. He cuts through the complexities of divorce proceedings with efficiency and clarity. I highly recommend him!

Leo is a very compassionate, intelligent, problem-solving attorney. I was in a difficult situation and had different representation at the time, Leo was able to step in and handled everything. I was trapped in what seemed like a never-ending cycle of legal battles until I met Leo. He was able to not only win my case, but stop further legal harassment. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for his ability as an attorney, as a strategist, and as a kind person.

I recommend Leo over any other divorce attorney in the greater Austin area. My Dad went through a difficult divorce and Leo was there for him every step of the way, both as an attorney and a friend. He is the most competent, trustworthy and straight shooting attorney I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Leo has been an excellent lawyer for me during a very difficult divorce proceeding and ensuing aftermath. He is fair, his prices are reasonable, and he doesnt sugar coat the situation. Leo fought hard to make sure I was as taken care of as I could be and gave me legal advise that was ethical, practical, and necessary. I would highly recommend his practice and am keeping him as my lawyer for as long as he is in practice.
