My husband and I approached Perez and Malik for a straight forward case of applying for our citizenship because we did not want any mistakes to happen , although many relatives told us it was not necessary especially as you have to be prepared to pay for their expertise. They were mostly professional throughout the experience. It gives you a lot of confidence to have an attorney with you when you attend the interview. They are able to intervene if necessary. Most of the advice was over the phone, including interview preparation. You give them the information and they present it after making any changes as needed in the N-400 form. They were courteous and helpful in getting us our citizenship.

My girlfriend had a very bad experience with this lawyer. She had a first interview with the lawyer for an immigration asylum case. The second interview was a year and a half later and after 6 grands were paid, two days before the immigration appointment. His assistant managed everything else, very unprofessionally. I first contacted Perez & Malik back in 2014 to help me with my E2 application. Mr. Malik and his team guided me through the entire process, from forming the company and accumulating all the documents needed, to submitting the application and preparing for interview. In less than a years time, I was back in the US with my approved E2 visa, with little more than $10k in cash as investment (I did have some assets in the US and the company already had some clients). By mid-2016 I married a US Permanent Resident, and P&M again helped me with the adjustment of status to Permanent Resident. Mid 2018 my wife became USC and by November I had my Green Card (Just 2 months after my final action date). Thankfully mine was a solid case, married for over 2 years with one kid and a house. Still it was a long and stressful process that P&M helped us navigate. The amount of paperwork (7 separate forms G-28, I-130, G-325A, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-508 & all supporting documents) and the sometimes-confusing requirements means this is one application I don t want to do by myself. Mr. Malik and his team guided us throughout the application process, indicating which forms to fill and what documents to procure. They even advised us on how to maintain status so as not to forfeit the application. IMO US immigration is purposefully complicated. Thankfully I found P&M when I did; there help has been priceless. Did an amazing excellent job .Assistant Suny was prompt at getting back with info.As pass immigration lawyer Justin M Daly all she did was take 2800 that we paid in full and later denied taking our case .Saying I was unable to sponsor my husband. Which is total lie .Perez took our case and made payments with him .Knowing and proving that I was able to sponsor my husband .This is lawyer you will need to get .He is honest straight forward. This review is on behalf of my uncle ( who is not a fluent English speaker or tech savvy) who now finds himself in a timeline longer than what the attorney originally told him. he was working with an LA he became familiar with and who provided him great attention to his case and answered any questions he had . within a few days of him being scheduled to meet w her to finalize the paperwork , he was informed he had a new Legal assistant because his previous assistant was no longer employed there. No one had bothered to give him a call to tell him of the change or explain why he had a new Assistant. Needless to say his case is now delayed some more (it took about 4 weeks after he paid the attorney to open his case for him to get a call from the assistant once his case was assigned). This is frustrating for us because we went off the reviews but firsthand we now know that they are not as reliable and that it s mostly show to reel in customers. They are not the cheapest firm out there and for their lack of communication and rapid changes that affect paying customers like my uncle, my uncle wishes he had spent his money elsewhere. Perez and Malik you have earned yourself 1 star.

I can confidently say that Mr. Shahid Malik is one of the best immigration attorneys who specializes in H1 B and employment based green cards. He is very approachable and dependable. I have always felt comfortable discussing my issues and concerns with him and he would take time to address each one of them.
