Why is this location open 24 hours? I work nights and have a different time of getting out. It doesnt matter if you go at 2 am, 3, 4, 5,6 am they always say were not serving right now were getting ready for breakfast its the 5th time I ordered online only to get there and he told I have to cancel my order and I should get my money back in 15 minutes, which is also a lie because it takes up to 7 days. Mcdonalds... do better

Been to this McDonalds several times as well as others and when you order they dont tell you they dont theyre not taking credit cards theyre only taking cash until you get up to pick up your order and then when you give him money they dont have enough change it would be nice if you put a sign up for people order their food outside through the drive-thru and let them know that you dont have enough bills or your credit card system is down and fast food restaurant workers want 15 an hour small things like putting up signs letting people know Advanced that you dont have enough bills or credit card is out of service go a long way

Tables were messy. The manager was on FaceTime walking around the restaurant instead of taking orders. She was the only person on the front counter. Someone actually asked her if she was going to take orders, and she replied, In a little bit. While she was still on the FaceTime call. Ridiculous.

The 17 year old at the drive thru window called my 76 year old mother a bit$$ because she refused to park after waiting a very long time in line behind others who didnt have to park. The manager told us he didnt hear him say that. Called the number for the owner but of course his voicemail was full. We called back and left a message for another worker, but no answer. No acknowledgement of the situation at all. Im not surprised, if the worker nor the manager showed any respect, what kind of response do you expect from the owner? They didnt disappoint.

We Door Dashed food from this location. The driver shows up with only the drinks. Missing 5 meals. The driver claims they asked if the one bag of drinks was the complete order to which the McDonalds employee said yes. We call McDonalds. They say the driver picked up everything including the bags with food. McDonalds tells me to come in person and they will give me the food. Should be a simple fix right? I drive to the location and find two other people inside with messed up orders but no one was working the front register. Then a third customer comes inside saying he paid for 3 double cheese burgers in the drive thru but they gave him one spicy chicken sandwich. Still 10 minutes later no one has helped any of us. 2 more door dash employee came in to pick up orders that were not ready and ended up having to cancel and leave after waiting 15 minutes without even being helped. When someone finally helped me, it took 3 employees to get my order that was already paid for even started. If the place was super busy, maybe there would be a reason for delays or wrong orders. There was 2 guests in there eating. The drive thru line maybe had 2 or 3 vehicles. Avoid this place. Go to a different McDonalds.

Go there 2 to 3 times a week. Good people. Food warm, employees courteous, always a smile. Some have worked there over a decade and Baytown knows them. Help us during the hurricanes by opening up and they treat every one as equal. Baytown started out as tent people and travelers they understand that and groups change out all the time. Safe most of the time. Better not be rude to our interstate McDonalds people. Parking: You have options. On the side near the drive thru, other side cars, and the big back parking lot for buses, vans and truckers.

Im rating this a one star and wish I could give it zero. Ive been here multiple times tonight and every single time Ive waited around 20 minutes for the food. This is insane. This is by far the worse location at getting orders out. We have been sitting for so long and of course the lobby isnt open. Ive never in my life seen a worse operated mcdonalds! I m starting to think it s just a Baytown thing at this point. The workers are plain dumb. Sorry but they re dumb. The lady at the speaker could not communicate at all and we had to pull up to the window to order. It seemed like English wasn t the best language for the lady so we switched to speaking Spanish which they said they spoke and still could not communicate. Our whole order was trashed, even when we finally got the lady to repeat it back correctly she had keyed an entirely different order into the system. We asked to speak to the manager once we got our disaster of an order and it was the same thing, couldn t speak English, couldn t speak Spanish? We also asked them to scan our app to get us the rewards points and that definitely didn t happen lol. The staff was extremely rude from the drive thru worker all the way to the manager. We ended up just giving up and taking the messed up order home. What does Baytown put in the water here man?? A good food experience in Baytown is truly rare!

The cashier barely spoke any English. Communication was horrible. We had to get a manager to complete our order so it would be right. The fries were wilted when we got them, so I knew they were old. The hamburger patty was dry, and my husbands fish sandwich was a joke. The fish patty didnt cover half of the already small bun, and the cheese covered only half of the fish patty. I wouldnt expect that sandwich to fill up a two year old, much less a grown man. The price went UP DOUBLE, from a few months ago, but the food quantity and quality have gone DOWN more than that. If you are on any kind of budget, I do NOT recommend any kind of fast food restaurants at this time. A regular burger, fry, and drink (medium-sized) will cost $10 dollars or more. The larger size or specialty items will cost even more, but the quality is horrible!

This place is horrible! My daughter was taken by a human trafficker that parked in the strip mall next door with no cameras and was in the Macdonalds and he tried to pull her out the side back door at the drive thru. I ran and caught her at the door. The manager lies and refuses to help with the camera footage to give to the FBI. A worker names Carla was extremely rude and would not give the managers name and said I have to speak only Spanish to talk to a manager and she hung up and they disconnected their phone. Whoever is the franchise owner needs to contact me asap or there will be liable for being negligent and if this man kidnaps another child and succeeds then they will be complicit!! What did you guys put in my drink? There is hard white stuff floating in the bottom of the drink. I fished one of them out and put it on the lid, looks like an oat but smells like menthol. Best to just stay away from this location. Service has always been an issue, their speaker never works and you have to repeat your order 3-6 times, and now apparently cleanliness is an issue as well. I m a hispanic women and I love my people but I seen some discrimination going on at this McDonalds. About a week or maybe a week 1/2 ago I passed by the drive thru late night and I could hear a hispanic lady speaking trash and being disrespectful to a black lady working with her and of course the black lady can t understand. It wasn t nice. Whether you are Black, Asian, White, or Mexican, we should all respect each other. I wish I could ve gotten her name but couldn t really see her from the window. I have ordered delivery from these people. Its the McDonalds on 700 Garth and every time its been good yesterday my fries it was like they just stuck it in the grease and poured it right back out. They were not done. My burger was just like thrown together and the sauce kind of tasted spoiled, I mean, everythings expensive these days I dont care its just a burger nothing from McDonalds on it thats a little messed up in my opinion I just tried to call him and talk to them and theyre like oh you dont have your ticket number no Im not worried about my ticket number Yeah I should have the information over just yesterday and I cant even tell you what I ordered. I ordered two number ones and the fries were raw. They were probably in the grease for probably two seconds if even that the drinks for water down and the burgers were slightly put together and it was a delivery . So I will definitely be making sure I wont order from the 7000 Garth McDonalds again because they send you raw french fries in and when you call and tell them about it they want to complain to you because you dont have your ticket number. I aint worried about my ticket number. Im worried about that I eat I thought raw french fries thats disgusting, everybody loves McDonalds french fries and youre gonna send me raw ones
