I can t say enough about Minced Meal Prep! The food is great and tastes amazing. Every time I come in to pickup my food I m greeted with a warm smile. I get my food for the week and almost everyday I m asked where I get my food because it smells delicious.

I ve been a customer for over 2 years now and go weekly. Food is clean, fresh and healthy. I can make a meal last for two servings most of the time with my Costco French bread. My only complaint is the brownies are too good and I need one every night for desert.

I absolutely LOVE minced meal prep! I have been customer with them for years and they truly are the best! First off, customer service is always incredible, beyond helpful, and informative of their products! Their food is guilt free, gluten free, and they also have paleo friendly, low/no carb, and keto friendly options which I love! They have a rotating menu so there are different meals every week which keeps things exciting! Whether I m rushing to get a meal for work or meal prepping for the week, minced has made it so easy and enjoyable to eat healthy! Love this place and the people!

I went to Minced today and was greeted by a friendly face. Kelsey was helpful, knowledgeable and the food was stocked, the place was clean. They had everything I needed and then some! Today I purchased the Turmeric shooters and also the Flu Bomb soup. Both FANTASTIC!! I visit here often and it is so nice to just pop in, grab a healthy delicious meal, snack box or salad and leave knowing I am eating something clean and healthy. Everyone I have ever encountered working here has been incredibly helpful and kind. Vegan? they have stuff for you! Keto? they have options for you! gluten free? they have stuff for you as well. They have bulk proteins that are awesome for when I am short on time I can pop in grab some and in like 10 mins have dinner ready for my family. I could go on and on about this place. If you havent tried it what are you waiting for?? Rowlett and Rockwall locations!

Minced Meat Prep, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a recent purchase of Turkey with Garlic from your store. Upon consuming it, I found it to be unbearably spicy, causing severe respiratory discomfort. As someone who is always vigilant about allergens, I am appalled by the lack of consideration in providing clear labeling for such an intense level of spiciness. This oversight has resulted in significant distress and discomfort for me, as I am allergic to spicy food. The impact of this experience on my health has been distressing. Respiratory problems caused by excessive spiciness can be extremely dangerous, and it is unacceptable that your product has caused me such distress. Highly recommend!! Minced is a staple for my weekly meal prep. They have options for multiple lifestyles/diets/food programs. Every meal is VERY tasty and many options are balanced with a protein, vegetable and carb. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, supplements -- they have it all! For meal prepping in advance, place your order Monday - Thursday for pickup/delivery on Sunday. Otherwise, simply stop in any day and shop their refrigerator cases and snack shelves.

I live by myself and get no joy out of cooking for just me. Been trying to get my food intake back on the right track. Enter Minced. Everything here is delicious. Portions are good sized; only once or twice have I finished an entire meal in one sitting. All fresh, local ingredients, at an amazing price point. I ve tried the corporate meal prep places and Minced blows them out of the water in regards to quality, taste, and price. I can t say enough good things here. The store is clean and well organized, and all the staff is friendly and helpful.

Probably my favorite hidden gem in Rockwall. Steak and shrimp by the tub. Keto friendly. Steak tub last me the whole week. I wish more people knew about this place. 10 times better then any meal prep I have been to.

This place is amazing! I went here based on reviews and I was not dissapointed. My husband and I are very busy and work out everyday, our nutrition was suffering due to being busy. Minced is a game changer. Delicious affordable healthy food. Jalepeno crema... Amazing. I got alot of food on my first order and there was not one single thing that wasnt amazing. I love that they are family owned and you cant beat the customer service.

Absolutely love buying meals here. Staff here are friendly and helpful. All the food here is prepared with health in mind and it all tastes delicious. I enjoy the fact that I can either walk-in and buy a meal or pre-order a week in advance when I know I wont have time to cook or grocery shop, but still want to eat healthy.
