Google has this place listed as a Chinese restaurant. It is not. It s an East African restaurant. I m glad maps sent me here. I had never tried East African dishes before but I will definitely be back. The music in this restaurant is a little loud. It was hard to hear when trying to place my order. However the food was amazing!!! And the staff is very friendly.

Baptism party, music was played much too loud by manager where guests could not hear each other the entire night, I politely asked him to reduce noise 3 times even when all guests were gone except 10, he refused. My ears hurt in pain for hours after the event. How arrogant can this owner be to refuse 3 requests to lower the music. Please go somewhere else for your parties where you can listen to people talk and not have your ears hurt from excessively loud music.

Having good time at this location. My first time here but it is also new. I love the environment, service was great, and food as well. We came on Saturday evening and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of this new place. We had red and white tibs. The owner also provided us with some spicy chicken wings for our friend s birthday. But I wasn t happy about what had happened later in the evening that changed our good evening upside down. Sometimes this things happen when a business is new and I hope to see some changes in the future.

I placed an order online and, at the time it was supposed to be ready, I got a text saying they didn t accept my order. I called twice and no one answered. Excellent food and lovely staff. First time here and I don t often review things but I had to. The food quality was great, excellently seasoned and almost too great of a quantity to consume! It s really sad that I see one star reviews. After reviewing it mostly seems to be people upset that they weren t personally informed of a change of menu and potentially racially charged opinions. I personally suggest coming here and will come back again! Just expect to take home leftovers!

We love this restaurant. Every time were in Dallas and want Chinese we know our taste buds will be satisfied here. Theyre so nice at this restaurant and they remember you which really makes it like your visiting family. The food is really fresh, authentic, and very delicious We had the combo fried rice, BBQ pork fried rice, chicken dumplings, combo lomein, and the walnut shrimp special which is my absolute favorite. Seriously I dont know how Im even writing this review because Im literally in a food coma. Theres no words to express my satisfaction with the food its so flippn delicious. We placed our order at 5:30 on a Friday, for delivery. We were told by a heavily accented Asian man that it would be an ~hour until our food arrived. Mind you, weve ordered from this restaurant before. At 8:15, nearly 3 hours later, my wife called the restaurant, inquiring about our food order. After a couple of minutes she was told the had been misplaced. Yes, they had already charged her card. And yes, their order processing is wheels off. If they want to retain customers, they need to hire a couple of English speaking staff that plainly understands the ordering process and can commit to keeping their word or make online ordering much better. Lucky Bamboo, in the Promenade Shopping Center, is better anyway. Completely disappointed and we wont be ordering from them again.

Our soups were Egg Drop and Sweet and Sour with yummy crispy chips to put on top of our soup. So good soups. Give me Imperial Cuisine s Egg Foo Young anytime! I had the veggie one, because that s how it was always served in California. This order came with three Foos and lots of gravy. Heavenly bites. My husband had the Huan (?) Chicken. His serving was huge enough for two servings last night and another huge one tonight. I m not too sure about the brown rice. It looked more like red rice. This restaurant will be fun to go back to. No one was in the place when my husband placed our order and a nice masked young man brought the order out to our SUV. A couple arrived shortly after my husband left the restaurant. Update: My second time eating Egg Foo Young were a bit overcooked and smaller than last time. Still good.

Obviously a Chinese waiter must speak half Chinese and half English, so the green peppercorns were ordered into green peppercorns. When I checked the order, I found that the waiter had made a typo himself. Really speechless, the service is very average. The meat of steamed pork ribs is made from meat that has been stored for a long time. The question is that the meat has a strange smell and I am writing this comment in the toilet.

I would give my dining experience here 20 stars if it was able. I have been a professional chef for over 20 years. The menu was extensive. We ordered Mapu Tofu with minced beef, cucumber salad. Braised cabbage with pork and garlic, Crispy Duck, Imperial Pork belly, Chicken EggFoo Young, Green onion pancake , Chengdu Wonton in chili oil, Dried sautéed green beans with pork, and for dessert , Osmanthus rice wine jelly bean. We ate till we were full, and took many containers home to enjoy for lunch. The prices were very reasonable, and everything was delicious, I will be back again . The owner came and talked with us. The staff was very professional and helpful and friendly. Just a great dining experience

Omg, omg, omg! Great place for Chinese food. They have a large selection on their menu, some of it is very traditional Chinese food so be careful. The lunch menu is good about $11 a person for a huge meal at lunch. And theres really no restrictions the servings are smaller but everything on the menu is served at lunch from 11:30 to 3:30 I think.

Regular customer here. But will never come back again! What happened? I ordered and paid for a Peking duck and some other dishes one day in advance to celebrate my wifes b-day, and what Ive found in my togo bag after getting home? No duck at all! I had to drive back with empty stomach and argue with them. They showed very bad & impatient attitude towards their customer. They made no apology and even did not want to acknowledge that they were wrong. Their pickup service is completely messed up (I didnt see any waiters/waitresses, they are probably understaffed). BTW, the meat in the other dish I ordered had a distinct, pungent smell so I had to threw it into trash. COVID is hard but there is a bottom line.

I asked my 10 yr old what he wanted for his bday dinner and he said soup dumplings! We moved away from our favorite spot so I Googled Xiao long bao and this place came up. I was not disappointed. Dumplings were delicious, juicy and hot. I got the fiery beef noodle soup. A steaming hot bowl of tender brisket, delicious spicy broth and fresh noodles. I saw a review that said they make the noodles fresh to order. I tried watching, but couldnt tell. They werent very busy when we went, but the food is absolutely amazing.

We ve been customers here for years. The food is fine. Pickup service is completely unorganized. Like I called on an order at 5pm to be picked up at 6:30. One would think that 90 minutes is enough time, but no. I stand there for close to half an hour waiting. And the worst part is no apology or even acknowledging that something was wrong. A husband & father of 4, made food for everyone else the house but myself. When they were done the food was done. Looked up Imperial Cuisine online menu then called in an order at 9:01pm last night. I ordered all vegetarian, fried rice, Lo mein & dumplings. Told them cash upon pickup. Arrived &..called 9:30pm.. answer machine picked up. 9:36pm got their attention. I was told they made the order and called me, I didnt answer so they assumed I wasnt showing up..(after a few questions I find out that was about someone else earlier in the day around 3pm, my order was placed just after 9pm). They never called my phone as it was in my hands from the time I left my home to stop at the ATM on my way to the restaurant. With exact change, $30.15 in hand, I was left dumb founded & frustrated.

This place is my go to recommendation for Chinese food in the area.. Its got both traditional and Americanized Chinese food. They also package the to go orders very well with no spillage! This place has pretty good food, but it s rather expensive for what you get. I ordered soup dumplings and half of them had burst and leaked which ruins the fun. Shrimp and lobster sauce was okay. GREAT fried rice, but fried rice isn t worth the price of the other items.

Simply amazing. We ordered a number of dishes for the table and everything was great. The soup dumplings are what brought us there, and they were some of the best Ive ever had. We got the green onion pancake, which was perfect. Beef noodle, Singapore noodle, and pork noodles all were out of this world. The portions were big enough that Im looking forward to eating it again tomorrow!

I ordered (1) eggroll, (6) pay fried dumplings, & (1) General Tsaos Chicken. Up until today I have been very satisfied and enjoy the food. However, Today, I received my order of the above and was charged for the (1) eggroll, buy did not receive any eggroll. While grubhub was willing to be me a discount on a future order, Imperial Cuisine rejected any claim. As a result I will no longer order from them even though they are my go to for Chinese food. I would just charge it back, but it is only over $1.25, so it would end up costing me more time spent dealing with this issue than it would be for just forgetting about it. Very much a shame.

Handmade noodles where exceptional! I had the lo mein sub handmade noodles and will be coming back, the fact that they have beef and veggies option is awesome. The sauces are just right not sweet like most places. The steamed veggie dumplings are flavorful and a must! The flavors will not disappoint of each dish will not disappoint . This is my second time coming here and each time gets better

$49 for Peking Duck three ways. The roasted duck is not the best in town. Even though the flavor is really good, the skin is very hard to chew and it is quite fat and greasy. The duck bone with salt and pepper is tasty and the soup is delicious. We also ordered imperial noodle which is a disaster. It is very sour with strong vinegar taste. The fish fillet with corn was liked by kids. We went there for Chinese New Year Eve celebration but they were understaffed. With only a few tables of guests, it took a while to get our food ready and they send wrong orders to our table as well. The service is really subpar.

Worst experience ever! Id give no stars if possible. I usually order got pick up but i decided to call in for delivery ...big mistake! Long story short i waited for 1hour and 40 minutes and never got my food I went back a forth with the person who kept answering the phone she kept telling me my food was on my way every time i called . i literally live 2 minutes driving max. She said she was going to check with the driver and she never called me back. My husband and i finally decided to order from some place else. They dont know how to run a business.

Went there for Peking duck and was so disappointed. We pre-ordered and was told it will be ready by then. Arrived as the first table for dinner and told it will still take 50 mins, fine I first thought. It finally arrived after 90+mins and was in poor presentation as showed below (we took out a few pieces, but it was presented this way when served). Seriously why bother with pre-order if we still need to wait 90mins to receive a junk? We tried out Peking duck many times in various cities and this is the worst by far... pre-ordered plus 90+mins cant even make the skin crispy...Tasted nothing like Peking duck, honestly I will say the cheap roasted duck that cost ~ 18 bucks in supermarket is better than this $40 junk... The table next to us was waiting for a long time too and decided to cancel their order after seeing ours, good choice I have to say and wished I was the one cancelling.Out of 6 dishes we ordered we only liked ONE lol...
