Place needs a vacuum, staff admits to customers people like the fries over the burgers. We didnt get any sauces with our fries nor a ketchup bottle on the table. Management was awesome and attentive. Artwork was steller, loved the atmosphere.

I came here with a couple friends not too long ago. Our servers name was matt I believe I m not too sure if that s if that s correct, but that s besides the point this was the worst service I ever received in my entire life not to be dramatic or anything instead of checking on his table was clearly out of drinks. He stood directly behind us and spoke to guest at the table, not only that, but overall his service was bad. He was unprofessional and rude, and the burger that was served to us was not cooked properly. It was so bad. I don t think I could ever come here again so sad

The service was amazing. Hostess had a good sense of humor. Waitress was super nice and management came and check on us more than oonce. They all work together as a team to make sure you have everything you need. Now the good idk where to start I dont like onion rings BUT I tried them and wow they were good. The motz twist we hot and gooey. And their fries were flavorful and good... now to my burger. I got a customized burger (a combo of 3 different burgers cause Im weird like that) it was by far the most flavorful juicy burger (messy but delish) I Will definitely be going back

Me and the wife were skeptical about going here. We seen good and bad reviews online. We wanted to try something else in town. We were very impressed with the food and the service. From our server to the Manager they were very punctual and very polite. I heard the music was too loud in there. Turns out it was not too loud. Definitely more quiet than other restaurants in town. Food was delicious and we didnt have to wait hardly at all. Everything came out quick and fresh. We will be going back soon for sure!

I have a love-hate relationship with Red. Robin, mostly because half the time the burgers are super expensive and the other have the time theyre running specials like $10, gourmet cheeseburger Tuesday and so like on Tuesday. Its a real good place to go get a hamburger but any other day of the week my friends be taking me and Im trying to get hamburger and it cost like $18 and thats no bueno. But Ill say this the quality of the burgers is good. The endless french fries is pretty good too, but its terrible if youre on a diet, so be careful with those. Remember to be counting your calories while youre eating them. French fries. I think each french fry a baskets like 350 calories. So you know you got to be careful. You like six of those and youre like done for the day. Anyhow, the food is good. Appetizers are generally pretty good. The service is amazing and all around pretty good restaurant but dont let my friends hear me say that because they think I hate it because I dont want to go there every 5 days. Anyhow, I definitely recommend it and yall are doing great. Keep up the good work! Oh and the manager was so nice. She came up to us and talked about MSU for like a solid like 5 minutes, but Im pretty sure if we didnt want him to. He probably wouldnt have stayed that long. Burger wrapped in lettuce was great. However, the waitress didnt tell me onion rings were $2 more than fries. That wasnt listed on the menu. What was listed on the menu was that onion rings ARE NOT bottomless. So I cant understand why they would cost more. Anyway, that, and because the server didnt ask if we wanted more of anything, or desert, nor did she clear our plates, is why I gave a 1 star rating for service.

If you want to be treated badly please go here. We walked in the greeter just stood there no one else around. So I said hi, hru? She said Im good and continued to stare right through us. So my daughter says ok party of 3. The greeter said after a long pause... well its going to be a 15 min wait. Literally hardly any customers in there. Then she asked well are you guys going to wait in here? I was like I guess. Then she walked away. We were waiting and my daughter heard a lot of laughter she walks back looks around d the corner and sees staff just standing there laughing and joking. I dunno why we were treated so poorly? I have always had good food here, and for all you can eat, mac and cheese on the kids menu, even my daughter is happy. I had the Monster double cheese, and it was phenomenal. This date, all the fries I could eat was what came on the plate. LOL The bad... The host ran as much as the wait staff. Our waiter took our drink order and took 2 other tables orders, and then came by and said Oh I forgot. SMH, figure the time in your head. Someone else brought our order, which was ok with me, but I didnt see him again until I had to catch him to ask for napkins. Then he wasnt around for another 20 minutes to say, Do you want some more Mac and cheese? Someone else brought it, fine. Never saw the waiter again. If it was standing room only, it would be ok. It wasnt. Dietary restrictions: Dont know if I would go here with any diet restrictions. But to each his own, they do have the impossible burger. Kid-friendliness: It is great for kids Bottomless Mac and cheese. How can you go wrong? Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is close to the entrance of the mall, which has electric doors and ramps.

1st time I have ever been to a Red Robins &will definitely be going back. Best Burger I have ever had and thats saying alot considering Im in my 50s. Gourmet Burgers are by far the best super juicy super thick barely got it all down. The cheese sticks were amazing the Onion rings were crunchy very well cooked. The Atmosphere was very peaceful and inviting the staff was Super friendly. Would highly recommend you try if you get the chance.

Server Ryan did not bring out the refill of fries for one guest, but served the other guest at the table which is very strange then proceeded to disappear for 40 minutes and not ask If the party was ready for the check or wanted dessert. Walked in on 8/20 about 230 or so in the afternoon. I was finally welcomed after standing at the hostess table for a few minutes. They were not busy at all. Sat at a table for 20 minutes or so. Waitress never once came to my table to even take a drink order but could go to the other 3 tables in the section. Again. They were not busy, and there were 3 parties in my section. 2 parties had 2 people. 1 table had maybe 6 but they were wrapping up and had received their check. Pretty pitiful.

DISCLAIMER: Red Robin is not a place I would choose to go on my own. That may very well be a part of why I probably wont go back but here is what I experienced. We were seated on the patio which was nice with a little breeze and a big screen tv. I ordered a cocktail for my wife and I. I even pointed at both of us to confirm I wanted one as well. when the waiter came back, they didnt have my drink. They apologized and took our order. My wife and 1 child ordered wings after the waiter named off the list of sauces. I said and I want whisky river bbq which is 1 of the sauce options as well as a burger option. I also said and I dont want ranch. Since no one had mentioned beef or burger in any way, I assumed said waiter would place the order for Whisky River bbq wings, not a burger. By this time we have our drinks and an appetizer. Several minutes later, they come out with wings for my wife and child, and an order for my other child that we had to change and a burger for me. When I said I wanted wings, they were very apologetic, took my order off a gave me the burger for free. I cut the burger open and it had mayo on it. Mayo makes me sick so I didnt even get to eat any of that. At this point, I felt heard but not listened to. Now my wife doesnt want to eat much because I dont have my food and our drinks are getting watered down because we want to enjoy them with our food. By then the manager came out and apologized and gave me a couple of coupons. I truly appreciate him and them doing their best to rectify the situation but by then the inconveniences had piled up. By the time my meal came, the food couldnt live up to wait. The sauce is decent but the chicken was a little bland to me. I ate them with a little bit of the fried onion to give it some flavor. Maybe it was just a bad day but I doubt Ill return even for free stuff.

this is one of our favorite spots since we left the east coast. It just reminds us of North Carolina. we drive 45minz to get here from Oklahoma. I was disappointed on my birthday. I wanted the fish and chips but these guys were out of fish and the waitress was unaware of this information. Worst service ever last night, just horrible service. The manager in charge should be fired for allowing that kind of service. Our waitress Madison was horrible. We only saw her twice our whole visit, and the place was empty. Was never offered a refill on our drinks and i paid for bottomless root beer floats. Two items you MUST try are the Garlic fries (which are bottomless might I add) and the doughnuts! They are cinnamon sugar croissant doughnuts that you dip in chocolate and carmel (or even request strawberry puree) they will change your life! You better get the order of 8 though, 4 is not enough! The hostess greeted us as we walked in. There was no wait to get a table. We were seated and ordered our drinks. Are waitress, Lisa, helped us with choosing an appetizer. Friendly staff. Good food. Pricier than some places but its nice to treat yourself. Kid-friendliness: They have tablets which you have to pay for but they also have chalkboards that the kids love too

This was the first time my daughter and I ate here. We did take out. My fiancé went in and ordered our burgers. My daughter and I wanted the Royal Red Robin burger with the egg. We didn t get that. We got a cheeseburger with lots of mayo. Not to mention our burgers had no bacon and it had pickles. The burgers we wanted with the eggs was supposed to have bacon and pickles wasn t listed. It was a good burger just not at all what we wanted. Since we didn t get what we wanted for $50 I probably won t go back.
