Our daughter got married at The White Sparrow in April 2024, and it was a dream come true! The property is absolutely breathtaking, situated amongst beautiful trees and endless open spaces. What stood out to us when we toured The White Sparrow was the versatility of the space itself. There are many options for the ceremony site, cocktail hour, and reception. Very few venues offer such a variety of spaces. Our daughter and son-in-law chose to have their ceremony in the wooded area called The Landing, and it was gorgeous. The cocktail hour was in The Grove, which is another lovely outdoor space adjacent the large patio where we had the bar, appetizers, live music, and a variety of yard games. Many guests commented that it was the most enjoyable cocktail hour they have ever attended. The reception was in the white barn, and it was stunning. Over and over again my daughter has said she is so glad they chose The White Sparrow for their venue because the wedding was everything they dreamed of. Even though its been five months since the wedding, we still arent over it, and continue to have people tell us it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they ever been to.

One of our favorite venues in DFW, you cannot go wrong with hosting your wedding at the White Sparrow. The light streams in from the windows allowing for a great amount of natural light and the greenhouse is the perfect photo op.

I got married at the White Sparrow in the fall of 2020, and as a pandemic bride, I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the White Sparrow! They were so kind and accommodating. The space is clean and gorgeous, and as stressful as the timing was, they made our wedding day so relaxed and easy-going. As a wedding photographer, I highly highly recommend!

Beautiful location for outdoor nature wedding ceremony and the barn reception was fabulous! If hosting morn than 150 people, keep in mind that the upstairs gets very warm. With that said, the downstairs left side (as you walk in) is VERY cold since air vents are situated on that side. We had seated our 80+ and 90+ grandparents on that side and they were frozen. All in all a great choice for wedding!!

As a wedding videographer, this is one of my favorite venues to shoot at in DFW. The landscape is absolutely beautiful, lots of options for ceremonies, and the barn is the perfect size. Ive been to more venues than I can count, and this is one of my favorites.

This venue is breathtaking and affordable! The property is huge which gives clients the ability to do pretty much anything they want for an event. The inside of the barn is also spacious with two women and men bathrooms, storage closets, a kitchen and a room for vendors. I love this venue for many reasons including it s air conditioned, all furniture/ rentals they have are included, the location is private and lastly the staff is kind and helpful.

Very nice venue, large barn style hall with everything needed to host a wedding. Lots of parking and on site security. The only down side is there is a zero smoking policy on the property and if a guest does smoke (monitored cameras) than a fee is taken from the host s deposit. Tell Granma to bring her nicotine gum.

The White Sparrow is the perfect venue. It is stunning and offers so many options with all the indoor and outdoor space. Our wedding of 175 people felt comfortably full. Marissa Lothschutz was an INCREDIBLE wedding planner! She is so sweet and patient. She is very professional and highly efficient. She was quick to respond to any questions and was so helpful with ideas and solutions to anything that came up. She brought a wonderful energy to the whole day and is just a joy to be around. Truly loved working with her! Highly recommend the venue and 100% suggest using Marissa as a wedding planner!

It was a long, COVID road to finally see my daughters wedding come to fruition at this beautiful site. Stunning white barn backdrop with charm and character...the things portraits are made of. Marissa is the venue coordinator and helped me plan and figure out all things wedding at the Sparrow. Always was available for questions and suggestions. Met Anthony, the owner day of and he couldnt have been nicer. He was spending his morning making sure the chairs for the outside ceremony were just so while talking to us about the future of the barn...lucky future brides! So many places to take photos...that could have been a whole day in itself. Thank you all at WSB. It is something we shall never forget.

LOVED our experience! Absolutely beautiful and unique venue. From the moment our guests stepped foot on the grounds they were taking pictures and raving about the location. Big shout out to Marissa who knows that venue like the back of her hand and was our month of planner. She was FANTASTIC and made the day stress free and run smoothly. She is a great communicator and very efficient. It was unfortunately pouring rain on and off during the day of our wedding so we only got to enjoy the outside of the barn for a short amount of time, but the inside of the barn is so stunning that it didnt matter!!! We couldnt have been happier with The White Sparrow, all of our vendors, and how our wedding day turned out! We look forward to coming back in a year for more pictures!!!

My dream wedding came to a total reality on Sunday, March 31st at the White Sparrow Barn. From the wedding party, to the vendors, and every last detail; everything was PERFECT. The white sparrow is one of the most BEAUTIFUL venues I have ever seen! As a wedding photographer I have a hard time choosing backgrounds here because there are so many options and they re all so pretty!! My favorite part about this venue is the reception barn, of course. It s so majestic when you walk in. Photos don t even do it justice. The White Sparrow is an amazing wedding venue. It has so much room to create and personalize your vision. I have photographed several weddings here and it is always a pleasure. The grounds around the venue are part of what makes this place great. Its a beautiful little piece of the Texas countryside. There have been other venues hoping up all around the country that have directly copied this one. However, none of them have done it as well or with as much character as The White Sparrow!

Marissa was our point-person the majority of the time and we were so impressed with her especially. Overall I would give the venue its self a 5. But you can t really do anything like they tell you you can. The workers there are rude and judgmental.... the owner was very understanding of my situation but one of the girls was rude about it.... My wedding was great it was just little details about the staff that was 2 out of 5. I would do it all over but with different workers working there.

I dont get why people put up with this place. They are rude, arrogant people. They also try to ban anyone from carrying a handgun on the property. Come on people this is Texas with over 300,000 licensed gun carriers. So if your guest travel from out of town with a license to carry, these people have 30.06 & 30.07 posted at the entrance. So if they were to follow the letter of the law they would not be allowed on property, luckily there is another venue just around the corner that is even more beautiful and the people are great.

I am and always will be obsessed with this venue! We have been featured with STYLE ME PRETTY, and for good reason! Whether you want it to be an outdoor wedding venue or indoor wedding venue, it is GORGEOUS either way! We have shot both, and the photos always turn out amazing! The venue is great and all, but the rude and discriminating woman working there makes the venue not worth us coming back ever again. I see some other reviews say the same thing. She is discriminatory to non-white people, telling us to stay away or stop doing helping the photoshoot (doing our jobs) only to find her doing the exact same thing a minute later catering to the models doing the photoshoot. The gentleman who was working is very nice, but the rude woman needs to go.

My daughter got married at White Sparrow Barn this past weekend. Our process started in October when we booked the wedding. From start to final our experience could not have been more perfect!! I dont have 1 teeny tiny thing to even complain about. The venue is A DREAM!! You think its gorgeous in pics...its a million times more amazing in person! The staff was unbelievable - Marissa was our go-to and I dont know if she couldve been any more amazing! Every email I sent her about the dumbest thing (looking back) she responded in less then 5 mins. The bridals, she couldnt be more helpful. The day of the wedding - oh my goodness, from being everywhere at once it felt like, to get my grandson out of the car and having a show ready for him to watch on her phone, to fixing the girls dresses...Ive helped with weddings before and the venue person is usually sitting in the office the whole day IF you need her come and get her - not here - she was THE BEST!! The grounds are amazing, just for real MAGICAL! The FIREWORKS...OMG!! Im beyond grateful that this venue was built so our baby girl could have her dream wedding!! I seriously could go on and on...

What a gorgeous venue! One of my good friends growing up got married here, and the entire venue was breathtaking! While not large enough inside for more than 150 or so guests to fit without cramping them, the vaulted ceiling makes it feel more spacious and allows pristine late-afternoon sunlight to shine throughout. All the wood is white-washed, giving the entire place such a clean feel. Theres a covered porch with fans, great for late evening mingling and a more relaxed southern feel with some iced tea and a few games of horseshoes. From what I saw, I strongly recommend this venue at least aesthetically speaking.
