We tried this place for dinner one evening when craving some pizza. We were greeted right away and seated, our server Kennedy was quick to get our drink orders. Kennedy then got our appetizer Garlic Cheese Bread and our food order a 14inch Medium Meat Lovers with added sliced sausage. Our Garlic Cheese Bread came out quickly. The Pizza the came out and was very delicious, the blend of cheese and toppings with the sauce was fantastic. The crust was very tasty, I was very impressed by the preparation of the food. We found the restaurant clean and the restrooms were very clean as well. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The best was the Cheesecake. This Cheesecake was out of this world, I do not normally like cheesecake but this was so delicious by only complaint is I wanted more. I cannot wait to return. Parking: Part of a shared lot for a strip mall.

Very nice restaurant. Aviance is nice, and the girls waiting tables were nice and had smiles. Food was above par. Salad could have had more tomatoes and maybe a little cheese, but other than that, its a winner.

Food was great! My waitress was very nice and friendly as well. The only thing was the place was a little busy and it was only her. I had to wait a very long time to get serviced. When it came to paying the check, I was handed the check but nobody came back to collect my card for good 10 minutes. I kept looking up at them to let them know I was ready without trying to be rude. Ended up paying cash and leaving. The food was amazing though! Definitely will be back and Ill remember to bring cash again lol

Bella Napoli in Rockwall is our absolute favorite restaurant. My husband and I, and our 3 boys, eat here multiple times a month and we always feel like family when we do! From being greeted at the door with a big smile, from whoever is working, to everyone knowing that there are 2 tables/spaces where we like to sit, it is just a comfortable, relaxed environment. The food is fantastic and we always have lots of laughs during our visit! Even when we order takeout... there has not been one time that I havent been asked how my boys are and to make sure I tell them everyone says hello, when I go to pick-up the food. The place was filthy. The bathroom was dirty. The carpet was badly stained and there were torn seats. I ordered the combo plate and the pasta was overcooked and the regatta was cold like it had just been pulled out of the refrigerator. The waitress charge me $9 99 for a cheesesteak that says its $7 95 she said because I ordered onions on it thats why it was $9 99 makes no sense not good business sense either. When I told her I wasnt happy she said too bad I said I will not be coming back here and she said thank you have a great day she also mentioned that her father is the owner thats also not good business sense to be rude to customers . I will be sure to let others know as well. The owner is full of it .just siding with his daughter. She was extreemly rude. We love this location. The owners daughter is a great waitress and a really nice person. The service is always good. We drive to this location vs. closer ones because the quality of their food is just better. I usually get the lobster ravioli, but Ive also tried many other items, and they have all been great. Just want to let everyone know the amazing pasta place in rockwall. The food was amazing and portions are perfect ! I got the penne rosa and my husband got the chicken alfredo, SO AMAZING! Their bread knots never disappoint and are made fresh everyday. On top of that the service was so over the top, the girls there are so sweet and make us feel welcomed, especially the manager Zena. Been there around five times and they never fail to satisfy our taste buds and tummies ! Best pasta in rockwall!!! Kid-friendliness: Staff away nice to my toddler! I have been eating at this restaurant for years. Unfortunately, lately the food has really gone downhill. The last pizza my family and I ordered was cold and the crust was very tough and almost black. Tonight my son and I got the strombolis. The vegetable toppings tasted almost raw and the sausage(which there was WAY too much of) was so salty we had to scrape it all out. When I told our server she said that she would tell the cook and that they had been having complaints about it. Really? And yet you are still serving it and expect your customers to pay for that? From now on we will drive the few extra miles to Valentino s in Rowlett.

Just save your money and go somewhere else. The food is SO OVERPRICED for what it is. No wonder the place was dead when I came in. Horrible staff, two girls at the front were super rude (from past reviews its clear one is the owners daughter and can never do wrong). For the price of the food I would have thought it would be so much better. There are SO MANY PLACES IN ROCKWALL! Dont go here, save your money. I would think that when you come in to a sit down restaurant, your waitress would inform you if the specials of the day or at least me tuon them. Also the price on some of the dishes are a pit high specially due to the smallish portions. The flavor and taste of the food, one would argue, its worth the price. In my opinion having owned a restaurant... More food a reasonable price with great taste brings in more customers and is more profitable than, just enough food with great taste at a premium price. So I guess its a toss up. Buy in at the premium price or go to another place with good food that you can afford to enjoy more often and take the whole family. Just my opinion - happy savoring.

Everything Ive tried here is mind blowingly tasty. Ive had a few different pasta dishes, specifically their Alfredo as a side or on pasta is incredible. But the dessert is always perfect. Not to mention that the service is spectacular. Every time Ive been Ive had the same waitress, Zana (I was helpfully and kindly told by I think the manager the spelling), and she is so bubbly and fun and attentive and absolutely the sweetest. Great lunch and experience!! We went last Saturday afternoon and we will definitely be back! Everything was a 10/10. It s such a hole in the wall, as we pulled up I wasn t expecting to get served the great food-and portions, that we received. Nor was I expecting the great atmosphere that you fall into when you walk in the door. Did I mentioned they are BYOB! Service- Perfect. Literally perfect. Our waitress was super attentive and chatted over the menu with us as both my boyfriend and I don t like onions. So she went over what she recommended and what they could alter or not, and also steered us clear of the couple items that would have onions in the sauce. Helped us picked out our food, while attending to the other guests and really had a great attitude the whole time. Food - Fergie said it best - DELICIOUS. The house made rolls that come out when you arrive are freaking divine. Warm garlic butter rolls Need I say more? We traded the house salad for ceasar salads, but they do come out as a large sized salad and not a side salad size, so there is an up charge, but 100% worth it. The Alfredo sauce was clearly made in-house and fresh. It was so creamy, I truly hurt myself eating way more than I should have. We got the Chicken fettuccine Alfredo, chicken parmigiana with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara, and a kids cheese ravioli. Highly recommend all of it!!! Especially for the price! So many other Italian restaurants try and charge double their prices, for 1/2 the portions and 1/2 the quality. This is probably one of my longest reviews, but there s a reason. It was a GREAT experience and I really can t wait to go back.

We ordered the Cheese sticks, Fried mushrooms, Tuscany, and Tortellini added grilled chicken. Garlic Bread was provided before and during our meal. The food was delicious and fresh. They have enough space to take in a stroller. Big changing table and had diapers in case Mama forgot one (extra points for that)! The server was the sweetest! My baby got a little fussy, so I walked her around. The server told me she could walk her around (it was only us and another family in the restaurant), so I could finish eating. I was already full, but the offer was so nice. Very Family Friendly and I appreciate that so much

Great little hidden gem. Weve always enjoyed every dish. Generous portions. Not overly busy. And its BYOB!! The Chicken Madera is a yummy cream sauce. The Napolis Special Pasta has a fantastic, flavorful, spicy red sauce but its not hot. And the soft, yummy rolls!!

I ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni/ and half beef. ELL. took the order, and repeated it back. I also added two house salads, and banana peppers are the side. When we received the order it was shocking. We had already tipped the delivery driver. When we opened everything 10 to 15 minutes afterwards, there was just a plain cheese pizza, and as you can see from the pictures below, one of the dressings was spilling all over. We contacted the restaurant, and I was telling her that when we placed the order, everything was repeated back properly. She was insisting that the waitress took the order correctly. As she proceeded to get upset, I asked her for her first and last name . She told me to come in and see her dad .. I spoke to her I m the same manner that she spoke with me. Do yourself a favor and don t order from there.

Last night was our first visit. Definitely a dining experience worth repeating, again. The kitchen prepared a 16 large pizza with half white and the other half with everything. It was outstanding! The waitresses are very attentive and friendly, and will do everything to make sure your dining pleasure is a great one.

Ordered takeout from here for the first time. Food was fantastic! We arrived a little early to pick up and were offered complementary drinks while we waited. Lovely. My husband ordered Fruitto De Mari and he thought the sauce was perfect -light and oily, not too buttery. My calzone was giant and amazing! That chocolate mousse cake is legit. We will order again.
