The customer service was not a good experience and me and my husband and 5 kids waited for over 30min for our order to come out and people that came in after we did got there food before we did and we waited 30min or more to get ours and the employees were very rude and the manger got on the phone while I was talking to her and left me talking to an employee we will not be coming back

Unprofessional, the staff gossips out loud while ignoring customers. There is usually one person serving customers while other associates are standing behind the counter doing nothing. You have to wait in long lines just to pick up an online order that is ready at the front. The manager stands there and allows this to happen.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE EVER! This place sucks beyond words. We arrived to order 8 wings and some fries at 4:59. At 5:33pm we had yet to get our wings I did ask the 3 girls at the counter who were talking and not working when our order would be ready. One girl went back and asked and they said something about my daughters being last. Smh there were 5 people working when we were there. One girl who was doing it all while the others just talked at the register. I am pissed for better words! I will not return here and noone else should either since noone wants to work at this location anyway. We finally got our order at 5:37pm for eight wings and fries smh waste of money!

This is the slowest restaurant on planet earth. I would imagine it has something to do with the entire kitchen staff laughing and joking and doing absolutely nothing resembling work. I assume they believe the chicken will jump into the fryer on its own, so we could have a training issue. If you are hungry, or will be in the next 3 hours, do not come here. You will starve to death.

I would give 0 stars but that is not an option. We placed our order at 915 pm and as of 956 pm we still have not gotten our wings. Everyone around us has gotten theirs and all take out orders have come and gone. This is the slowest service I have ever received at a Wing Stop. When and if I ever get my order, this will be the last time I ever eat at Wingstop!!! Edit: at 10 pm we had finally had enough. We asked for a refund and the manager came up and said your food is coming out now. My husband said no, we have been waiting an hour and everyone that ordered behind us had already gotten their food and left. The manager replied with, we had to do yours last since you ordered the Cajun wings because some people dont like hot so we cant mix them in the same bowl...do they not have more than 1 bowl?! Or maybe a sink to wash it out in?! Again, we will never eat at Wing Stop!

The whole restaurant seemed to be ran by a bunch of teenagers, none of which acted like they knew what they were doing. The wait time was far longer than it was supposed to be. They tried giving us the wrong order and then the wrong items with our order. Very little sauce on some of our wings. This is the second time we have had similar issues with this location. We will most likely not be going back.

I love Wingstop wings but the customer service at this location has a lot to be desired. I was feeling really hungry so I ordered 15 wings instead of 10. But then I noticed the jump in price from 13.79 to ~24.00. I asked why the jump in price for 5 more wings is $10. The girl at the counter said its because its a combo and I respnded so is the other one. They acted like a bunch of jerks because I changed my order back to 10 wings because I wasnt going to lay $28 after taxes for 15 wings. I could have a steak dinner for that price.

I personally love the food from wingstop but I dont ever see myself entering this (establishment (NORTH Abilene specifically) again as the attitudes from the cashiers is just too much to handle. No greeting or warm welcome just straight up stank face an attitude right when you walk in the door. Prepare to be glared down by the rudest, most unprofessional cashiers youve ever met. Couldnt even finish my order without them rolling their eyes an being overly aggressive to the point where I just couldnt see me spending my hard earned money just to receive such terrible treatment. From previous experience, management isnt much better an I shouldnt have expected much. The whole place just gives me bad vibes an I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere or even across town at the Buffalo gap location instead as the north side location has consistently left a BAD taste in my mouth as far as customer service goes. Do better.

Cool this place! I had an order for 1345 on a Wednesday and I finished my other errands early and came in 20 minutes early and sat on the bench waiting like a total stranger. A nice female employee with a tattoo on her left forearm reached out and asked me if I needed anything and I told her I just came in early and she asked for me name and went right on to working on the order and had me out in less than 20 minutes. WOW. Now this is how you teach your employees at any service based business. Thanks so much guys!

Food was very fresh and accurate. Got the new chicken sandwich special that was 7.99. It was definitely worth thr price. I ordered two nights in a row, last night, and the night before, thinking that it might have just been a mistake, but I was wrong. The food was cold and had no flavor, I asked for extra seasoning on my fries but got no seasoning at all, and on top of that I worked at a wingstop in another town not even a week ago. So I know how its supposed to be done and so far my experience with thid towns wingstop is just up right terrible. I honestly was hoping to work at this wingstop but Ive changed my mind faster then a heartbeat because if I was to work there it would be bad news for my coworkers because I would tell them how to do it correctly, so they would not like that at all because I will not be at fault because I know Ill cover myself without hesitation. The workers need to learn how to do there job correctly before I ever think about going to work for this wingstop. I would not suggest eating at these wingstops in Abilene. Just terrible.

I usually like WingStop but this location was taking 45 minutes from time of order to having it on the counter. We werent warned about this wait time, though I did overhear some of the folks later getting it. The chicken sandwich was awful (loved it at the southside location.) It was like they pounded a regular size breast as thin as they could make it, then added half an inch of breading to make it look like a regular sandwich. Ill be sticking to the Abilene South side location.

Absolutely terrible service. Not only did they leave me standing there to watch my own food get cold. The cooks were yelling at a very young lady named bri. Obviously if this wasnt her very first day in the job field it had to be her first day there. No one was actively training her n they had somewhat a slight rush and she was left standing there not knowing what to do. Then after I finally was able to pay n I received my food cold it wasnt even made right. Then they refused to correct their mistake!!! BC of change of ownership???? I couldn t recommend eating Wingstop less. I ve had to buy extra sauce with my orders every time, because otherwise I end up with fried pieces of chicken with practically no sauce. I don t blame the workers, I m sure it s corporate trying to cut costs as much as possible and instructing them to put as little sauce as possible. I kept thinking it was just a fluke until tonight, when I got wings with the least amount of sauce I ve ever seen. I emailed them and said I d be just as well off ordering chicken nuggets from McDonald s, and I m barely joking when I say that. The nuggets would be bigger and they would probably have more flavor, and I HATE McDonald s. You couldn t pay me to eat there. I would hope that says a lot. Again, I don t blame the workers because they are probably doing what corporate says. But I ve been buying 2+ extra sauce containers for every order I ve made, and at this point I m done getting food from there. I don t want free food from them and I don t want coupons. I won t be back. I just want people to know that if they order from there they better be ready to buy extra sauce at the store if they want their wings to have any sauce on them. HEB sells frozen wings that are cheaper and actually flavored.

My family LOVES this restaurant. I order online every Friday 30-50 wings. They have the best wings in Abilene. They dont make you wait while useless staff walks around and ignores you (looking at you, Hooters, and to a lesser BWW.) Best part is they get my order right. Horrible experience. Lady treated me like I had been there before and should know what I want...and after getting the wings....yuck. I didnt like any of the 4 we got. Not for me again!!

Passing through Abilene on our way to San Antonio and called in our order at this Wingstop for pickup. I have to say that the food and the customer service were both exceptional! I could tell our food was prepared with pride as if the cook was making a meal for himself and our cashier was so friendly. Its hard to find good food and customer service now days.
