The homes are well-kept, and the community is generally peaceful. However, landscaping maintenance could be better, and some common areas need attention. The park is a nice touch, but additional recreational amenities would enhance the neighborhood appeal. Overall, its a satisfactory living space, with potential for improvement in community upkeep

Awesome park next to Miller elementary. 3 sets of play area including one for toddlers. A basketball area, a shaded pavilion, restrooms, water fountain make this a perfect alternative to the Breckinridge park which is usually crowded.

Nice park. Mostly just a large grassy field. There s an elementary school next to it, so two playgrounds: one for smaller kids and one for bigger kids

This is a humble and quiet park adjacent to Miller Elementary School. It received a playground equipment upgrade in May of 2020, including a toddler area and a tower for older kids. There are two big kid swings, and two bucket swings. It has a restroom (which was locked the one time I tried to use it in fall of 2019), a large open field, and a covered pavilion with grills. After hours, there are basketball nets at the school. Pictures are of the new playground equipment just prior to completion.
