Decided to go to Chilis to hang out and have a meeting. Sat at the bar first, and the bartender was cool. The area was too small so we moved to a table. Our server overall did ok. But its the food that really brought on this review. The food was just blah. I ordered fajitas. My tortillas were old and stale and just bad. I requested a fresh batch, and they were the same. Its my fault for settling because, honestly, I was tired of complaining. We received so many cold items that, again, it was too much complaining. This Chilis need to really look at the reviews and regroup because its just not good. We should have good service and good food in the rockwall area.

I m always heading to Chili s because it s a staple, people KNOW Chili s. This place was PACKED and somehow no wait. Got sat immediately and the server Lisa did a phenomenal job at welcoming and checking everything to the T. I don t leave reviews but I feel like her boss needs to know she was amazing! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We definitely felt welcome! It was not just about making a sale. The people working there truly care and are just awesome! David and James are THE BEST HANDS DOWN. I bring my wife on date day and I one of the two are not there we leave. He makes sure EVERYTHING is done right . Be knows that my wife has cancer and will do it all with care and appreciation. The 3.for me 10.99 is the best deal in the hard times now. I can be a husband treated as if I just spend a hundred dollars a plate. Only bummer today was the chicken sandwich use to come with this awesome sauce they discontinued it my wife loved that chicken sandwich its the absolute best I tried the new smash burger with a special sauce it was good I will miss the old chicken sandwich. Ive had the worst experience with this location multiple times and will not be going back. I ordered food online and had items missing, which happens all the time. I drive to get my items and was told by the to go kid, who doesnt listen or make eye contact with me, that its not his fault because he didnt bag it. I understand but the lack of a manger presence with an angry customer shows poor leadership, no wonder items are always missing. If I ordered at the store and my food was wrong, I would expect a manager to come out and address my concerns. I pay for the luxury of having food delivered to my house, it should be just as correct as if I were ordering it in the store.

The service was not good. Our waiter was sweet, but oh my goodness! I was so thirsty for so long, and he didnt bring things and brought things too close together. He was a bit of a mess, but he was still really nice. There were screaming kids( which isnt the restaurants fault) but definitely doesnt make it enjoyable for others. We just got burgers and fries with chips and a salad. The salad was good, the fries were good, the burger was good except for the fact that it was made wrong. And they no longer offer rings of purple onion for their burgers... They give you tiny diced onions. Overall, it was ok.

My wife and kids recently visited Chilis Rockwall and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite noticing several open tables, I was informed that the section I wanted was closed, resulting in an unnecessary wait. Additionally, the service I received was subpar, with delays and overall poor attentiveness from the staff. Its disheartening to encounter such issues when there are visible opportunities for improvement. I hope that these concerns are addressed to enhance the dining experience for future patrons.

I guess if you don t eat inside the restaurant itself they have no care for how the food is prepared, we arrived to pick up the order almost 30 minutes ahead of the given time and we waited patiently. But even when we got our food early it was cold, the food was thrown in the boxes without a care and half of it was wrong! A lady called me about a replacement item and she was rude on the phone, I understand it was a Saturday night and an hour and a half before you closed so you were probably busy but if you can t make the food properly then next time just cancel the order. Will not be returning to this location at all

The bartenders customer service was horrible, rude and took her took forever to come greet us, then when she did she had to leave to get paper and a pen to write down our drink order. The topping, which had no added meat, was super thin today. I added some guacamole and the were fine but just not as good as usual. My husband and I eat here weekly but tonight, while eating with family, our waitress was AWFUL! She got mad after we had to ask another waiter to find her so we could order (it s a school night so we needed to order). After that, she was mad. She wouldn t look at us while taking our order and when my sister asked for more salsa (she has a reward for endless chips and salsa), the waitress rudely responded and when my brother in law told her they logged in to use their reward, she tossed the salsa down and walked off without even looking at us. As she was walking off, she was smirking and laughing. I took my complaint to the manager who did absolutely nothing. She stood at our table apologizing for the waitress s behavior while the waitress stood less than six feet away from her SMIRKING AND LAUGHING AT US!! This was a mixed bag of experiences at this location. The service was amazing!! David was hustling like nobody s business and went out of his way to ensure quality service was provided to every table. As for the food awful!! We had the Fajita Trio dish and this was the worst tasting chicken & beef we ve ever encountered. They had the texture of something lab-grown and didn t taste natural. The beef had so much pepper seasoning that you never tasted the beef flavor. I don t believe we ll be returning to this establishment anytime soon and we wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time trying Chillis since I was severally skeptical, but the food was amazing. Loved the chips, how crunchy the quesadillas were even if I ate them cold, the white cheddar Mac was phenomenal, and the customer service was chefs kiss terrific. The curbside waitress, AG from what my receipt says I believe, was extremely sweet and attentive. Gave me extra napkins and a straw for my friend. Kinda feel bad for not adding a tip to my online order, but I would come back and try something else. It was cheap, many options included, delicious, and wonderful staff.

Id like to start of with this fact. Servers ONLY make $2.13 an HR! ONLY $2.13 to get up and go attempt to please everyone that they encounter. Not as easy of a task to accomplish than u may think. IDC who u are. Great staff! Attentive, and quick. Have always the best time here even when its busy. Servers go thru a lot and deal with quiet a bit of weight always trying to please and appease everyone that comes in dine or calls in a Togo order. If you could imagine how much patience and efforts are put into the role of a server you may think twice before u tip and realize the risk they (servers/bartenders)are taking, putting all their time, and attention to please their guest. Not to mention the investment of only faith that they will be pleasing enough for the people or (guest) to make enough tips to pay their rent, utilities, food for not only that individual, but his/her family, their childrens needs/wants (Dr. Visits, medicine,(Birthday, Christmas presents, ect)), gas for vehicle or bus/train money, ect. If u could imagine filling the shoes of a server could u imagine filling up the bank account that draws in $2.13 an HR? It would take a while to fill any piggie bank up with that rate. This burger gave me food poisoning. I called the manager he was really non chalante about it said they fed alot of people that day, it was November 26, 2022. I took two bites it tasted so bad, I was worried I was going to get sick, I did, yuck. Scared to eat there again, it used to be a favorite place for me yuck is how I feel now. He offered to a gift card for our purchase never received it. Hmmmmm

Its Veterans Day. Started out very rainy in Rockwall, wet roads and fast drivers. A little chilly/cold but not cold enough to wear the gloves and snowshoes. Great service at Chilis Bar & Grill. Greeted with a smile. I ordered a Oldtimer with Cheese and fries. Fantastic burger real thick, delicious and juicy! Not like the paper thin burgers at McDonalds. Try it out, youll enjoy how youre treated. Handicap accessible and Handicap parking.
