Hands down the worst attorney I have ever dealt with for family law. He lied about meetings being set, lied about my case details and transferred, mislead the other attorney often and made agreements with no proof that the opposing counsel said did not exist. Pearcy made an agreement on a visitation schedule over a phone with opposing counsel and never put it in writing so now the opposing side refused to honor it. If you want to lose your kid, pay more child support, or overall have them divide your family hire Dylan Pearcy. He pocketed my entire fee and did no work to progress my case forward. It was so bad that I was forced to hire another attorney to undo all the things he did. Incompetence defines his practice. I am in the middle of filing grievances with the state bar so no one else has to go through what I did with him. Save your money, and your family, don t use Dylan Pearce for anything. As you will see below. Pearcy will obscure himself from the facts. My case two months later is still undergoing ways to fix all the issues. Also, note how he says he won t comment due to ethical reasons should tell you everything you need to know what kind of attorney he is. Just look at the pathetic nature of the response. Admits each case is difficult and did nothing to move it forward.

Would give zero stars, if possible. I went almost 6 months without seeing my son and this man did NOTHING. I got victim blamed and he made a back room agreement with my ex s lawyer that I knew nothing about until it was done. Absolutely unprofessional. Absolute worst decision to choose this man. Glorified loft office with confused employees answering the phone. Constant runaround with billing. In one year, I was not billed one time, but kept getting told I owed money. Complete waste of thousands of dollars. I m sure I ll get some sort of snarky response to this just like the other one star reviews

Mr. Pearcy went above and beyond. I called late at night, and he helped me and provided me with the information I needed in that time. He is very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend.

I am still in the middle of my custody case, but I wanted to give Mr. Pearcy a positive review now. I filed for custody last March, and my former attorney used up every penny I had without my ex and I going to court, having mediation, and we barely temporary orders set by the time I found Mr. Pearcy. My last attorney/law firm did not set an expectation for me, and as a matter of fact If I would ve asked my attorney any specific details about the happenings of my case she would ve had no idea. I don t know if it was necessarily her, but definitely my former law firm. I have been with Mr. Pearcy since September and he has set the expectation and keeps me up with my case status. If you were looking for an attorney that is there for you and has great communication then Mr. Pearcy is the attorney for you. Now I can t give him all the credit because his paralegal, Jessica it s just as amazing. I will write a final review when my case is settled to give a final recommendation. Thank you, Mr. Pearcy and Jessica for all your doing to assist me.

I m not one to typically take the time to write a review whether it be positive or negative, but in this case I feel it noteworthy to do so. I wanted to thank and commend Mr. Pearcy and his staff for their professionalism and steadfast dedication to not only my case, but to how the outcome of my divorce would affect my children. Never losing sight of what s important; his knowledge and experience made a confusing process a simplified proceeding. Mr. Pearcy s staff, especially Ms. Jeanne Zuniga, were always available and prepared to communicate at a moments notice. Not once was I unable to reach somebody with knowledge of my case. I wish I could say that about my past experiences with other law firms, but unfortunately I can not. Thank you again Dylan for your unwavering support and due diligence. Dylan Pearcy and his team have been amazing! And very professional!! A custody battle is definitely not easy! But mr Pearcy and his team have been amazing at explaining everything in detail with me! Were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had! They gave me a sense of relief.. I highly recommend Mr. Pearcy!!! And his team! Definitely 5 star service!

This guy went through my 4K retainer and I still don t even have a court date. Charged me $500 dollars for texting through the client portal. Horrible experience. I spoke with him once in two months and never even met the guy. Find someone else.

This company is definitely not a good company to go with. They literally took my money. They are very unorganized and they are slow to do everything. I had to keep calling them for updates. I m am not pleased at all with the service I received from them.

I wish I could leave no stars, not sure why Mr Pearcy choose not to follow through with any of my requests, or be timely in updating me regarding my family law case. He seemed more concerned with charging me than representing me and any time spent communicating with him felt like it was a waste of my time. I was charged over 3500.00 for him to read emails that he stated in his billing took a minimum of 10 mins to read each. However most were less than a few sentences. Nor did he communicate on which corospondences between us were considered billed or not. I feel he didnt do anything to actually represent me other than have his name associated with my case. With the actual amount of time he actually spent on my case vs actual work he completed for me I feel as if I should have been refunded a considerable amount. If your looking for a attorney who cares about you amd doesnt treat you like a paycheck and actually cares about your issue. Go somewhere else. This guy will nickle and dime you for everything and do absouletly nothing for you but send you a bill.

Dylan Pearcy and his partners are on top of everything. When I had forgotten to turn things in they would follow up with me promptly making sure I understood everything and kept it organized for both parties. Also followed up via phone to make sure I was doing well as I had taken a while to complete my courses, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Colleagues were extremely nice and helpful, and made everything super easy and understandable. Great communication through the entire process. Would definitely recommend his services!

I highly recommend Dylan Pearcy. He handled a family law issue for me and I am very happy with the results. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. He truly cares about his clients and has the knowledge, skill and strategic ability to get great results. He always had my best interests in mind. Amazing lawyer!!! During the pandemic Mr.Pearcy went above and beyond to expedite my divorce. He also made it possible to finalize the whole process in a very amicable manner by helping me have minimal communication with my ex. I was kept Informed and up to date on the status of my case on weekly basis and he always kept himself available to answer all of my legal questions.

In my experience of a very straight forward divorce I appreciated Mr.Pearcy very much. He balanced protecting me as his client, keeping it simple, making it fast, and having a gentle touch as it was a difficult experience. If o knew someone going through a divorce I would most definitely give them his number.
