We love the food here, but a little annoyed because the employee who I assumed was a manager did not honor the code I had in the app to redeem a free half chicken if I bought a whole chicken. She said it was a Tuesday deal, but I showed her the app and the code where it says show to cashier. A little disappointed because the other times we have gone I have never had a problem redeeming my rewards from the app.
