This place is great! When shopping we have a class we assign to a store. You know, like, Wal-Mart and Target. Well, this is the Target of pet stores then. Such a cool place packed to the gills with everything for your pets. We were abel to pick up some cat food from brands we had never heard of and they were very healthy options!

i came in looking for new dog food for my small breed dog and tried to ask someone named morgan some questions and she refused to help me and was on her phone the entire time. the worst experience ive ever had at a pet store so i just walked out of the store without purchasing anything. i will never be back.

I went in to buy some Farmina dog food and some healthy treats for my new Rottweiler puppy and Jordan helped me and she was Awesome. Jordan was very knowledgeable on pet foods and treats and was able to answer all my questions and took Excellent care of me and gave me the absolute best service and was so friendly and professional. My experience at this store and with Jordan was nothing short of Spectacular. Also the inventory was great and tons of choices and options. I will continue to go back and do all my shopping for my dogs here at this Hollywood Feed store.

Went to Hollywood Feed Rockwall in search of help for our overweight guy Jake. Jordyn stepped up to assist & was a gem! She is very knowledgeable & thorough about the food brands, recalls, food transition, lo-cal snacks, diet suggestions, etc. She was patient, kind, and caring throughout my endless line of questioning. This is our favorite store! Literally, best place. Its because of Jovani & Jordyn, they are the most AMAZING people ever. So helpful and kind. They always go out of their way to give helpful suggestions, and they truly love our pups! We have 1.5yr old boxer puppy and he gets SO EXCITED to see them. They are so loving and make us feel so comfortable. Even with our energetic little guy, who always makes an entrance. We feel right at home.

amazing experience. We had stayed away so that we could support local business here in Royse city but could never get the food we needed. Tried Fate, even worse. Thank God for these guys. they also have delivery options available so we will only be going here for our 3 dogs needs. too bad for the other places as we spend $100 monthly on food

My first time and the customer service was AMAZING they gave me great recommendations on toppers for my picky Cane Corso which was (seasoning, little treats, and goat milk) told me not to try all at once but one of those option but he was sure all will definitely get him to eat. I got home tried the blueberry oat milk and guess what his food was gone and asking for more!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!

I ve been a Hollywood Feed customer for years and was thrilled when they opened this location. I ve never had a bad experience at any location but I still feel the Rockwall store stands out to be my favorite. We have a puppy with intolerance/allergy issues so we went to Hollywood Feed in Rockwall to discuss the results of our pups intolerance test. The guys there knew exactly which ingredients we needed to eliminate, and which of their foods we could try. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and approachable.

Y all, I LOVE Hollywood Feed stores. They are all pretty consistent in service and product. You can have you items delivered for free if over $50 and if you aren t too far. I have called ahead and prepaid for my dogs food bc I was THAT much in a hurry. They have looked up all my previous purchases bc I was questioning my credit card purchases. They are just so great and I know I can buy anything in there and know it s top quality and US made.
