Not a bad philly cheesesteak. The standard is a bit thin on meat but was done right with no overloading on bell peppers. Bread is decent if a little bland. Food was made to order and hot.

July 2023- The person attending was very rude and impatient every time we asked questions about the menu. He messed up our order, and when we asked where the rest of our order was, He got Mad,He also got angry when we asked for ranch instead of ketchup. He would get mad about everything. I commented that he attitude was bad, and he said, Thank you, Ill take it as a compliment. The food didnt taste good at all, nothing like a Philly sandwich.

To me, a Philly is about the hoagie & flavor. Sad to say this was one of the worst phillys I ve ever had. To be honest I considered not even eating it after a couple bites. However I paid for it so decided to eat at least half of this overly dry sandwich. It didn t taste anything like a Philly.

So overpriced. Ordered 2 Philly steaks and curly fries and fench fries. I got crumbs for curly fries and the Philly cheese steaks were nothing special. Try an outside place and youll get your moneys worth. This place wasnt worth the $40.

Worst food ever! Do NOT GO HERE! The food is literally expired! We ordered a meal and it was basically frozen food. The bottled drinks are expired. Basically, people only eat here because there s nothing else open inside of the mall. I would suggest you shop here and eat outside of the mall. There s tons of options across the street.

Too bad I have to give them one star. I ordered the double double and all I got was a lot of dried up meat with cheese that looked like it had been heated up too much. I could tell what the taste was but the cheese taste as if it was spoiled. I called the company to let them know how disappointed I was and who ever answered the phone told me I was the first person to say the food was not good. I explained this was my first and now my last time I would eat there and he was like ok!!! No consideration that maybe they made a mistake and since I ordered from Foodsby the guy told me that is who I needed to be calling because that is who I paid. I agreed but noted to him that Foodsby did not make the sandwich. I will never order here again and will stick to my usual Jersey Mikes when I want a steak sub.

We spent $28 on 2 regular sized subs and onion rings. Food taste was decent but WAY over priced. I asked for ranch dressing to go with my Philly and they charged me another $.75 for 2oz when I told the manager on duty I thought that was ridiculous he did not care. No wonder why this food court is failing and has so many closed booths. Sad for the mall goers

This place, been here inside the food court at Willowbend Mall for quite a while, is really good in all that they do: service, food, and drink!!! Plenty of choice (known for cheese steak) this place makes REALLY Good quesadillas AND Great Cheese Burgers!!!! Never have I had a disappointing meal at this place Plus they are always good to talk to for a couple of minutes while the food is being prepared!!! Enjoy..................

Excellent sandwich and service! There arent a ton of places to get a good philly cheese steak on this side of town, but Phils is it! Bread was soft, but toasted, onions and peppers were well grilled, and the steak was delicious. My daughter also loved the curly fries. Great food and a friendly staff! Will be back!

Phils is open!!!! Had dinner here last night. The menu has so many choices, it took a while to finally decide what to have. (Go for the large sandwich, they were so big we could only eat half and had the other half for breakfast the next morning!) The rings were perfectly cooked and the service was awesome. It was almost like being at the fancy dancy Asian restaurant watching a show when they made our sandwiches! The only thing missing was a choo choo onion train. Well be back!

So delicious & Nutritious. I had a salad, and the lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes were red and the cucumbers crunched like they came straight from the garden. And the lamb was so savory! My husband got the original cheese steak. Meat and bread directly from Philly. Love the authenticity. Be sure to add a little sauce, as they use no oil when cooking the meat. It s amazing to get five-star quality in a food-court atmosphere. We ll be back tomorrow

The Philly bread and steak were spot on! I had the classic it was exactly what I expect a delicious cheesesteak to be. Cashier let me know they cook without any oils so he recommended I choose one of the sauces, spot on advice. Great sandwich.

10/10 would definitely not come here again, ordered classic philly and it was the most disgusting thing I ever ate, their sandwiches are small as hell and don t even fill you up and their sides are all frozen and heated up. Honestly the best thing I got from them was the sprite, 10/10 would recommend.

I am traveling for work and our office in Plano uses an app called Relish for us to order our lunches through and I feel that I am getting to try different places with ease! So for lunch I ordered the Cobb Salad (romaine with steak, bacon, avocado, tomato, and feta cheese). The cobb salad comes with chicken, but I paid the $2 more and got steak in place of the chicken, which was perfect! I also added extra avocado. It was the perfect size, but I wish there was more as it was that good. Their sandwiches also looked divine. I know I will be back to Plano, TX in the future, and this is for sure on my list of good food!

I really dont understand the negative reviews. My co-worker and I come here at least once a week. The owners are very nice as well as all of the staff. Everything is made fresh to order. Its a little pricey but they often give out coupons. They get my repeat business!

The store is location is inside the Willowbend mall in Plano, Texas. I had a horrible experience with your store I paid for two chicken Phil s with everything but tomatoes due to the fact I have an allergy to them and when came back with my receipt the refuse to remake my sandwiches for me the worset customers service experience ever the owner named Tio I believe was very rude and in helpful I demand a refund or tho have both my sandwiches correctly.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak with NO mayo, lettuce, or tomato... as he was making it he put all that on it, I said excuse me, I ordered it without those things on it. .HE SLAMMED HIS HAND DOWN AND GOT REALLY RUDE. The young kid attempted to take the lettuce off , wrapped up my food and handed it to me. When I got hm of course the lettuce is NASTY from being hot and the fries arent even cooked all the way. I WONT EVER GO BACK!!!

I came to the mall to eat dinner... Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and rings... omg, worst food ever!!! Had to slide over to Sonic to get something a bit more edible. The bun tasted stale, there were bits and pieces of bacon and do NOT ever get onion rings here. It was over 11.00 and I discarded that... Never had a more tasteless burger. The meat had no flavor, they tried hide by putting an ungodly amount of mayo on it. Ive had what they call a philly here and they are okay at best, but this was so bad I wrote this review at the mall as I could not wait until I got home. I would give no stars if I could.

Enjoyed the new location on Montfort. I had the buffulo chicken philly, which was awesome!! You will pay for better quality; but its worth it. Better than Freds downtown philly and OCharleys Phillys.

All I can think while eating here is I wish it was Charleys which in my opinion is the better mall food court cheesesteak. They are similar, but not the same. Phils seems over-priced for what you get; what should be a $7 food court meal turns into an $11 meal.
