Once again, TIC TOC wasnt lying about the lackluster portions that this one great place once was. Went in and got a steak bowl, which cost 10.99. The server gave me a half scoop in a half. Yes, I said a half scoop in half and extra cost me 5.00 extra dollars, and a coke cost me 21.00. I used to like going here but its time to move on just like their CEO.

In my experience, Chipotle has always been high. Therefore, I expect to get what I paid for. I went and asked for a steak bowl, and on my plate, he filled up on everything....ecxcept the steak. That was supposed to be the basis of my bowl. The guy did a half spoonfull of steak. I though he was going to reach back in, but he never did. When I asked for more steak, I he gave me 3 extra pieces. I felt played. When I am paying for extra steak, I expect to GET WHAT I AM PAYING FOR! I am highly disappointed in my 8-piece steak bowl. Do better. And next time, fill the spoon all the way up twice on my plate the way you did the man in front of me.

I have been coming here for years. This is the only Chipotle I ever ate at since I started eating Chipotle about 3 years ago. I have never had any issues. But today I ordered takeout and was enjoying my food when I discovered this strip of plastic mixed in with my lettuce. Needless to say, I lost my appetite and threw out my food. I bought 2 brisket bowls totaling $27 and its unfortunate I couldnt enjoy my moneys worth.

I ordered a chicken bowl with extra on all the items you can get free extra (rice, lettuce, beans, etc.) except the protein. Ive made the same order at multiple Chipotles over this year. The bowl I ordered at this location was the same size as a normal bowl. At other locations its heaping and the lid barely fits. I dont recommend ordering from this store through the app. Maybe if you ordered in person youd better be able to tell if they are actually giving you extra or not but this was my experience so Ill take my business elsewhere where i know i can receive what i asked for.

For the most part, everything was good. The only thing I didnt like was that I was not able to get a single little serving container of the red hot sauce because it was included on my online order and the lady said I had to pay for it, a single little container of hot sauce. Well, I just grabbed my bag and left as I had paid and ordered on line and left my purse in the car because I was just going to run in and get my lunch. Sad they couldnt just give me a small container of the hot sauce after I had spent $17.

This is by far the worse service I received here at this location. I couldn t get out what I wanted cause the girls/ladies were rushing me. Then the one at the register kept repeating my total when I clearly said I m waiting on my daughter s order to finish. Feeling rushed when literally no one was behind me is by far the worse customer service ever. Then the one at the register is touching her face then her hair. Not once washed her hands. I work in the fast food industry and right down the street. This is clearly unacceptable. Management should look into it or at least make an appearance to see how their team works. It won t stop me from coming cause it s not always the same team it s just a shame this is one of my favorite locations and having bad service is not something i expected.

I don t know what it is, or why it is, but this is the best Chipotle I ve ever eaten from. The food is twice as good here than any other one I ve ever been to. Chipotle is one of the only chain places I can eat out at because of my dietary restrictions, and I basically have the same bowl every time. This specific place, consistently, blows my expectations out of the water. The fajita veggies are perfectly cooked, being both crunchy and soft. The spices play nicely together instead of blending together into something bitter. I don t know what y all do differently, but please keep doing it, and I will keep driving the extra distance. The employees at this Chipotle have no regard for basic food hygiene. Today the person making my bowl was wearing gloves but also scratching their derriere with the same gloved hands, touching door handles and then touching my food. I didnt want to make a scene there, just paid for the food and threw it into trash. This is not an isolated incident. Every time I go there I notice some unhygienic act. And its not just one employee... all of them on the serving line have scant understanding of safe and hygienic food handling. Never risking this place ever again.

This was the worst chipotle I ve ever experienced and I ve never felt that way about any of them . This location gave me food poisoning ! I should have known by the look of the food and the service. On top of that my burrito was made so sloppy and not put together at all . The two women helping me, were whispering about me for no reason at all while they made my food so that was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you don t care about your customers you re not going to care about sanitation with food . Be careful coming here .

I love chipotle. Unfortunately, I work near this one. Ive given this chipotle numerous chances to fix there terrible meat section. I have mentioned to employees and managers. Yet the meat section always looks extremely disgusting, and i walk out and leave. This is coming from someone who use to eat chipotle 5 times a week. take a look at their barbacoa, youll vomit. This chipotle should be closed down by the health dept. You will be extremely disappointed with the food. Just look any other chipotle and compare it to this one. Also, notice the customer volume at this chipotle compared to others. Its significantly less due to poor food quality. This place is very bad. Please dont waste your time and money. This is the armpit of chipotle restaurants. Go eat at a place where you can count on and enjoy your meal. Have a good day

Got to love the blank stare, zombie mode assembly line that is Chipotle. Once you get used to the zombies feeding you, the main issue is the sour cream goes IN the tacos, not between them! Update: when you order the brown salsa (because there is no label for hot or mild), and the Chipotle staff says hot salsa to you twice, too which i respond brown, then she gives you the RED salsa and walks off....... just great, wonderful service. Super impressive! >>Just had some awesome soup tacos. Yeah, soup tacos. Those happen when the servers are in such a hurry that they refuse to drain the Pico and the salsa flows like water. Soggy mess with liquid pouring out with evey bite...... SPEED is NOT the answer.

I usually don t leave bad reviews but the girl who helped us seemed like she was so annoyed at us being there, and I understand if I would ve showed up 5 minutes before closing but it was around 30-25 mins before closing and it was simple things. The food she gave us made it seem like she definitely didn t want to deserve us, the portion control was really bad but that s common but it just made it seem like she was just over it I understand people have bad days but it kind of left a bad experience.

I love chipotle. I go to chipotle everywhere I go. I went to UTD for two years and this is the best and most (generally consistent) chipotle Ive ever been to. Rice is actually flavorful and the meat is actually seasoned and not dry / tough. Everything is just like good chipotle. When I visit Richardson, I always get this chipotle.

This location is horrible! I asked for my sour cream and tomatoes on the side because i wanted to heat my burrito bowl. They wanted to charge me $0.50 per container. Mind you I didnt get any tomatoes or sour cream in my bowl. This is highway robbery. I asked if I wouldve been charged had they put the sour cream and tomatoes in my bowl and they said no. No other location has ever charged me for getting my tomatoes and sour cream on the side. I definitely will NOT be back at this location!!!

Ordered through Doordash. Im leaving my review here because everything with doordash was fine, but not our food. We ordered a chicken salad and a steak bowl. The steak bowl had more lettuce than my salad! And the worst part...half my chicken was RAW in the middle. I ate 1/4 of my salad before I noticed. I sure hope I dont end up sick tonight!
