The service is extremely slow here. We rarely come here and whenever we make the mistake to come again. We remember why we dont come to location. The service is really slow. Its not fast food. Next time we want Whataburger, well go to the plano rd location. Today we waited 30 minutes in the drive through with only one car in front of us outside of peak hours.

Ordered food at the walk-up counter at 5:31PM. Ordered 4 hamburger meals (fairly standard, basic order). Received my order at 5:52pm. I could see the staging counter and there was lots of disorganization and confusion around putting orders together. No one seemed to be in charge.

Ive been here a few times, but recently went and wasnt acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. Tried to get someones attention to order, nothing. Waiting and keep trying to order, nothing. Ended up having to leave without ordering as it seems no one was able to take an order. Really sad as they normally have decent service, but with the last experience being what it was I wont be back.

Drive thru at 5pm. Took about 15 minutes minimum and the car in front of me took off without food. Then I got there after ordering a triple and they accidentally punched in single so they had to add 2 more patties and I just didnt want to wait anymore nor did I trust everything wouldve been right. So I drove off as well. And there was a super young guy making faces either at me or one of the female workers but I didnt care for much.

Take out. Was there before my online order was completed. Advised Whataburger I was there . Waited about 5 mins before they brought my order to me . When I got home I was shorted a chocolate milk which my 5 yr old grandson was looking forward to drinking , my onion rings were cold, fries were cold, not fresh and hot, wings were over cooked and dry , had very little sauce on them , looked like they were a day old, I go to this Whataburger all the time and was never this disappointed on my order. Not sure what happened today!!! I Called them and voiced my complaint . Not sure I would recommend this location to anyone. I may want to travel a little further to a different location next time I want Whataburger.

I really have no words for how poor the customer service is here. I was directed in the drive-thru to go to the second line that they have created for when they have more customers there is no official second line or lane, it s just something they have created for when the window cannot handle the regular traffic on their own for some reason. It wasn t even that busy. A young guy comes up to my window with no receipt. I ask him how much the order is, and he starts laughing and says, I don t even know, then leaves, Eventually he came back, and I asked how to scan my rewards on the app. He said the machine was broken. He then leaves again after taking my cash. My food eventually arrives my coffee is not delivered with the order. He leaves to go get the coffee. Comes back with no stirrer and no sugar like I had asked for. I decide to go back through the line and just ask the drive-thru lady if I can have a stirrer and some sugar because I never received it. After waiting through the line again, I eventually get the stirrer and sugar. I go to take a sip of the coffee it is so strong that it literally tastes like motor oil would taste. I will not be returning to this location. Never again.

I tried to use my whataburger app to redeem a free meal but the employees were arguing with me saying that I was wrong about it being free even though the app stated it was free. We ended up leaving and as we walked out the employee who was arguing with us said that I should ve read the fine print . It felt really rude when I was just trying to eat some free chicken and chill but I will absolutely delete the app after this.

came here on my break for lunch and when I got to the counter not a single person there wanted to take my order. like 5 employees including the manager made eye contact with me and when I asked if I could have my order taken they told me to wait. Waited up to about 8 minutes before leaving UPDATE: Just got of a 30 minute drive thru wait after deciding to give them another chance, all for 1 bag of food with the car in front of me. Didnt even bother buying the food as when i got to the window it was sitting in a line of bags out in the open air. Fries were probably cold, but I never found out as I never paid for the food. They really suck at the whole service thing lmfao.

The burgers and patty melts here are absolutely delicious most of the time, the fries are decent but the ketchup is the best ketchup Ive ever had and really brings the fries and sandwiches up a notch. The chicken is alright, probably frozen. But thats not the main draw... This location tends to fall to a bit of inconsistency food quality wise, burgers can be either lackluster or one of the best youve ever had depending on the day, I do appreciate that theyre open 24 hours making any time burger time but it does make you wish every time was quality instead of just sometimes. Also not really their own fault but if you come during afternoons/evenings be ready for annoying loud teens to occupy the building like its their second home because of how close this location is to a high school. Also be ready for unnessicarily long wait times if youre going to be eating anywhere from 9PM -12 AM in the to-go line, during those times it is almost perpetually slow for unknown reasons.

We ordered curbside but when I arrived, we didn t get our food until 15 mins past our scheduled pick up time. In addition to that, I payed extra for cheese and I also asked for bbq sauce, neither of which were on my burger (the sauce you see pictured was the spicy ketchup that I added). Service was mid: 5/10; nothing exceptional. Would I recommend? No. The Whataburger by the airport in Euless is amazing tho!

Im yesterday went to buy some burgers in fries. In Latoya took my order but with a bad attitude not just me but also the other customers and so she was mad and doesnt have to show her attitude to all the customers that were there dining in. Then customers started coming in and got mad that she wanted to go home and told us to check out food in slap a customers bag and so love Whataburger so much and so need to talk to Latoya about this dont want that to happen again.

I mean it s a Whataburger. This location used to be pretty good at night, but the quality is really diminishing. I came to this restaurant to order burgers for 7 seniors I went inside because the drive thru doesn t submit the orders correctly I noticed that the doors of the restaurant have fingerprints everywhere and there is no attention to sanitizing the dining seats. Customers are coughing and sneezing..COVID has not vanished , but is still very much present. The cashier was wearing a mask.. but, as I said there appears to be no concern for cleaning the door handles and counter tops. The manager was present. A lot of other restaurants seem to have no interest in hygiene detail. I can t patronize this restaurant again. Well, I am back at the Coit location after some time. My neighbor turned 89 years old today!! Her favorite burger place is Whataburger. I went through your drive through. I told the attendant that my neighbor s birthday was today. I wanted to make sure that the meal was nice and hot. I got to the window and was told some fries were being dropped.. I waited for the fries and the attendant brought the meal nice and hot to my car. She was so happy when I got to her house.. I keep trying this location but Im not sure why. Once the sun goes down the B team slides into place. I believe their goal is to make this place a train wreck. From greeting you to me driving away. The day shift knows what to do. This place clearly hires bodies and not quality staff. I get that hiring is a challenge but its time to say No to uneducated employees that dont care for the product or the guests. Ben is for breathtaking. Every time I come here at midnight or later, this guy always has a positive attitude and he actually makes sure my order is done right. Every. Time. The order is wrong. Every time. It takes so long and it s always WRONG. If you eat inside, you can spend the time waiting watching all the drive thru cars come walk-in inside to get their correct order. It s incredibly aggravating to sit and patiently wait 30 mins for your order but then for it to be wrong is infuriating. This has been the way it is for years at this whataburger. Expect long waits and check your order, even as far as opening the food item and making sure it was made to order. I ve had to pull apart burgers in the drive thru adding to the wait time. I just can t understand what the issue is. I would like to think most staff are competent enough (and don t want to deal with the complaints and upset customers) and perhaps the system needs to change? Bigger font? Clearer ticket reading? Something has got to give.

Ordered my burger with Texas toast with everything on it the toast looked like regular bread there was no lettuce the tomatos were not fresh half the fries were 1 inch in length and cold when I got home I live 3 minutes away. I ve talked to the corporate office in the past to no avail this location needs a complete overhaul I don t think it can be salvaged.Don t know if I will be back have been a customer for over 20 years I will continue to monitor the reviews in the future till things improve I will going to Chili s around the corner when I want a hamburger

Ever time I come here for breakfast just after 11pm, they are never ready or able to serve breakfast after Ive waited in line. If you cant serve breakfast when you say you can, change the time breakfast starts. So now as usual I have to go to Jack In The Box, because they never fail. No need to go back to Whataburger, high disappointment. You should probably figure this out! Total waste of time!

Martin gave brilliant service. Absolutely a beast! The customer satisfaction was off the wall. I am 100% coming back. I came a second time and he remembered my name. Brilliant service from the fella he is carrying the franchise. Ask for Martin, he will give you an excellent experience.

I got there a few minutes before 11 am & they tell me Breakfast is over. I said its not 11 yet a couple of times, she goes back & speaks to the Manager then comes back & says nope were done serving Breakfast. Talk about a disappointment, these Restaurants need to honor what they advertise or else theyre simply full of it.

Took 45 minutes to get the food and many other people were waiting before us. Manager was extremely rude and we wont be going to this location anymore. Even saw a placemat that people were close to tripping on, even the manager. Thats considered a hazardous environment. Something changed the last few years for this location. Get better management!

Ordered food for curbside pick up, but when I arrived, no one came out. After I went inside, there appeared to be several employees standing around talking and not serving customers. A woman at the counter was quite rude to me. Another employee approached me, apologized, and gave me a pie for the delay, but the overall experience was very unsatisfactory.
