I dont know where all these good reviews come from because I have had a terrible experience with these people. My grandmother has been waiting for a wheelchair since last week. Melissa has said it was out for delivery on friday 9/27, then she says it was out for delivery monday 9/30 and yesterday 10/1. Its still not there. Called and spoke with anthony who a supervisor and he said the best he can do is get it out tomorrow. The lies and miscommunication are terrible. If I could give zero stars I would.

Got a $5800.08 ortho bed from these people. When they installed it the people said that they would be able to move it for a fee. After getting these peoples answering service during normal business hours I went in person only to be treated by some women like I didnt matter anymore. They also had the radio blaring which made it very hard to hear through those clear panels. I was told that this wasnt the case and that they would not be able to move it. Aside from that a walker that I had bought as well broke and it hasnt even been a year. So they dont honor their own warranties, and sell substandard stuff at high end prices. Needless to say that are slow to process anything and blame others for their mistakes. They dont take responsibility for their actions. So I called my insurance and they called them, and they told me and the insurance I was fired as a patient. Only to call me later to tell me they will do it...FOR FREE, but wait theres more, I called the next day to take the offer thinking they were making it right but they were not, they were playing games, they set me up to cancel my movers to maliciously create more problems. These individuals are abusive and display erratic behavior. There are other DME companies. Oh and theres a sign that says No Public Bathrooms Texas Restroom Access Act, also known as Allys Law, was established in 2007. It requires businesses with at least three employees to allow customers with certain medical conditions to use their restrooms. EVEN IF THEY HAVE NONE TO THE PUBLIC. Denying a customer access to a restroom under Allys Law is a class c misdemeanor offense that can result in a fine of up to $100.

If I could leave 0 stars I would the staff at this place are so rude and inpatient with customers trying to get help. I would not recommend what so ever they are just ready to argue instead of helping. They are ready to say NO for any question that you may have, very unprofessional people. This is the worst DME company I have ever dealt with. I owned an adult daycare for almost 30 years and dealt with a lot of other DME s never have. I had one like this that doesn t care about the patient. My dad was in rehab and just went home. We were referred by the rehab to this DME company, they provided us with a bed for my dad it was never set up correctly. The bed keeps falling apart the rails, the bed is loose a rail fell off and hit my mother s leg and cut her. We called and reported it again and again first of all when we called we were on hold forever. They couldn t get us a manager or a supervisor then I threaten to call and report them, so they decided to send somebody they sent somebody by the name of Jose. He went to fix it, but couldn t because he didn t have the proper tools to do so he said he would return but never did. The bed just got worse. We called again and again and threatened called an attorney, but told him to hold off that we would try one more time which I did, they told me they would get back to me. They never did. But somebody did show up to fix the bed no sooner did they leave when the bed was already loose again I called again and no one answered. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. As I told him you can mess with me, but don t mess with my parents. I really wish they would take the patient more seriously so I think they re the worst DME company.

I live out of state and came to visit my mom in the RGV. She needed some durable equipment. I did not know which facility to pick. Based on reviews, I selected Renaissance DME I am happy I did! I was so impressed with the amazing teamwork of care I experienced! Customer Service to the Renaissance team is a priority. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. I would like to acknowledge Lisa and Melissa for their amazing help and extra care to my mom s needs. You are number one in the RVG!!! Worst medical supply.Mother in law left hospital 2 1/2 weeks ago from a broken hip and they been promising to del. Her wheel chair, walker, Shower chair,etc.. Has bed sores from lying in bed since she cant move around. Has missed doctors appointments cause of this.Shouldnt be in business. Have summited a complain with Better business bureau. Talking with lawyer for breach of contract. Not able to post 0 stars dont deserve one.

Jesse is the most wonderful driver delivery guy there is he is really nice and patient he delivered me my wheelchair I wasnt home he ask me where I was at and that he would deliver to me he did curbside delivery for me at Walmart parking lot took hes time to show me how to use the wheelchair really patient he put it on the bed of my truck for me afterwards he is wonderful I give him 100 stars Thank you Jesse!!!!

Bad service, weve been waiting for a wheelchair since before Christmas. We keep getting the run around and then they said it would be delivered on Friday and no show,no call that it wouldnt be delivered now its Saturday and they are closed, so now we have to wait another week. We need urgently the wheelchair to get my dad to his doctor appointments and to help him get around since he recently had his leg amputated. We need to get this resolved ASAP!

They were awesome there was a waiting list for the chairs as they came in the called coustomers it was worth the wait the chair is beautiful and more then what I was expecting truly a blessing and the delivery gentleman was awesome it was even his sons birthday and he said no ms when I m done with my route one more chair after you he put it together beautifully and explained everything how to use it and was not in rushed I thought what a great guy under the circumstances he made sure I understood everything answered questions he was awesome The you all very much I give the company definitely 5 stars

I was send to them by the hospital had no choice in it, worst service ever I call and they put me on hold for 15 mins ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they say they dont have one in the office. Have been trying to get them to come pick up some items because its hard having them here since my father passes away, called them 2 days after he passed away and they still havent come to pick up the items. I would not rate them if possible if I had a choice I would have used a different company. I just want the items to be picked its hard to have them here knowing my father is not here to use them.

To make matters worse, the receptionists are just as bitter as the owner. The owner has an ugly character and talks about clients in front of the people waiting at the reception. Best medical equipment company I have ever seen, the girls in front are very kind and friendly, they gave me my walker and taught me how to sedate it and open it. I loved the experience. They made me feel like family.

Was supposed to get 6 months worth of supplies for my special needs son and only received 2.. apparently because they didn t have a delivery available for my area & supposedly someone signed for all six deliveries.. definitely reporting them to insurance company.. never again!
