Wonderful service. This was my first time getting a cleaning from The Cleaning Authority, and my space got the sprucing up it needed. I m especially pleased with my shower/tub and floors. The crew i had today was a 5 star crew. I wish I could say that every crew was that way. I have had them coming every week for 5 months. Im getting ready to switch to every two weeks. The first cleaning is amazing and deep, beyond that some weeks are better than others. Some weeks Im shocked at bathroom shelves that didnt get dusted or cleaned during their deep clean of the bathroom, parts of my tile floor that miss getting swept and/or mopped. Today the crew went above and beyond and was by far the best crew weve had since we started our services. Im hoping I can request that they always come here!

We have an 1760 sq ft house. It is 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms (home offices) and the tub/shower in the hall bath do not get cleaned. We pick up all the floor mats and rugs and clear off as much from surfaces as we can. We thought this would mean the rest of the house would be handled better. We were very wrong. Maybe if the team spent more than 1 hour cleaning a home, it would be done better. The first 3 times were great. Then it all went downhill. Earlier this summer, the team did such a poor job that an inspector was to come the next time to check their work. We had to postpone a few weeks due to a sudden death in my family. Our September 6th cleaning we paid extra to have one of our offices cleaned. My desk was left untouched. It was obvious that a rag was swiped across my computer speaker because you could see it in the dust. The inspector came through and ignored this! Yesterday, there was food left on the stove, hair on the floor in the main bathroom and food on the kitchen floor. There were still rings in our toilets. This is unacceptable. We have once again cleaned up after the cleaning team. That being said, we will not be continuing to pay $135 each time someone comes to wipe off a counter and move the dirt around on the floors.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I very rarely leave reviews - but this one I have to alert all of the communities that may have their money stolen like my family s was. This company charges double what all competition does in the area and only does 50% of the rooms based on their cycle cleaning The front staff ran by Bryan is inhumane at best. Horrible disrespectful, outrageously rude - lacks all empathy or accountability. They will NEVER show up on time - they will also cancel your cleanings with out any notice at all and!!!! Cleaning Authority did a very thorough clean of my house. Their app is very useful as well as their texts, reminding me of clean date and time of arrival. I am very happy with the cleaning work done; plus Im happy the ownership of this franchise pays a living wage. They have no staffing shortages and start their employees at $14-$15/hour with raises/evaluations every 6 months. Its time all businesses support paying a living wage. I recently switched from Maids of Austin, which is having staffing shortages, with a starting salary of $10/hr. Lessie and Brittany have been the ladies cleaning my house lately and they are friendly and excellent cleaners.

Setting up or initial detailed clean of the entire house was so easy. Not only did we receive an email letting us know when scheduled visits will occur, but the app also provides us with even more information (including the estimated time of arrival). We are very pleased with The Cleaning Authority. The company pays attention to detail and seems to want to ensure that customers are happy. The company is careful about who they send, and they do background checks for customer safety. They have transportation and provide equipment and products, which are non-toxic. From the beginning, we were told which tasks are done routinely and which special tasks would be done on scheduled rotation. There is no guesswork. The basics are done every time, with special attention to things such as baseboards on a rotating basis. They ask for feedback and welcome it after every cleaning. Santa and Catalina did a thorough job for us. They were personable and professional. A separate inspector comes by to check on the work. Neither the cleaning team nor the customer knows when they ll be double checked. On the whole, it s a great experience. I strongly recommend The Cleaning Authority.

I am so happy that I decided to book cleanings with this company! The communication has been spot on and I like knowing EXACTLY what is going to be done at each one of my scheduled cleanings. Theres an easy mobile app and you can reschedule on it if needed as well as tip through it too! I have Team #26 coming every 2 weeks and both Nicole and Sandra are excellent at getting my house spic and span! I swear my guest bathroom tub has never been as clean as after they came and did the deep cleaning for it! I highly recommend this company. June 2, 2024 Its all in the details, and Maribel and Yordi (#32) didnt miss a single one today! They were first-timers here, making up for a service we missed due to the holiday. The ladies from the Cleaning Authority did a fantastic job! They dusted everything! EVERYTHING! And they put all of our Knick knacks back where they go (and we have a ton of those). Our doors and door frames have never looked cleaner, and we really loved the fact that there was a quality control inspector that came to check on the team and actually had them retouch a couple of things. Hands down best cleaning job we ve ever gotten. We plan to keep them coming back!

Usually I do not leave a review before a service but I am completely frustrated and starting to think this business is a scam and the 5 star reviews are made up. I scheduled with TCA for a clean today. At first they were supposed to arrive from 8-9am and give me a call before hand. I did not receive a call and when I called Liz said they would not be there until 9:45am. This made me late for work and I had to reschedule for later during the day. They were scheduled to arrive from 12-1pm. I have received no communications and keep having to call the office to get updates. I was able to get someone and was told they would not arrive until 12:55am. Now I am late for work twice and have no idea if they are actually coming or not. The communication is horrible. For a deposit of 200 and at 120/hour for a clean, you would think they would value their customers and time more. I m starting to think this business is a scam or poorly ran. Either way, would not recommend. Save yourself the trouble and find someone more reputable or that cares about communication, customer service, and time!

I ll preface with the fact that I have an infant!! The Cleaning Authority was amazing and very conscious of working around the baby (and his nap schedule). Reagan was exceptionally patient and professional when setting up the home visit for a quote and answering all our questions.This was my first time using a cleaning service because I just can t get to it as much as a new mom. They made things so easy and were in and out in about 1.5 hours! Will definitely use them again and again. ***Update*** The Cleaning Authority and their services are still unmatched. The baby mentioned before is now a full-blown toddler and today s clean by Judy and Calise was nothing short of amazing. They were both so patient, personable, kind, thorough, and even found time to checkin with my son from time to time.
