Love this place, has covered benches, playground, basketball court, and a grill, with bathrooms! We like to let the little one play on the playground after hiking the Pickett trail which starts right at the treeline of the playground. Its a monthly stop for us and highly recommend this place for any outdoors enthusiasts with smaller children to help get them in to hiking, fishing and swimming in/by the river Playground: Small playground that is well maintained Toilets: Public restrooms by the park area, also near a pavilion

You can find Elm Street without Freddy Kreuger annoying you, lots of old abandoned trails that google doesnt list either. Youll also unfortunately find old homeless camping setups, and lots of forgotten underwear everywhere, lots of trash, beer bottles and broken glass. They do upkeep it slightly as the last time I was here a big old 2 feet diameter tree fell over an old path and now its gone.

Took my toddler to the playground. Their were homeless people with all their gear at the pavilion right next to the playground. They kept smoking cigs and the playground smelt of old booze. I cant speak on the trail as we didnt stay long. But this place is dirty, old and doesnt seem safe. Unfortunately

Good park, nice place to visit, very calm and peaceful. Water fountains spray so hard theyll put your eyes out and the basketball goals could use some new nets and a paint job, but that doesnt have many bearing on how fun the actual park is. Part of Pickett Trail, worth the afternoon leisure!

Good little park along the trail. Clean and fun for the kids. Its off of Picket trail and also backs up to a neighborhood. The one thing I will note is that it seems to be frequented by homeless to use the facilities to clean up and such. It was not a problem for us while we were there, but I did notice that a male stood outside fo the bathroom as to not allow anyone in while a female was cleaning up. They did not bother anyone and were respectful, but just felt like it should be noted.
