Absolutely love this place! The pizza is top tier thin crust and the waitress at lunch time is one of the most wonderful people Ive met. Every time my coworkers and I go in for lunchtime we are greeted and welcomed, sometimes with jokes (as our group consists of some larger dudes). Ive gotten takeout to feed my girls and their friends when we have sleepovers and their large pizza deal is unbeat, both in quality and price. Great business run by locals. 5/5 Vegetarian options: Cheese and veggie pizzas. My vegetarian friends enjoy them. Even if youre getting the buffet they will cook one and put it out, giving you first dibs on it. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed here.

Pizza was ok. Restaurant was dirty. Service was unsanitary. Server put hands all over drinks, coughed over a person food. Flys over the food. I understand buffets are hard to keep clean but this place is not top sanitary place. I can honestly say I have no desire to go back

Whenever I come into town, I insist on stopping at Pizza Inn. Don t get me wrong, Pizza Inn is a franchise chain, but this place is iconic. There is a long history of family management, the employees are fun and hospitable, and everyone knows everyone there. If you ever get the chance, stop by and have their breakfast pizzas. I think this may be one of the only Pizza Inns that does this, and the Boudin pizza is also delish!

We went in for a lunch Buffet. It was $12 but there was not a lot of varieties. They have 4 or 5 pizzas but they were all beef or had ham. It great if you eat those but for some who cant eat it is not recommended. The breadsticks were amazing and so is the staff.

I would have eaten the pizza buffet, but because there were about 8 other tables of guests, the buffet was basically empty. Every time they would put a new pizza out, it was immediately snatched up by the other guests. My husband and I decided to just order a pizza for our table. Because they were busy, we waited about 30 minutes for the pizza, but it was good.

Great little place to run for lunch after church! Reasonably priced buffet with pizza, pasta, ham/cheese stromboli, fresh salad and dessert. When I first got there it was slim pickens on the pizza, but as you can see, pizza came pouring out of the oven! Enjoyed my lunch...

Clean, Good local pizza and salad bar , Dine in - buffet kids under 5 not charged on my receipt. Friendly staff. Very convenient (No) distractions (No) kiddy casinos or candy in reach. Huge blessing to get in with a 5 year old and get them to eat in a decent atmosphere.

The dining room shuts down at 8:30. Don t bother even pulling into the parking lot after 8:00 because that s when the buffet stops. When the buffet closes, they should shut the door. Stopped us from even trying dine in. It was 8:25.

Hubby and I drove by today and Id remembered he missed going to pizza buffets, so we dropped in to check it out. It was great! There were a wide variety of pizzas, every employee we spoke to was delightful, and we left full and happy. The pizza was so good well probably order for pickup on other evenings, and I think weve found a new spot to bring the kids. Well be back again for sure!

This place is great especially for a quick lunch like we have to have over here. The waitress is on top of her game everytime we come here. Really helpful with anything you need and her personality is out of this world. They keep the pizzas coming out in a timely manner for the buffet and the salad bar is stocked well. This place was freaking cool. Me and my SO went here for a lunch date last weekend like as soon as they opened, and immediately as we walked in, the sweetest ol woman greeted us and immediately made us feel at home. Pizza was pretty good but i just couldn t get over the staff! All the gentleman who worked here were just so kind, and what really just iced the cake for me was that the entire time, Alice In Chains played. Every single song that played while we were there, was Alice In Chains. My absolute favorite. i have never heard it played anywhere else. I was blown away and never enjoyed a place so much. So to all the employees who worked opening on Saturday, April 30th, 2022, you guys all rock!!! And whoever created that playlist rocks even more!!!!

Pizza was hot, fresh, and filling just like my childhood when it was on 11th street in Beaumont! The customer service was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! With the wait, these guys STILL managed to serve great food and friendly service. Im excited about that! The price now and as long as THAT crew is working, we will be regulars! UPDATE: to no surprise since weve not seen the original crew that works there ... so we were notified that they would no longer be accepting online coupons. Perhaps that is also the reason that they stated original crust cost extra.. I guess they no longer want our business. I left one star because I thought it was very professional of Josh to even accept the coupons in the beginning anyway, seeing as though they did not take online orders. When we picked up our order and show the coupon, they allowed us to get one purchase of pizza at the sale price. However, we had to pay full price for the second pizza of which we did. It was saying to me though that since we had to pay full price we should have been able to get original crust but no harm no foul. We will not be going back and seeing as though its port Neches Im sure they will have no problem with it

Horrible experience with an elderly lady that works there. She completely gave my family and i horrible treatment and after she was done being rude i asked her if she had an issue with us. She responded as if she had done nothing wrong, so we walked out!!!!!! Do Not Recommend!!! Did not even get a chance to sit down because of the horrible service! Zero stars if i could!!!!!

I would give it a zero but I cant, the lady was so rude and agressive for no reason. My sister was translating for my mom since she doesnt speak english. The lady was clearly irritated.I believe we were treated wrong because we are hispanic. At the end my sister asked if there was an issue and she changed her act real quick. This all happened within 2 minutes and ended up leaving. This is all coming from what I noticed as a 13 year. I know me and my family will never go there again. Instead we came to brick oven in nederland and we had a great time.

I dont understand why people wont acknowledge you when you enter the restaurant. I could understand the front cashier who was on the phone but there were two other employees who looked at us and continued their conversation. We only stayed 3 or 4 minutes. The Pizza was delicious ,BUT the waitress was horrible. I know shes an older woman but if Im paying for service I would like to get service. At one point she was eating her Sonic burger 15 ft away from us all while our entire party was waiting on refills. It was a very awkward experience and disturbing at points. First time in the establishment. The customer service was great but the preparation area isn t the cleanest. No gloves being used during food prep, made me walk out. Also, nothing covers the cheese and other toppings in the prep area. The guy was prepping pizza and cleaning the wall at the same time with some rag. Crust was dug out of a bucket. I don t think I d order from here unless I m there to watch them prepare. 2 stars are just for them being nice.
