Serving on the Ridge Harbor POA board - I engaged Alpha to repair and Seal Coat our 4.5 mile road system. Austin Polk was our manager / estimator representing Alpha. The project had complexities and required significant coordination with residents to ensure traffic was coordinated during the 6 phase project. Project was completed timely and excellent quality. Our roads look great and the repairs were thorough. Alpha team members were well trained, highly coordinated, friendly and engaged with our residents in a really pleasant manner. The crews lack professionalism and have no respect for residents when they come into a neighborhood. They park their vehicles in places that do not allow residents to utilize their driveways, and they have no respect for property owner s yards. One of the workers, specifically in a brown F-350 with a white tailgate, is revving his engine and driving erratically down a small neighborhood street. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they all played stupid. Management needs to have a serious talk with their supervisors and laborers about respect for people and their property, especially when arriving early in the morning on a residential street. Their equipment displays a professional outfit, their behavior does not.

Just got cut off twice by one of their employees going 75 miles and hour and on 183A. He was going to miss his turn off and decided at the last second to cut me off. I then moved over to the right and he did it again. You might want to ask for their safety records before hiring this company. You know what they say about one rotten apple!

This pothole patch job is very sloppy at my complex. It should have clean, straight lines. The dump truck over loaded the paver and dumped a large amount of asphalt on the parking and the roller man kept running over it compacting it before the backhoe came to remove it. The huge, heavy dump truck and paver did more damage to our parking lot. A smaller truck would made more sense. They also made a mess with the parking line chalk thats purple.

If youre thinking of using this company for a neighborhood wide project.... just dont. They have complete disregard of the residents there. They do not care for safe driving. They use two lanes to drive when their trucks are only 1 lane wide and will not move. I was almost hit face on because they decided that they wanted to drive on the opposite side of the road and not move when they saw me coming. Huge liability of a company.

Im being harassed (because Im white and neighbors are Hispanic) by your workers at 715-730 to move a vehicle but yet there are 2 other vehicles (belong to Hispanic neighbors) in the same work area that also need to be moved, response I get is they (vehicles) work, well so does mine! How do you know they work when everytime you show up you never knock on their doors. Your workers have been told not to touch my vehicle, (pictures included), when they did touch my vehicle, they broke my driver side mirror off! When you dont give prior notice, why would I want to help you? Police Reports have been filed for harassment and for the breaking of my driver side mirror! If my vehicle is missing the next time, it will be reported as stolen by Alpha Paving Industries. I do have security cameras!

I was very impressed with Alpha Paving. After spending more than a year building a new home and dealing with many different vendors, Alpha Paving stands out as one of the best. On the sales side, Landon was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my needs. Not a problem with their business but somone who I encountered at CVS in Lago Vista. If you dont wear a mask thats fine I have no problem with that. But if you are coughing more than several times in a store you should wear one. I actually stopped shopping and went to pay before i finished to avoid this gentleman. Unfortunatley I wasnt quick enough at self checkout because he walked in front of me(mind you he did follow instructions where the line should form) and coughed. He did not cover his mouth or even turn to the side. I have been vaccinated and was wearing a mask and had my glasses on so i am not too worried. While cleaning my glasses i see the gentleman walk out and go to his truck which had this business on the side. Only reason i wrote this review is to let you know he still represents your company even off hours when he drives your truck with company name.

First off... This company is top notch and professional. We have a long sloped driveway with a parking area that we wanted paved. Due to other improvements we had made on our lot, I knew that there would be a fair amount of re-grading to be done and that this was not going to be a simple job. We got bids on the job from multiple contractors, but Alpha was the only one that presented us with a proper proposal with diagrams and specifications for the work to be performed. While not the cheapest solution, their presentation and our reviews of their previous work gave us the confidence to move forward with them, and they did not disappoint. I thought for sure this would be at least a two day job, but Landon, our project manager, assured me they would be done in a day. Sure enough, their crew of 10+ started showing up around 6:30AM, including the area supervisor and their Quality Control manager. Before noon they had completed all the prep work and were starting to pave. By 2:30PM they had cleaned up and were gone. They did an outstanding job and exceed our expectations!

I think the best review I can give is to simply copy my thank you text to Rickey Arguijo, Alphas Project Manager. The scope was for a major patch job for our condos ancient parking lot, both surface and under raised building. Also, repairing cracked, uneven sidewalks. ***** Rickey, The work product looks great! Your crew was professional and fast. Cleanup was excellent. Your crew picked up a few of things that werent even theirs. They also found a small pot hole near the entrance Id missed and filled it in as a courtesy. Your folks also noticed the dumpster was now out of the way and extended the front apron strip all the way to the north. I really appreciate all of these things, taking the initiative to add value to the project. You have great folks working for you! Is been a pleasure working with you. Youre an excellent communicator for one thing and that made this whole project go so smoothly. You kept schedule and budget, which was critical for our board. The chip and seal surface of our driveway was failing, about 3,400sqft. Alpha Paving thoroughly prepared and swept the old surface, applied a tack coat and laid a couple of inches of hot asphalt over the base. They used their paver as much as feasible but some convoluted areas had to be laid or finished by hand. They crowned the pavement adequately to shed runoff water. The asphalt mix was of good quality and arrived hot. The crew used both a rubber-tire and a steel roller to achieve a well-compacted layer and a smooth finish. The work was finished in less than a morning and when the crew left, our property and the street were cleaner than when they arrived. It was a pleasure to see professionals at work and even more to see our repaved driveway looking as good as I wished it would. Need some asphalt pavement laid down ? Just call Alpha Paving. They re worth the wait !

Great service. Extremely Fast Service I ve had my building s handicap parking signs destroyed by my tenant s customers. I ve called Alpha Paving to do job properly first time. Andrew called right away to let me know how the scheduling of the job would work, the scope of the work, and the cost. Actually he suggested that I do the work to save money but I wanted to make sure that the job is done right and lasts long time. So, the crew came and put the post in and the concrete stops so I won t have the problem again. I really like Alpha Paving because they shoot you straight. They are not going to sugar coat things to get the job. I am currently working with another contractor for a different job for a different building, and I have to call every day to check if the work is being done. I would highly recommend Alpha Paving! They do such excellent work time and time again. I was driving past our neighborhood pool one morning and saw all these huge trucks. I got excited because they were Alpha Paving trucks which meant they will be the ones fixing up our HOA pool parking lot. I wouldnt want any other company doing it and secretly wished they were commissioned to fix our entire neighborhood which badly needs street repairs after the city did a not so good job on it :/ especially my street which still has pebbles and asphalt flying after a year or so of them repairing it. But I have seen firsthand the clean, efficient and amazing work Alpha Paving has done for our elementary, junior high and High school parking lots along with the stretch of Lamar that needed repairs. The difference is night and day. Thats why I got excited when I saw Alpha Paving trucks fixing our pool. I know its gonna be good, solid work. And sure enough I stopped by in the afternoon and they were already finished but it was all done so well. All patched up, sealed, covered, repaired and spanking new. They are so fast and efficient! It looks so good now and ready for the summer. It had ugly potholes and cracks before. It made our neighborhood look unkept. Lol actually my kids are at the pool now and our new parking lot adds so much to the ambiance:) It looks newer, prettier and clean-the kind of image you want when you drive by a neighborhood or invite your friends for a swim.
