This was Sunday lunchtime. Not too crowded, no waiting, lots of seating choices. The service was attentive, but not overbearing or rushing. The food is very good, very tasty, and well priced. Parking: This is the waterfront area in Rockwall. There are more shops and restaurants than available parking, so you may have a bit of a walk to reach where you want to go.

We tried this place for dinner one night and was greeted at the door and seated right away. Our server Jocelyn got our drink order right away. We ordered the Evan Grant Burger and Chaca Oaxaca Burger both were delicious and made to look just like the photo. The Fries are separate and we ordered a basket and you get a lot of fries. The Trail Boss Habanero Sauce is fantastic. They were hot and fresh cooked to perfection. Our server Jocelyn was able to find the perfect beer for my taste with only two tastings. Jocelyn is very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about beers. Sarina the manager is very helpful. If you have a problem here and do not bring it to the managers attention you have nothing to complain about. The managers will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy and satisfied when you leave. I cannot see anyone being able to complain online about this place due to their diligence to help solve any issues. Will make this place a regular stop from now on. Thanks to the great employees and management.

Took the family our for my sons birthday. The burgers were awesome! The service was fast and wait staff was professional and always smiling, appearing to really like their job. Bathrooms were clean n well stocked. I am looking forward to trying a different burger next time, so many different options! They do have options for turkey, vegan and chicken patties.

Good place to stop in and take in the views of the lake while sipping on some good brews. They have a great selection of burgers and appetizers to choose from as well as a deep selection of IPAS. Stopped in to get lunch for the crew and the girl behind the bar was awesome. Unfortunately, the drink carrier they gave me broke about 20ft out the door and made a huge mess. Took the broken drink carrier back in and didnt even have to say anything and she was already making new ones. The food was great but honestly never have any issues at any of the locations. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful and the view was AMAZING! Highly recommend stopping in and enjoying everything about it. Turkey burger is best around

Food is great. Atmosphere is great. If you sit outside you get a very cool view of the lights and the lake. But the wait staff so far for what we have had both times we been. Needs improvement. They start off strong getting your order but after that they just forget about you. They dont come back for a long time to refill drinks or if you need other condiments,napkins etc. If that gets worked on I would change my review to a better star.

This is a fun place offering indoor & outdoor dining overlooking Rockwall Harbor. The burger as advertised is antibiotic & hormones free. This issue is very important to me. There is just too much blue cheese on my burger. But over-all its all delicious. Server very helpful & comes back to check on us for anything else we need. Highly recommended.

Sometimes it is necessary to leave an online review in hopes a manager or owner will see it. First I will start by saying that the job of a server is more important than they realize! By this I mean someone could be going out for their Birthday, anniversary, or meeting for the first time on a first date OR even more importantly, eating at that restaurant for the first time and we only have one time to create a first impression in the food industry! We had a terrible waitress! She was a young baby faced blond girl who basically made a disaster put of our first date enough that we left before we even ordered! Granted the place was very busy BUT that is no excuse! When she first approached our table she seemed nice enough asking us what we would like to drink! Let me just say that she couldnt even handle topo chico with no ice, a lemmon and a straw please without having to ask literally five times. We were lucky to get the top of Chico first and then I requested a glass I had to ask her twice before she brought the glass and then we had to ask for the lemon twice and finally we were lucky to get the straw and this took probably 15 minutes! She asked us, six times if he would like an appetizer but at that point pulling teeth to remind her that we just needed a glass could we please just finished the top of Chico order first before moving on! With that being said this is never a good sign in the beginning with any server! This went on to us pretty much being ignored only to have the bus boy next to us accidentally dump two plates of food on the booth within a foot from me! Food that people had already eaten and left behind! I understand that accidents happen and I was OK with that but we were thoroughly grossed out enough to please ask for a disinfectant spray about which was completely ignored for another 15 minutes. He shouldve notified our waitress in this situation shouldve been taken care of right away! By that point our waitress was nowhere to be found enough for us to wait another 15 minutes to get the bill so we could pay for the topo Chico we finally received!!!!!!! we had to actually track our waitress down in the kitchen and she was rather passive aggressive asking if everything was OK if we had a bad experience and I said we didnt have an experience thats the problem! Breast absolutely no care or remorse about that gladly took our payment for the drinks, told us to have a good night and we left! It was infuriating. Enough to where we will be calling the manager today! What is wrong with the younger generation? They are beyond infuriating! Thanks for ruining our first date rodeo goat!

I have to say that this will be my last time going to rodeo goat at this location especially woth the END service I received After I was done eating the waiter had me sit there for over 19 minutes before he came to bring me the total receipt, remind you with very fewcustomers in the restaurant I even had the person who was cleaning tables ask if I needed anything and he gave me a to go box. The total was incorrect and he said that on Wednesday the cheese fries are not half off. I spoke with the manager and he said to speak with a manager next time and they will be half off instead of issuing me a credit and making a very frequent return customer happy. Very horrible experience rodeo goat and disappointed to the max.

Food: I ordered an American Royale with Cheese and the burger was phenomenal. The burger was cooked just right and there wasnt an excessive of sauce and vegetables. The fries were homemade, and were still relatively crispy for their size. Their ranch was great too, but I only tasted a little bit of it. Service: Service was equally as great. My bartender ensured that my food came out in an orderly manner and made sure I was taken care even outside. Atmosphere: I dont hold it against them. I went there at 5 PM on a rainy day during the week. Im not surprised it was a little dead.

Vert 1st time at the Rodeo Goat Dined outside because it was a nice, cool day by the lake... Good atmosphere !! I recommend getting the Blue Goat & Ray Hubbard with turkey & a side of Sweet Potato Fries. The Rodeo Goat has great alternatives because you can substitute a burger with your choice of meat & I think thats a BIG Waiting time was not long at all & the atmosphere was relaxing !! The food was amazing we got the Bodacious and my mom doesn t eat meat so she got the turkey burger version of Bodacous and it was so good! The fries are just like five guys fries and the chips and dip are very delicious. I got the margarita and sangria swirl and it was delicious and strong. Our original server was busy with a 20-top, but another server (Holly) came to our rescue, got us started after a wait that we perceived to be above average, and then went ahead and took great care of us. We were in on Sunday with my boyfriend s family for a quick lunch before we headed back home to San Antonio. Our party arrived in waves, which I know can be irritating/confusing on a busy Sunday afternoon. I m a server and bartender myself and have been in the industry 10 years now. We sat outside and our waitress was so patient with us and kind until she stopped showing up. I assured my boyfriend s family that it s normal to forget about a table outside when you have a section inside as well, and I m sure she ll be back. Wellll she never came back look, i 100% understand forgetting about a table. It s not the end of the world, just own up to it and we literally don t care! We are allll human. so I went to the bar inside to ask for refills and received help from one of the bartenders, she is the reason we are leaving 5 stars, and the whole reason for this review. She had short blonde hair and if I m remembering correct her name was Adra she was SO patient with us and got us everything we needed. She is an incredible asset to yalls team and I hope she knows she completely made our day!

Too expensive for the quality. Both my husband and I had terrible burgers. My husband s burger only had a tiny squirt of ketchup, and the burger didn t even taste spectacular for $13. My burger was flavorless and I had a tiny squirt of bbq sauce on mine too. It wasn t even seasoned evenly, it was bland throughout then I had a huge chunk of salt out of nowhere. Very disappointed with this location. Whataburger tastes better at this point

This location has wonderful views of the lake and harbor area. The only downside seems to be the burger patties. This location seems to have patties that consistently crumble apart. When trying to eat the burger, it falls apart like its taco meat on a bun. Flavor is always great, and this time, we tried the loaded cheddar fries (cheese fries surprise), and man, they were good. Parking: Depending on the day or time of day the parking lot can be very difficult to find parking.

Sit inside or outside. I do have to say sitting outside looking over the lake provides for a nice atmosphere. This is a good spot to go before catching a movie next door on date night. In addition to the food they have a good selection of beers and a cider on tap along with a selection of bottles. The food is great and a good price. On the appetizer menu the cheese fries surprise is really good. Recommend sharing as the portion is large. The steaming pile is a smaller portion and in my opinion a runner up. The burgers are good sized. Plenty of burger combinations to pick from for everyone. The place is large and has lots of seating and could be good for larger party sizes. However, it does get busy. Also, best happy hour hands down!

Not only did they have a huge selection, they all sounded spectacular. The loaded fries with brisket chili, YES. Also got the bodacious burger which did NOT disappoint. Cant wait to go back and try the others. Waitstaff was awesome and attentive. Full bar and overlook of the lake. We went during sunset so had to include food pic with the backdrop. Also a good place for kids since they had a play area right outside the patio.

I got the Dad Bod burger when i was down here. Fries were great, burger was amazing. My ONLY complaint is the candied jalapenos on the burger were bunched up at the back of my burger and burned out my midwestern mouth but that wasnt really anything the crew did. There is indoor and outdoor seating. If you hate God and all of His creation dont sit outside or you will be entertained by the great tailed grackels that eat the dropped fries. They were incredibly entertaining to watch fly around!
