im giving 3 stars because the majority of the food i received was delicious. i ordered take-out around 11:50 pm bc i had a busy day & hadnt eaten, & BWW was one of the few places open & taking take-out orders. i ordered a mac & cheese burger, chili cheese fries, & fried cheese curds for my spouse & i. i placed my order & headed to the restaurant. when i got there, i was informed they were out of the main component of the burger. i just had them make it w/o it, whatever, no big deal. the staff was incredibly kind & friendly. i waited nearly 20 minutes inside for my order bc of the burger issue. i got my food, & left, assuming it was all started at the same time. admittedly my fault for not checking my order before leaving, but i wasnt thinking about it. i got home & my spouses fries were cold, rock hard on the outside, & soggy on the inside. the burger & cheese curds were good, but we probably wont order BWW take-out again. Vegetarian options: they offer cauliflower wings, & theyre quite good.

Had the worst experience at a restaurant in my 52 years on this earth tonight. Was told a 45 minute wait when we walked in. We were not in a rush so we waited. After an hour, I asked the hostess if we were close, and she said it would be another 30 minutes. I said you got to be kidding me. She said she didn t really know, as they have to wait for the kitchen to catch up. I told her that was unacceptable and we were leaving, and she said ok we can seat you now. Got seated at a table and sat there for another 15 minutes with no waitress. They seated other people who came in 30 minutes after us, and they had their drinks and were ordering their food. A waitress finally came over after 20 minutes and asked if we had been helped. I said no and she said she is in the back and would go get her. I told her never mind, we are leaving. If they can t do better than this, they might as well shut this place down.

Great place to eat and watch sports or racing or whatever youre into. The apps are great and they have a ton of choices. I would recommend the chicken sandwich, Nashville hot. And the bacon cheeseburger. We also love the chips and queso and pretzel bites. We love the wings particularly the Caribbean jerk, if youre into a little spicy. Normally we sit in the bar and have great service however today, we sat in the main dining area and the service was just as great. If youre looking for a chill place to watch TV and have some great snacks / even a meal Buffalo wild wings is definitely a excellent place to try. #GoogleGal

Took the family for dinner. Had a great time. It is not expensive but it is not cheap. $15-20 per person for normal sized meals. Had a great waitress who did excellent for a party of 8. Very attentive and checked on drinks often. Will go again. Kid-friendliness: The waitress was good. The childrens menu was good. Proportions for children are good.

This was the first time Ive been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and didnt have to wait to be seated lol. My family and I were seated right away and everything was perfect. I definitely recommend the Mango Habenero wings for those who like spicy. The paired with onion rings and a Long Island top shelf .

I love the food at this place but service is horrible. We keep trying to give this place a chance and it keeps getting worse. When we arrived there was no one up front to sit us down. Finally after a while someone came out and got us a table. Our waitress walked by and said I would be right back after about 15 minutes she finally came to get our order. I asked for a beer menu and again she disappeared for several minutes. When she finally came back we placed our drink and food orders. After another 20-25 someone else comes with half our order. (Still no beer) And we realized my wife s order was wrong. By this point we re getting frustrated! Finally we get the rest of the food, and we re informed that they couldn t make what my wife ordered due to lack of ingredients! At this point I m very upset, because if we had known then she would have ordered something else. So I asked for my beer again!! Only for her to disappear for another 10 minutes and for her to come back and tell me they don t have it!! So I asked for a different beer and we started eating even though half our order was wrong! Another 15 minutes pass by and still no beer! ( we had also ordered waters at the beginning and never once did she offer refills). After we finished eating she finally walked by and slams the beer on the table. By this point I m furious!! I got up and told her bring me the check and void that beer I don t want it! (They didn t charge us for my wife s food or the beer) needless to say this was by far the worst experience for me and my family! We will never go back to this place!

I had an early dinner here around7 pm on a Saturday night and I must say after reading the reviews and seeing the parking lot I almost didn t go but my server jay the young lady was amazing the manager on duty was also very refreshing. And my food came out so quick hot and fresh it took me off guard. If you have had a bad experience give them another try and ask for the young lady jay. We had 20 traditional wings and fries. After waiting for our waitress, who I believe may have been overloaded, and having to ask about our food she shows up with it. Then we find out we werent told about the happy hour, buy one get one, or discounted appetizers; we decided to dig in... Ummm..why is the extra small ranch cups half full, one dip of a wing and you need another cup - for which we had to wait on the waitress again. Our fries were cold - guess thats because we had to ask to check on our food! On top of that - considering its called wings - my wife who loves wings got all drumsticks - which was intermingled with my hot wings. She rubbed off the sauce and dipped into her half cup O mayonnaise ranch(which thats what it tasted like) only after doing drumstick gymnastics to get the ranch from the miniature half full cup on to the drum- she smiled gracefully and said theyve gone downhill a little. I laughed at her kind approach. Come get your 20pc drumsticks and your cold fries, mini ranches, and slow service as fast as you can!!!!! Edit to BWW corporate reply 4HRS AGO...they send you a reply thats robotic, to a link where you have to fill out a form - not user friendly- so they can say they replied. I cant rate the food yet because I havent received it. Theyre lucky theyre open late and are the only thing close to our hotel. I ordered 3 tenders with tots, a side salad and mozzarella sticks at 10:30 and they said it would be ready at 11:00. Its now 11:20 and theyre still preparing our order. **Update: we got back to the hotel and they forgot our sauce for the chicken. **The girl that was at the front was very nice and apologetic.

It was not busy at all and our server was less than attentive. We waited 20 min for sauce samples. Then our order was wrong twice and all but one of us received our food and they had to wait almost 20 min for theirs. I was like warm at best. We are not one to speak to a manager but it was warranted in this instance. She seemed less than concerned and was very dismissive but did remove the burger they never got right. Not once did she apologize for the terrible service. NEW VISIT: The service was slightly better but our food was cold when we received it and it was wrong the first time.

We were seated right away, even on a busy Saturday, that should have been enough of a red flag but we were hungry for wings!!! We sat and waited....waited....waited....managed to get the attention of a server and was told our server is over there (pointing somewhere we couldnt see) like I was supposed to go find her n place our order. anyhow...she took our order for drinks and an appetizer and we waited....and waited....and waited....then we got our drinks etc and placed our order for mains, and waited....and waited....and waited...there was A LOT of waiting. I had the worst service Ive ever experienced in my 51 yrs of existence. The order was wrong, the service was so slow, and it took us two hours from the time we got there until the time we left to get our food and to eat and deal with the staff and management. Ridiculous! I understand its a loud restaurant, but the noise was unbearable. They had the volume turned up too loud on multiple TVs, it sounded like a daycare with all the screaming kids, plus the everyday restaurant noises/conversations... UGH No one was bussing the tables. When we arrived, we asked for a booth, but the hostess said there werent any available. Thats because the two that were empty needed to be cleaned. Within 30-45 min, that entire row of booths (7 of them) became empty, and not ONE person bussed those tables. But the hostess kept walking around the restaurant looking at each dirty booth like they were going to magically start cleaning themselves. When we finally ended up having to speak with a manager, I brought that up...excuses were given. To end the night, Id given them a coupon, which they eventually said couldnt be used with the BOGO ½ off. Ok, thats fine, then let me have my coupon back. Oh, no!!! Theyd thrown it away! Again, the manager comes out and gives us several 25% off coupons for future visits. I started looking at them...THEY WERE EXPIRED! When we got up to leave and hopefully speak to the manager again and ask for some that were not expired, the waiter tried to tell us they would still honor them since the manager had given to us. Needless to say, we are NEVER going back there again. It was my 1st and last time to that location. The management and staff are all a joke. Which is really sad because I do enjoy their food. I hated not tipping the server, but Ill be dang if 1. Youre going to continuously have other servers run your orders for you, 2. Screw up the order, 3. Cant be found anywhere when youre needed for tea or anything else, 4. Try and charge me almost double what I should owe, 5. Throw away my coupon, and then 6. Argue with me about expired coupons? I have NEVER in my life, NOT tipped someone, but tonight was FUBAR! BWW...DO BETTER! Several locations in the Houston area are way busier than yall will ever be, and yet, the service is always top-notch.

Me and my family came to eat here as a late birthday dinner for myself. When I say I should not have paid for any of our food thats exactly what i mean! I am not one to leave reviews but this place needs to do better. We were immediately seated but then It took 10 minutes to just get a drink order placed, once we got our drinks it just went downhill from there the lady did not get our order correct, and when i went to use my rewards off my phone the system didnt recognize my number, once again i had my phone in my hand and pulled everything up in from of said waitress, she then proceeds to double check the info took a photo to show her manager and he came by and told me he could comp the items that i had rewards for tonight but due to fraud issues he wouldnt be allowed to do it again, at this point i am confused i have my phone in my hand showing them my app and my profile and what the rewards are for, and to top it off he only compd one after stating he would comp both. i will be calling the General Manager because this is absurd. This place is a waste of time and money for absolutely terrible services. Let me add I have filled out both reviews and still no one has contacted me. Let me say that I am very disappointed in the service and errors that have been received by this place of business.

This was my first BBWs experience. Lack luster would be a great definition. The whole restaurant was out of any type of artificial sweetener. Being a diabetic that just wanted a glass of tea that was very disappointing. Service was awful. We waited 10 minutes for refills. We didnt get one appetizer until after we got our main course. The food came out in spurts. One persons meal then 5-10 minutes another one. The food was not that good. It was sub par wings. They were Luke warm by the time they got to the table and then cold by the time we ate because we were waiting for everyone to get their food to start eating. We were there for 2 hours most of that was waiting. Disappointing. Dietary restrictions: Not diabetic friendly due to the non existent sugar replacement option. They did have Pepsi zero. Kid-friendliness: There was a ton of stimulation from all the TVs. Because we waited so long for anything the kids werent bored.

Visited here yesterday for my sons birthday dinner with family. We had a new waiter so we expected he wouldnt be top notch but he did ok. The wings were not as good as Wing Stop but i did love the Asian zing flavor. I did not like that they didnt have wing combos and had to purchase the fries AND celery/carrots/ranch separately. I love the variety of sports that were available on the big screens to view so thats a plus.

I am not a happy camper. I never leave reviews. The menu prices and the actual price of the food are two different. Just know your pricing will not be correct. Our meals were 2-4 dollar difference than what the menu says. That should be something that is fixed. Or let your customers know before hand. Plus our food was cold coming out. EDIT: I am still surprised this place is open. The staff/servers have a poor attitude. Quality of food is low. Host will scream at the customers waiting in the lobby from the floor area! Our server told us the manager/general managers just don t care and won t change anything. I guess it s just harder and harder to find quality people. Been better. Service was horrible. Didnt have half the stuff we tried to order. Tried it again and not only were they short staffed but they didnt have some of the stuff we ordered. Then they come to the table and tell us to pick something else. Got our appetizer after we got our meal. Probably gonna be awhile till we return.

Floor was dirty during the middle of day, and waitress was sweeping under our feet as we ate. Didnt care for that. Dust coming out of carpet. They Were out of the new Chile Lime wings we wanted, ended up getting General Tsaos wings they were good. But I do have to say that the fried pickles were very good, different than any others ive had. Only reason for the 3 rating. Otherwise It would be lower, ! the place was dirty and ive never had someone sweeping under my booth stirring up dust as i ate my food, dirty, not good service and place was just filthy. Wont go back.

Although weve lived in Longview well before this place opened, we have never gone there until last night. My daughter came over from Tyler to take us out for our anniversary and we decided on there after my cousin in Georgia said she and her husband love the one where she lives. My daughter also said that she loved it when I suggested it. The food when we got it was good although my wife got hers well before my daughter and I got ours and was through eating. After all the stuff on Bud Light and on Molson Coors, I wanted to go to another beer and my son suggested Yuengling. This was the first place that had it. Bubbas did but were out the two times I asked for it there. I had to remind our waiter three times before I finally got it and our meal didnt come out until I finished it. Its a great beer, hopefully Bud nor Molson Coors dont buy it. Anyway, I ordered another and seeing I was most of the way through with my food and still hadnt got my beer my wife flagged down another server before I made a scene. She had my beer on the table within a couple of minutes while our waiter was still wandering around. Having grown up in the business and was a GM for over thirty years, Im a good tipper. I regret that my daughter was paying for our meal because if it had been me, he wouldnt have gotten a cent, but because my daughter worked as a waitress for years, am sure she gave him far more than he deserved. Like I said, the food was very good and well be back, but have the waiters name and will make sure if he is on duty, he wont be waiting on us.

Ive given them many chances over many years, but its been a steady decline. Todays trip was my last. After waiting about 5 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant to be sat, I was sat at a dirty booth with a broken off fake fingernail on the seat. I was then served majorly undercooked chicken. It was so undercooked that the waiter noticed it before I could even speak. He returned with what had to have been hand selected as the tiniest wings in the batch that had been very clearly undercooked and barely sauced. Im pretty sure they were harder than concrete. I choked down the bits that i could, as i was famished, and awaited my servers return with my debt card on the edge of the table, swatting gnats for the last 10 minute wait. He took no note of the barely picked at wings and did not ask how they were. I paid and rolled out with a duces. Shame, I do spend a LOT on wings.

The WORST Buffalo Wild Wings in history! I stopped trying for 2 years came back still TERRIBLE!! Get the sauce do it at home, Go to another city don t waste your time! Food is always slower than typical slow BWW, service is incompetent, error prone, horrible do not waste your time or money. Food frequently cold, not well Sauced wings, and just not what I expect from BWW. They should be embarrassed, on a local and corporate level.

Poor service. We ate at the bar, the restaurant was near empty and we ordered chicken tenders and grilled chicken caesar salad. The bartender brought tenders and made no mention of salad. Bartender disappeared, my wife and I shared the tenders and were ready to leave. Bartender appeared with salad 20 minutes later, no apologies. We said no thanks to salad as we needed to leave and asked for check. No apology for salad coming out way late. BWW has good food but service continues to be a problem Company wide.

Came in on Mothers day and they said they only have 1 server and it would be 45 mins. My husband got us served but they were out of chicken strips so my kids didnt eat. everytime we are here we have bad service. Even on the to go orders I pick it. They are never done on the time stated. I waited for 30 mins on a to go order and all they needed to complete that order was marinara sauce. Do better! Because I am about to give up on this place.

Why am I paying 10 dollars for a 6 piece wings that are so small that they look like they are mutant chicken wings? I ordered online again (despite knowing better) and had to wait 20 minutes AGAIN past the pickup time, and THERE WAS NO ONE THERE IN THE EATING AREA! The sad part is, they want u to TIP online before you show up to get the horribly small portions and to get your cold food and wait for that pleasure. (I had ONE order of fries in my 90 plus dollar order, and thats why they claimed it took 20 plus extra minutes...... The rest of the food was cold...... But hey, at least we had HOT fries? What a joke.

I will never come back to this location. I had one Long Island ice tea when I went to order the second one I was told I couldn t since no food had been ordered. My plans was to get some food but since had big breakfast I wasn t hungry at the time. I could drink ten of them week drinks would still be good. Don t now why this restaurant trying to be the police but now understand why no body was in there. I went to Bj brewhouse down the road and good time without the problems.

Great food as always. Atmosphere is a bit too dark and depressing. Only the TVs are on to provide entertainment. I ate bbw Friday night since wingstop had closed already. I was not satisfied with my wings. I ordered some lemon pepper flats. I could tell them wings wasnt tossed they just sprinkled the seasoning on one side & sent them out. The fries reminded me of the fries from the local high school. I just honestly felt like there wasnt any love put into the food before it was sent out. I just wish big restaurants like this would take the time to put a little love in their food. Maybe Im just spoiled by wingstops real potato fries & tossed wings so you cant actually taste the flavor. I hadnt ate here since 2012 for the Mayweather fight but I dont think Ill be back no time soon.

I visited this place for the first time and I really liked it; I recommend ordering the bone-in wings in the flavor you like best; because I hardly liked the boneless ones, but everything was super delicious, especially the strawberry lemonade
