Their professionalism is off the chain and we were so grateful that we hired Sims Law to handle our bankruptcy filling. Even though it took a bit longer than we expected (due to our delay), they were super patient and worked every step away to the end. I left a message regarding a creditor continuing to send late statements to me now that my case is filed with the courts. The office was closed, so I left a message. Kaylee contacted me promptly the next business days (Monday, 12/28/20) to tell me that the law firm will be contacting the creditor straightaway to get the matter resolved. I appreciate how prompt she was and how she immediately spoke to me about a solution to the issue. I feel I m in good hands.
