I dont know where to begin.. Communication was excellent!!! Coordinating was a breeze, the suggestions and options are endless! Very experienced in decorative decisions, very original! Literally a one stop shop, show up, show out, and roll out!! The staff is Sooooo professional not only to myself but our guest as well. Cake was delicious!! So many compliments. The food is amazing altogether. Bar staff brought life to the bar, my guest had a blast with them! They packed up everything for us at the end of the night, food, cake, and all the drinks left over a literally a grab and go. The Dj was very very professional, scheduled a sit down with months out from the quenceñera with just myself, wife, and daughter to layout the foundation of the night. This really helped so much with the flow, we never planned a quenceñera before! The night went so smooth because of that. Venue host was on ground constantly to assist, security was very respectful with no issues. My daughter had a blast!! The venue was so amazing!! Well worth the expense. I would not change a thing!!! Prefect venue for any event especially a quenceñera... Thank u so much for making this night a special one to remember!!

Stunning Venue for a Magical Quinceañera Celebration 100/10! My family and I recently had the pleasure of hosting my sister s quinceañera at Embassy Events in Kingwood, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we were mesmerized by its elegance and charm. The spacious ballroom was impeccably adorned with twinkling lights, elegant drapery, and exquisite sparklers, creating a magical ambiance that left all our guests in awe. Not only was the venue aesthetically pleasing, but the staff also went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our event was executed flawlessly. From the initial planning stages to the day of the celebration, the event coordinator, Brunella, was attentive, professional, and accommodating, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Her husband was even so kind to do the blessing over my sister and her special day commemorating her transformation into woman hood. The catering services provided by The Towers Catering were exceptional, with a delectable menu that delighted our guests taste buds. The presentation of the food was exquisite, and the staff ensured that everyones dietary preferences and restrictions were accommodated. Furthermore, the venues convenient location and ample parking made it easily accessible for all our guests, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the event. In conclusion, I highly recommend Embassy Events in Kingwood for anyone looking to host a memorable and enchanting quinceañera or any special event. The combination of its breathtaking ambiance, attentive staff, and top-notch services truly exceeded our expectations and made my sister s quinceañera a day to remember forever for our family and especially my sister. We had our daughters Quince at this venue and we were blown away how everything turned out! From the decor to the food and the staff were all excellent! My guest cant stop talking about how beautiful everything turned out. The food was also a bonus! I definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!!! I also loved how they never once pressure me to sign a contract compared to other venues. I knew in my heart this was the place for my daughters Quince.

We had our daughter s 18th birthday last weekend. It was so beautiful and the event was a success! Thank you so much Ms Brunella and all your staff especially Ms Tatiana. They really helped us above and beyond to make the event very special and successful. We are so happy and very satisfied. They were so kind, helpful and very accommodating. Ms Brunella s decorations were so elegant. The food, music, lights and sounds, cake, fog machine, sparklers etc. were so over the top. The staff were so attentive to every details. If I have to have another event, I will do it in that same place again. We are overall a very satisfied costumer

Beautifully decorated venue , I had the 350 guest package and still had PLENTY of space on the dance floor! Our fajita plate for dinner was excellent! All of my guests had nothing but beautiful things to say about that night

We recently had our daughters quinceañera there, we went with the all inclusive package which made it very easy on us ! brunella and her team did not disappoint from the food to the decorating to the cake to the centerpieces everything was spectacular and beyond our expectations!

My family and I recently celebrated my daughter quince and I was so impressed with the work Brunella and her staff did. Brunella decorated the place so beautiful that it made the night extra special. Her staff helped out so much that when I requested something they were on it. The guest were overwhelmed on how the place looked and Brunella made the process less stressful for me. Every time I had a question or a change to the package she was quick to answer me. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely book again for future events.

Please note this is a genuinely honest post. Not to discredit the venue, but to share my personal experience. We selected this location primarily for cost and I loved how open the hall was. We opted for the all inclusive package thinking we would be able to save some money, because let s face it weddings are incredibly expensive! We first met with Brunella, and she was incredibly sweet and friendly. The meeting quickly made a turn when she started sharing her political views and the use of Ivermectin as a Covid Cure, this should a red flag as we were there to book a wedding venue, not listen to a lecture about her political views. After redirecting Brunella and making it known that we not wish to discuss politics, she was respectful of our wishes and the planning proceeded. Since we opted to do the all inclusive package, we were able to meet with her vendors. The first vendor , Alex, was for the food. He was very nice. We had several tastings and the food just got worse and worse. I will say his Charro Beans were absolutely amazing, but that was it. I explained to Brunella that I would not be able to serve this to my guests and she set us up with a mother vendor that was way better. ****We were incredibly surprised to see Alex, the first vendor, te night of our wedding, as he ended up being the security officer and bartender the night of our reception**** The cake vendor, Evi, was great!!! She communicated well, and made the most amazing cherry cheesecakes!! Our guests said it was the best cherry cheese cake they ever had! Our wedding cake was simple and tasty. Decorations were done by Brunella and her team. My colors were black, white, and gold with greenery. I explained on several occasions that less is more, and I did not want anything over the top. When we finally sat down to over Devore with Brunella and see a table example we everything we liked was now an up sale. We opted to make our own centerpieces. The main table was not what I wanted and we spent no time there. It was not the simple elegance we had discussed on numerous occasions, but was told not to worry because it would be perfect. It was not! The DJ was a hot mess. The DJ I had interacted with was not the same person who DJ d. We took the time to put together a song list, and 90% of the songs that were requested by our guests were not played. He was not interactive with the crowd at all, and it was a huge disappointment. We made the best of it though! The photobooth was included in the wedding. No one ever asked me for a design on the print outs, and it was in Spanish. My guests were primarily English speaking. The color was teal. I asked the photo booth engineer to change it, and he couldn t. The next thing I know the photo booth station was gone. Good thing I had a back up with a 360 photobooth. We did not receive our full refund because it was communicated that items were missing. I did not even see these items period, and was not worth the fight as were overall disappointed with the venue, Brunella, and the vendors. This place would be perfect for a quincenera or sweet 16, but I would not recommend it for a wedding. You get what you pay for, and all inclusive is not always best. This is smart business model for Embassy Events as they have an Event avenue, Church, and School under the same roof. The day of my wedding, they had students sitting at tables working and the tables were already decorated with our wedding decorations.

Bad poor communication... Doesnt want to give our deposit back have tried to reach out to the owner many times but nothing. Didnt even give us a chance to possibly change the date COVID happened and the party got cancelled. So why keep our money. At least have the decency to work with up or just give us the deposit back.

We had our event here for my daughter s Quince/Sweet 16. The place is beautiful! The staff beyond amazing!!! The place was beautifully decorated for us and it looked lovely!! The owner s were so kind and helpful to us!! The lights were great! I can hardly wait to see the video with the lights in the background bacause it s going to look amazing. Tatiana, Suzie, and all the rest of staff were great to us and our guests!! Everyone said how great the service was!!

Looks really nice from inside but bad service food was nasty and cold we had to go ask for it because the waiters were not doing their job to go leave it to the tables and dj sucks for real he kept messing up the music up. And it s sad because all that money you pay for your guest to be attended good but Overall bad service go spend your money somewhere else I do not recommend!
