Me and my aunt went to eat here tonight and experienced something very unprofessional. Natasha was our server and she was literally the sweetest!!! Once our food came out I wanted a little extra sauce for my wings so I stopped a young lady by the name of Jayden and asked her could she possibly help me out with some more she then proceeded to say I will tell your waitress so after that, I watched her walk in the kitchen back out the kitchen at least three times then she circled around the restaurant and I came in contact with her again and I asked her could I possibly have that sauce I asked you for. She then said I already told her waitress, which was Natasha. Natasha came over and we informed her of the situation and she had no clue what we were talking about! So for one Jayden lied to me and my aunts face and said that she told her and two it would ve taken her not even a minute to get the sauce from the kitchen!! I started to think it had something to do with the color of my skin because she was assisting the people who were Caucasian! I informed the manager of what happened tonight because it shouldn t of happened!! She walks around so nonchalant and her whole demeanor is OFF! Before me and my aunt left I asked her what her name was because I didn t know at the time and she proceeded to say Jayden why she was very unprofessional and I feel strongly that she shouldn t be working directly with people if she s going to act like this towards them!!! Natasha our server was an amazing person though but in all honesty that situation threw our visit off a tad bit!!

We love this Pluckers. We had no idea they did Trivia night on Wednesdays though. A word of warning for those planning on eating here Wednesday nights: While trivia is a fun idea, the speakers were turned up so unbearably loud for the announcer that we had to take our food to go. It really ruined our evening meal. Felt like I was being screamed at the entire meal. I could not even hear my waiter taking my order. And they would not turn it down, nor let us eat on the patio. And some of the stuff they were talking about was not appropriate for children to hear.

We hadnt been here for many many years, since the quality of the food went down years ago, but just visited them again and they were great. Pluckers used to be really affordable and had very good portion/price ratio, but now just everything went up, so I just wish the price was a bit lower. Overall though, were happy and will be returning here soon. Parking: They have plenty of parking spots, but can be hard to find one in front of the store during peak hours. We came for wings. The place was busy, and our appetizers were a bit overcooked or undercooked, but the second time around, they came out perfect. We had a few little things like this, and our waitress, Amber, was the very best. I ordered 15 wings, 10 of which were Buffalo medium and were really good. The remaining 5 was a bbq sauce that was recommended. I took one bite out of one of the 5 wings and really hated the flavor. I asked for the combo to be lowered to a 10 wing combo on the check or if I could have the remaining wings remade in a different sauce. Our waiter did everything in his power to make it right, however seems management wouldn t allow for this change but we ll never know for sure because management refused to see us. Our server was forgetful and clumsy and actually charged our ticket to the table next to us, and charged us for theirs. He had to give us the difference in cash. Beware when placing online orders here, especially if your a Favor Runner, because there is no guarantee your order will be fulfilled, and you might be wasting 20 minutes and ruining your hourly rate. By the way, your not really placing the order through their website exactly, but through the third party OLO. Which has never been a problem until now. This also couldve been avoided if someone with decent IQ, noticed this and thought: Hey, we cant do this order, maybe we should contact the customer (Me) and let him know! Gee! Wouldnt that be great!? Or if we ran out of something, would be nice to update the system somehow. But no! Of course not!! Because everyone is too busy wiggling in the dirt. And boy am I sick of showing up to a restaurant, asking for the order, being told it will take 5 more minutes, and then finding out, that just isnt true. Nope, Im told after 20 minutes of waiting that they ran out of what I ordered. Like I mentioned before, couldnt somebody tell me that earlier? I mean, somebody had to have seen the ticket somewhere when the order was placed. That person needs to be fired. Or Punished. To make matters even worse, I was told by the manager that a refund was not possible at this time, and that I would have to call in the afternoon the next day. So I have to waste more time and not getting paid!!! I Demand Satisfaction! I wish duels were still legal.

It was my first time visiting this establishment, and it was quite crowded. As a result, we were seated outdoors. Fortunately, the covered area provided a comfortable environment, as the weather was pleasant with a refreshing breeze. Our group consisted of five individuals, and we ordered a variety of items including chicken, burgers, alcoholic beverages, and appetizers. Additionally, we took advantage of the opportunity to sign up for the membership program. The staff members were courteous and attentive, promptly addressing any inquiries we had. Regrettably, I had been eagerly anticipating trying their strawberry frozen margarita, but they had run out of that particular flavor. Consequently, I will need to return at a later time to indulge in that specific beverage.

We came to this location because the wait-list for Plano was ridiculous. The wait time was 2 hours on Friday at 6:30 pm. In Allen the wait was only 10 minutes at 7 pm. Service was great and my ranch chicken wings + Mano habanero were done just right. Pluckers always keeps the wings consistent. Order the fries pickles or nacho fries. Their queso is excellent .

Food was delicious. The service was terrible. We had a guy and girl as our servers. They had no drive to be there. Really unsure of who was training who. They both seemed to be new to serving tables and had no idea what they were doing. They pretty much took our order, then we didn t see them. No refills. My husband flagged them down to tell them we were done and needed some boxes. Twenty minutes later they came back with two boxes and the check. We also had dirty silverware.

Honestly I m not one to complain I work in the service industry and I get it being hard sometimes but omg very disappointed. My friends got there early and got apps and drinks. Aamir S. was our server for the night & he is by far the worst server Ive experienced My little family & I went in to get my cravings satisfied after months. We go in & order a holy mac when we received the appetizer it tasted & looked like it had been re heated several times not to mention we had asked for double ranch with it & we received marinera sauce & the sweet one . We love Pluckers and have been visiting location since they opened. The food is almost always as ordered, sometimes the wings can be a bit hotter than you order if they ve been using the sauce a few times, but otherwise good. We enjoy the blue cheese potato chips, a lot, we prefer to get them as a a Pluckers Club Member Reward, but pay for them out of pocket every time they re not. On this visit we shared a wing combo, but were disappointed to learn they have removed sweet potato fries from the menu. Honestly, those were one of the reason this was a favorite place, so that will likely change how frequently we visit. Our food on this visit was great! Biggest complaint was the noise. We were there for an early dinner, around 5p, and they turned the radio up so loud we couldn t hear each other. I m used to sports bars being loud, but this was just LOUD-er than expected. Parking: Lots of parking. There is a small shared lot in the front of the restaurant, which does tend to fill up quickly depending on when you re there, but there s a large parking lot behind the restaurant which almost always has availability. I ve only ever seen it full at holidays and weekends especially if there s a game on.

I give a midway review because the portion sizes were good. The service was ok, the waitress was nice but it took a long time to get the food ordered and prepared. The chicken itself was dry in spite of ordering it with a sauce. I could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp or something like that. The fries were ok too- kinda dry and could have used some seasoning. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was good- it s a good place to watch a game. However, there were sections where the floor appeared to be dirty (some kind of grease maybe?). I would come here again only if I saw an improvement to the overall rating.

Disappointing Experience at Pluckers - If you want two small ranch dips for 25 wings, go to Pluckers; for more generous portions, rush to B-Dubs! How can 3-4 people share 25 wings with merely two half-filled 2 oz ranch sauce containers? - When we asked our server for insights into two wing sauces, she replied, it s hard to explain. Management should train staff to answer simple questions effectively. - Our server seemed uninterested in her job, lacking knowledge about the menu items. Despite this, we tipped 18% because two other servers who brought our food and water were personable and attentive. I wish they had been our main servers. - We had to request napkins and plates after the food arrived. The food was decent, but the 35+ minute wait for wings was excessive, especially with no updates from our server. - The real issue seems to be management. When we spoke to the manager, they were more interested in defending the issues rather than empathizing and taking constructive feedback. We highlighted positives first but received defensive responses. - We want your establishment to succeed, but suggestions were met with defensiveness instead of acknowledgment. We didn t ask for a refund; we expected empathy and assurance that feedback would be reviewed. Due to this experience, we will be heading to B-Dubs moving forward.

Came here on a Friday night at 7:30 (5/3) and got sat immediately. We first sat on the inside patio, but then wanted to move to the outside patio and the host helped us. Ordered half order of fried pickles and they were okay, just the breading comes off very easily. For the entrees, my family and I ordered wings and fries. Upon arrival, the fries were barely warm and quickly turned cold (I ve eaten here before and it happened last time too). I ordered 10 half/half, half bbq, half garlic Parmesan. The bbq ones were pretty good and were warm, but not hot. The garlic parm was okay, just not my liking and were cold. Our server, Kelsey was very sweet and took care of us, however I was not able to get the chance to say anything about the food since I didn t see her for a while. So by the time I was 3/4 way done eating, there was no point in saying anything. Since I m a server, I know what it takes to be a good server. I know the food mess up all has to do with BOH, however, checking up on tables a few minutes after receiving food is what a server should do. Overall, the atmosphere was nice and it felt great outside. With that said, I probably will not be back unfortunately. I wish the food was hot and it would be a awesome hangout spot.

My husband and I came to pluckers for a date, the food was okay. But the reason for my 1 star was our server Tory, both my husband and I noticed her poor personal hygiene. I m not big of a germaphobe but when I come to a restaurant I would expect the person handling my food to be clean as anyone else would. Please do better.

First time in...historically a bdubs guy...first- a nice looking sports bar type of atmosphere with plenty of screens. Second- super friendly host and server. Just the best. Then- those dang wings (a tad pricey I think) but THOSE WINGS were phenomenal. Large- juicy - crispy and sauced to perfection. WELL DONE!

Went to grab a bite last night. I used to eat here religiously. Place was getting worse and worse so my visits went down. Last time I was here was in 2019. We were hungry and kiddo wanted pickles so we decided to give it another try. After waiting about 10 min to be greeted, we order our drinks and appetizers. Waitress asks us to place our order at same time. Cool, NBD. Another 15 min go by and no drinks. Then our appetizer gets delivered, with some of the wateriest ranch dressing Ive ever seen. And still no drinks. Couple min later, we get drinks. The incorrect drinks but we did get some. Then our food comes out and its cold. Cold fries, cold chicken, and yeah super unpleasant. After awhile when the server comes to check on us, we told her. She brings new fries. Cool. By then, its been over an hour and Im just over it and want to go. Kept trying to get me to download the app for pluckers club. Im already member. Have been since 2012. But Im not going to download an app for a place Im def not coming back to. I did have a free meal but couldnt redeem it unless I downloaded the app. Oh and can I say, they added that I tipped $10. I did not tip $10. The bill was split and each person tipped $6. So in addition to slow service and cold food, they stole money. Pretty sure thats fraud. Of course when I call, Im put on hold and nobody comes to the phone. Do better Pluckers

I go here frequently and it seems everytime it gets a little worse. The employees are too abrasive about signing up for the pluckers rewards. The waiters don t ever seem fully trained because something is always incorrect about my order everytime. :( I hate to be a Debbie downer but it seems to be a consistent issue of something being done incorrectly as far as food goes. I m a pluckers regular and this is the worst one in the dfw area. I d rather make the 30 minute drive to the Plano location than visit this one which is 8 minutes from my house because of the consistent issues.

Pluckers always hits. Service dips when it s super packed but that goes for anything in the food service industry. I went in to redeem my 5 free wings from the Mavs game, the server at the bar was quick friendly and helpful. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and ranch to go along with it. $4.20 for 5 wings and a drink not a bad deal! Be nice, don t forget to tip. Came out hot and fresh. I prefer drums but flats always satisfies too. Will be back.

Had heard that things had slipped but was shocked that its that bad. We got in to order take away at 9:20 and wait 15/20 mins while the only kid who can do takeout orders is on the phone while 2 other waitresses / hostesses wait around because only 1 person can do take out. We order at 9:40 (not a big order ... 40 wings and 2 orders or pickles). When we came in, there was a party of 6 kids behind us. They get seated, place a big order, get their order, eat their order, pay and leave ... We are still at the bar waiting on our order. Finally at 10:25 someone brings our order of wings. I check it... No pickles! I let them know and they take my slip to correct it and then after more waiting... They bring me 1 order of pickles. When I tell them it was 2 orders and tell the manager its unacceptable he tells me he will get it fixed. Finally at 10:35 I get my second order of pickles (look at the pic....3 lousy pickles instead of a normal order). No sorry or anything and we leave with luke warn wings Just unacceptable!

OK me and my group of friends we went there on my birthday. Everything was fine. The only problem was there was this guy who was going around the tables, doing trivia questions for the people over there which it was too loud. I couldn t hardly hear talking to my friends on my birthday even told the host if we can change our seats to the outside patio to get away from the noise he said that it was full but then when we left, it was empty, which he lied to us but other than that everything was fine

I want to start by saying I love pluckers but this was the worst experience I ve ever had.. our server, Sterling was just so removed and uninterested. We came in on a Saturday evening and got asked if we could sit outside which was fine. We sat for a bit without being greeted. Manager took notice and apologized and got someone to serve us. Later on GM came and apologized to us and had our kids meals taken care of and free dessert for our kids. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. It was very much appreciated!

We had taken a break from Pluckers because we would go and get cold wings. We went in today and were blown away. I met Lorena in Plano a few years ago (which was our spot back in day) and called her over. I had family over and told her all we wanted was hot food. She delivered and went above and beyond! Absolutely had the best service tonight. I highly recommend coming back, if it s ever been off. She s in management and knows the importance of giving the customer what they want.

Second time coming to this location and both times service was terrible. First time was 02/07 took forever to get our food. We ordered drinks and after multiple requests basically towards the end of our meals we got them. We came on 02/21 was greeted by host and sat immediately. It was not busy at all and we saw a server go to the booth in front of us grabbed her tip then went to the table next to her checked on those guests. Never greeted us in any form. After about 10 minutes going by 2 other tables were sat and their server was already serving them. I got up to use the restroom and I saw that server and about 5 others near the kitchen playing around giggling and laughing. I came back asked my partner if she came received nothing. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere to eat. Will not be coming back to this location anymore.

I came in on 2/17 AM shift. I should have known something was wrong when the host/server offered the bar first. Bartenders did not check up numerous times,they seemed to relaxed and not on top of their bar guest. One bartender might have been training, which is why they probably didnt put in our food order. What really upset me was after my boyfriend asked to close the tab, the bartender just brought us the tab didnt say anything, probably didnt inform her manager we were waiting 40+mins on food.

Had a bad experience. The bartender, Collin, was far and away the worst bartender I have ever had. Walked by us several times after we sat down and took him ten minutes to bring us menus. I have heard great things about pluckers, so I wanted to try it. The environment was fun, and the sauce was great tasting. I got the spicy BBQ flavor and the mild Buffalo , BUT the wings were COLD and hard because they were cold! It was so disappointing. We waited an hour to get seated and then about 45 mins to get our food and they were cold as ice. Dont get me wrong the waitress offered to remake them, but after waiting almost 2 hours to eat I was so hungry I didnt want to wait another hour to get my wings. It was extremely busy. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed. Cold wings taste terrible. Dont know if Ill be back. I think Ill stick to wingstop.

I ve been going to Pluckers for ~30 years, since I was a student in Austin. Service in this location at least has been going downhill fast. Last time I went I left frustrated. Figured it was a bad night so tied again. Worst service ever. And the prices seem to be outpacing inflation by a good clip, too. I hope they figure it out because I really enjoy the food and atmosphere! Service shouldn t ruin it.
