Megan Baumer made me feel completely comfortable with the whole daunting bankruptcy filing process from day one. Her communication with me was absolutely perfect - any questions I had, she answered in a very timely manner. I really appreciated that. Another outstanding job by the Baumer s, this time by Megan Baumer, who was professional, highly skilled, and customer friendly. It felt more like being helped by a close, personal friend than a lawyer, and Megan went the extra mile to provide the best customer service possible. Add to the fact that she is extremely knowledgeable and you have estate planning you can rely on. Staff too was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. (Yes, Rene, I mean you!) Like many, Id procrastinated with this task because it seemed daunting. Ms Baumer was great! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she is also patient. It took me some time to think through what I wanted vs needed; but she pleasantly explained various options and shared several scenarios that aided me making choices. She and her staff responded timely to follow-up questions, and efficiently addressed my mark-ups in the draft documents. I couldnt have asked for better experience getting my estate planning affairs in order. I highly recommend her.
