I avoid other Starbucks in Killeen and come to this one due to their efficiency and customer service. This location has the friendliest Baristas out of every Starbucks I ve been to. They are polite and friendly but not so overly so that the talking takes up extra time. The baristas almost always get my order right-the rare occasion where they didn t they have been prompt and apologetic to fix the issue. I can tell that the employees either have great management or work well as a team or both. The baristas always greet customers when they walk in regardless of the busyness and are always so positive!

I had just previous been the store to order my normal drink and the customer service from the management was just so none engaging just no emotion in wanting to be around or working in general can t imagine how the rest of the baristas are treated behind the closed door If you re dining in, the Harker Heights store is the place to go for anyone looking for a friendly environment welcoming environment

This is without a doubt the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks I have ever been in! Everyone there is so attentive and kind. At this Starbucks they put hand-crafted coffee back into business. Every drink I get from them is a 10/10 and their customer service is impeccable. I regularly pull up and say surprise me and they always knock it out of the park with a drink idea I would ve never expected. Their baristas take pride in their drinks at this store, and always go a step above in making the customer feel cared for.

I rarely leave reviews places, but the staff here is always so consistently polite and personable. I dont get Starbucks very often, but its always a pleasant experience when I come by this one- more so than the average Starbucks. Great Starbucks experience! Everyone working on Saturday, October 21 at 12:20p needs an incentive. Everyone was so welcoming, each person spoke and asked how my day was going but it was your employee Ty who put the icing on the cake. Before this visit I had no idea Starbucks gives samples. I m not much of a coffee drinker but wanted something hot, not too sweet but not to overpowering in the espresso department. Ty listened to what I liked and didn t like when it came to coffee and took the time to make 2 samples for me to try. One being the new pumpkin latte which I was skeptical about due to not being a fan of pumpkin flavored foods, but this was the perfect blend of sweet and coffee and not too overbearing with the pumpkin. His customer service was top notch Great guy, even better experience! Thank you Ty!! Hopeful this is shared with you

This location has consistently missed the mark on making drinks. I promise I m not just being a karen. Examples include dirty chai lattes made without the ordered espresso, and only had enough chai in it to turn the milk brown. I was drinking brown milk with ice; shaken espressos combined improperly with inconsistent measurements. This issue has occurred on all different days of the week and weekend, and at different times of day and night. I m not sure if they have a high turnover rate at this store, but they re lacking training and management support for this issue to be so common. Really unfortunate. The food comes out hot and in a timely fashion though, so they at least can do that and pour cold brew if that s your thing.

I put in a pickup order because it said on the app it was open. When I arrived at the store drive-thu it said they were closed a whole hour early. I went to the front to talk to someone about my order. When I knocked I was immediately sushed off with a hand wave. I then knocked again and signed that Im hard of hearing and showed through the glass I have a pick up order that I already paid for. The lady behind the counter then made a hand cutting neck motion and said no and once again shushed me away. She didnt even have the decency to come to the door and help me. I had to call customer service to get my refund and was told the workers should have turned off the order ahead and they were not supposed to be closed. I just am disappointed as someone with a disability that I wasnt even treated like a person. Will never return.

Very famous Starbucks, Cassady Campbell comes here. The manager that kicked him out still works here,seems nice. I ordered the Spicey Ginger Cold Brew,it was better then expected and service was fast. Clean Starbucks only problem is one of the bathrooms was out. I love the indoor and out door seating, plenty of room. It is a very social place,with customers from many different races. I shall return..

My family and I were the only ones in line waiting to order and it took one of the four people working, 2 minutes to say anything to us. That was frustrating in itself. I was really friendly to the young women, but she was so rude and short with me. She was asking for my order but not actually listening and I had to repeat myself twice and she still got the order wrong. So she had to fix it. Then when I got my drinks back she got Carmel ALL OVER the cup. It honestly felt intentional. This was the absolute worst service I have ever gotten from here.

Just left this location, as usual out of something, they always out of something this time was lemonade. Went through drive thru , I told the young girl I was using my points 4× to be exact and she still took the money off my card, I told her no I want to use my points, she say well payment has already been accepted. I sit in drive and told no I told you 4 times to use point, she then say well I will have to get a manager I say fine. Staff always seem to be friendly- no complaints there; however, there is a consistent lack of inventory. It seems almost every time I have made a stop at this location they are out of something. A couple weeks ago it was the Pink drink, quite a bit lately it has been the new Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and today it was cold brew. It is becoming not worth the stop if you have your heart set on something. Try another location or not at all. All the positive reviews have to be the staff, because it sure isnt the inventory!

I go to Starbucks a few times a week, sometimes twice a day. No matter what town I m in or where I m at I ll seek out a Starbucks. This Starbucks has to be the worst Starbucks on planet earth. The customer service is by far the worst you will ever come across. I literally stop in before I go to class and every time I go I order the same drink and every time I order they have told me for the past 3 weeks I m sorry but we are out of this and that ! Now I am in the restaurant industry and I know I order food twice a week there s no way they have not received a truck. Poor management and ordering would be to blame. Who ever is running that building is doing a horrible job ordering inventory and with their hiring. Starbucks is like ChicFilA the customer service is outstanding wherever you go....except this building...it s horrible!!
