Food was cold so I dont pay $10 for a French fry and a burger and a drink when its cold so I wont go back Parking: The parking is not difficult to park but when you walk inside youve got cars blocked in the walkway when youre handicap is not right for me they shouldnt allow them to park in the crosswalks while theyre taking orders and just park and theyre waiting to move forward

The service is always wonderful! The orders are always correct! They are fast, efficient, and always polite and kind! I love this location! My go-to orders are the original chicken sandwich with fries or the chicken nuggets and fries with Polynesian or chick fil a sauce. Other favorites: the fruit, macaroni, and the icecream! I recently stopped by Chick-fil-A, and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome the moment I walked in. I ordered a chicken sandwich and waffle fries, and they were both delicious cooked just right! The restaurant was super clean, which is always a big plus for me. Even though I accidentally ordered the wrong shake, they made me a new one without any hesitation. They really went above and beyond with their customer service, especially for a fast food place. It s clear that they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you re looking for a place with great food and even better service, Chick-fil-A is definitely the spot!

What started as a missing large fry turned into an incredibly insulting experience. My wife mentioned that we were missing a large fry. No big deal, mistakes happen. When someone in a completely different uniform came back and asked for our bag, we were immediately confused. Weve never been asked to hand over the bag with our food in it after paying. When the same man in the new uniform came out and asked if we meant to order two fries, we realized what had happened. The employees screwed up and sent a manager of some kind because they thought we were lying. We gladly paid for the fries, as we wanted them and someone had made a mistake. But the more we thought about it, the more angry we became. We have never, ever been accused of lying or trying to steal from any establishment, sit down or drive thru. To add insult to injury, Chick Fil A prides themselves as a company with Christian values, and it occurred to us that the manager and employees violated those values in assuming we, as paying customers, were lying. Because why else would they ask for the bag back? Not only was my family judged, and not by God, but by teenagers and young adults, but we were offered zero apologies in the process once they learned of their employees error. I say this not for drama, but for realism. None of my family finished our meals, as we were so thoroughly disgusted by the treatment we received from such an openly Christian restaurant. We will not be returning to this restaurant, nor any other Chick Fil A establishment in the future. We will also be lodging a complaint with corporate.

My child loves going here to eat. So we go here a couple times a week . She gets the chicken strips. We usually go through the drive-thru. The only downfall is were always having to pull up and wait for her chicken. And when youre in a hurry its not always a good thing. Say yes I would recommend this place

My family returns to this restaurant almost every week! The food is wonderful and the service is usually very good. Occasionally, the quality of the food (i.e. soggy buns, crumbly biscuits) leaves room for improvement, but other than that, we have never experienced anything that has made us stop eating here entirely. A returning customer is one aspect of a successful business, and this restaurant excels in providing service that keeps people coming back. UPDATE: As with the location on Southwest Parkway, the service could use some improvement. My grandmother has had to go into the restaurant to order her Spicy Southwest salad WITHOUT black beans, as it seems that the employees cannot understand her when she orders via the drive-through. Also, there have been times when they have forgotten to include utensils in our orders.

I was extremely disappointed. First time ever I received bad food at a Chic-fil-a and it happened to be at the Wichita Falls, Texas location. The meat was cold the bun was cold like it had been sitting to the side for hours. I could literally hold it in my hand with not even a warm touch.

Food was great. We ordered 4 salads and all were great! The best part of the meal was when my daughter went to get an ice cream for her kids meal and the team member asked her if she wanted to do it herself. She got to go back and make her own ice cream and that made her day! Thank you!! What a sweet end to our long day.

To be entire honest I love the food, I love how polite everyone is and how clean the area always is when I visit. I do have one huge complaint however and it s that they can t seem to ever get an order correct. I ve been time and time again and everytime I have to return back to get what I ordered for in the first place with no refund. They ll remake whatever is wrong but in my opinion that doesn t account for the 20-30 min of my life I have to waste for them to make my order correctly, when it should ve been done correctly in the first place. Needless to say I ll be driving an extra 4-5min to go to the other location. Maybe they have better odds

Thinkntwice before going to this location its not like the rest! I asked for no lettuce and got it no worries I call them talk with a lead he asks I bring the sandwich back up no problem I ask if I can another small fries as my fries will be cold by the time I get back. I guess that was too much to ask needed to check with someone etc and started talking nonsense. If you look closely at the lettuce theres a black discoloration and it smells funny. Chik fil a be better. Seriously sad Ive never had a problem with this place but the service from that lead was terrible.

Service and atmosphere are always great. We did have an issue with the texture of 1 of our chicken sandwiches, but they quickly replaced it with no hesitation! Dietary restrictions: I have wheat and corn allergies, and I am able to eat their grilled chicken sandwiches with the gluten-free bun. As well as the waffle fries because they you a separate fryer for their fries than they do for their breaded items!

Every Chic fil A has the cleanest atmosphere even the employees uniforms are clean. On the other hand, why cant we request crispy fries or request our chicken to be cooked longer? Lots of people like food cooked properly, not under cooked fries and chicken or even doughy rolls on the chic n minis. Yuck!

Make sure they get your order right before you leave the line. Theyve gotten my order wrong so many times - stupid things like leaving the fries off of a meal or not putting buns on my sandwich. If you live further away, like I do, its just not worth it to drive back. And they cant do anything on the phone to correct it - just have you fill out a form that *may* result in a free sandwich coupon by mail (even if thats not what you were missing). The employees are friendly - its just too busy for them to get things right every time and the CFA refund mechanism sucks.

On last night me and my family was there eating dinner. The kids were having a great time playing in the playground area. When out of nowhere it begins to storms. I m a manager at Walmart so they call me and say we had lost power so I needed to get back. Remind you it me my daughter and four grandchildren and it s pouring raining outside. These young men you have working for you first tired to get us an umbrella it didn t work. The next young man got get one of us a rain jacket made sure my grandkids got to the car safely. I could not let this go unnoticed please if you have some type of reward system please acknowledge the whole crew that was there on 9-19-23 at around 8;00pm.
