The cashier was horrific!! As I was checking out I had in my hand a ring I was going to purchase upon getting to the register I changed my mind along with another item!! The cashier took them and through on the counter in anger!! As we were checking out the cashier said that s pretty in surprise I thought she was speaking on my nails she replied NO YOUR RING!!! I said thank you!! She then proceeded to lift my hand turn it over as yo look to see if the ring was NEW OR TAG ON IT!!!! I FELT NOT AT EASE AT ALL!!! WHAT AND INSULT!!! 1. For touching MY PERSON!!!!!!!!!! 2. Who gave you permission to touch ME 3. TO EVEN SUGGEST!!!!! 4.THE INSULT OF IT ALL!!!! TO SUGGEST I WOULD WEAR A RING OUT OF THE STORE!!! I WOULD NEVER UNLESSED PAID FOR!!!!! YOU TOUCHED ME!!! YOU TOUCHED ME!!!! YOU INSULTED ME!!! YOU TOUCHED ME!!! YOU THOUGHT THE WORSE OF ME!! Checking out experience was awful, I saw a sign that said Military 15% off for members and family members, I asked the African American cashier and she just stared me and said no only for members and spouses and which my husbands in the Military, she then just stared at my mother and I like we were a burden and wouldn t even speak to us. My mother felt awful, we re canceling our credit card and on the phone with HR as I type. Her name tag didn t even have her name on it and she didn t give us her name. She was working Monday July 1stbetween 11-12pm

I have issues with checking on via the phone app and my card. Credit to each staff member that has assisted me at checkout and in finding a specific item. I was impressed at this shopping experience as one staff member consulted another (team work !); the person consulted not only knew the item I was making reference to but also knew the history of the item that the last remaining items were put on sale and cleared & that the item was no longer being sent to them. I love my Kohls.

Military Monday Discount is a joke !! Shopped there today ( for the last time) and was denied my military discount as they said it didnt apply to what I purchased. We had seen an item on clearance for $5 online and pick up in store for free...so I asked cashier if I could get that item in store at the price of $5 instead of the regular price of $20 or would i need to just do it online...the cashier checked and said that it wasnt supposed to go on sale in store until the 30th, but the cashier honored the online price anyways for the clearance price of $5 each...so I saved $45 and paid $15 for the 3 that I purchased... I have been a KOHLS customer for years. Unfortunately shopping at the Longview location is just no longer enjoyable. The new store layout & reduction in merchandise is disappointing. I have ALWAYS experienced excellent customer service at check out expect for the afternoon of January 12th. The store representative seemed annoyed and was very unpleasant. Guess she was just having a bad day. I certainly hope she was relieved by a fellow employee and able to take her break cause that is literally all she talked about while checking out my merchandise.

My sister and I came here on Black Friday, you could spend $50.00 and get $15.00 Kohls cash. You can find so much at Kohls from clothes for men, women, boys, girls and infants.
