In this store, They charged me twice, I used my Apple Pay and they deducted the money from my card, I told the person who helped me and he told me that this happens very often with customers and that they would return my money later, and I paid a second time in cash and they did not return my refund to my card.

The place was clean . They quickly got my order . I Ordered the chicken California cheesesteak. They gave me beef instead of chicken. I gave it back and ask for chicken. They corrected the error quickly after a discussion amongst themselves in another language. The sandwich was meahhhh..not a lot of flavor. Didnt really like it so I didnt finish it. The fries were delicious . It is a thicker cut French frie salted perfectly. They had the crisp exterior with the warm tender middle. The lemonade was tart and sweet with plenty of ice.

Great classic Philly. I got it with all the recommended toppings. mozzarella sticks are really good. I almost skipped the drink in order to get Boba tea from the adjacent vendor and I am so glad I tried the strawberry lemonade. It was amazing.

Absolutely horrible, there will probably be an owner who replies that wants to make it right. I don t think anything could make right the fact that even when they are slow - it takes forever, the food was horrible (soggy) and cannot even understand how to evenly spread sauce across the bread. Every time i pass by (i work in the mall) i m disgusted thinking about the buffalo chicken i ordered. Take it off the menu, take this place out of the mall and replace it with ANYTHING else.

I am not one to complain or write poor reviews, but I have tried this place twice and both times have had a very awful experience. I ordered online so I didn t have to wait a super long time due to only having a thirty minute lunch break. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:55pm. I arrived at 4:00pm just give them a five minute buffer in case they were running behind. When I got there it was busy. I was very understanding since I was an assistant manager at Jersey Mike s for two and a half years and have been through the fast pace environment the food industry often comes with. I went to the online order pickup zone and nobody even acknowledged me. I spoke up and asked if they had my order. Nobody answered me. I stood back for about five more minutes and then asked if my order was being worked on. I get no response. Since I was not getting any help where I was supposed to pick up my order, I then sat in line for a good fifteen minutes to get to the front and ask for my order. He then gets my order which had been done the whole time and sitting on a counter. The man at the register was very nice and handed the order to me. I walk back to work (about a two minute walk) and when I go to take a bite everything is bone cold. It had been sitting there for so long it was not even warm. I couldn t even eat my lunch. The same thing happened the first time I tried this place and today I decided to give it another chance. I spent my whole lunch break waiting for food I ordered ahead of time. This was very disappointing and I will not be back. I understand being busy and I understand the rush that a fast food joint is put through, but neglecting a customer? I did not pay for that type of service and I won t be paying for that type of service in the future. I will find another place to eat next time.

We waited in a long line to order vegetarian sandwiches (cheesesteaks minus the meat). When we got to the front, they said the button to order that item was removed from their register. So, we weren t allowed to order that item. Ridiculous!! Never heard of such a dumb answer, when you have all the supplies to make the item your store store specializes in (minus the meat) and then you can t figure out how to ring up something else and get the price to be about right, but instead turn paying customers away.

This is the third time I attempted to order over the phone a to go order. The slang talking young man that answered the phone insisted that he would not and could not take my order over the phone. He told me I had to download their app and place the order through the app. I said I am not clogging up my phone with another unnecessary app and if he didn t want my business to continue insisting that I download their app to place an order that pays their bills. He said the owner is not here and can t do nothin bout that! Needless to say I found an alternative that doesn t require I download their app to do business with them. I will never order from this place ever after the third attempt to give money and business to a small business when they don t value my patronage enough to keep their employees from being so lazy that they insist on placing my order through an app that I don t have any desire to put on my phone.

Delicious and good quality Way more busier than other restaurants They are fast and you get your food fast enough. I love their original philly steak and chicken one If you want to eat Philly steak That is the best one They have to work on chicken philly more, not as good as I expected... I took my kids here for lunch on 12/7/19. The cashier took our order. My daughter specifically asked for no tomato or lettuce. We doubled that order for my son. The receipt reflected what we ordered. When my daughter brought the cheesesteaks to the table she pointed out that one of them had lettuce and tomatoes on it. I took it back to the cashier and explained that we got the wrong cheesesteak. He immediately challenged me and told me that s exactly what my daughter ordered. That s definitely not the correct response when a customer is telling you their order is wrong. To dig his hole even deeper, not only did he stand his ground with telling me we got what we ordered but he doubled down and explained that we asked for the second cheesesteak to be the same. So I pointed at the food and asked him do they look the same?! Either way your argument is invalid. I showed him the receipt which reflected exactly what I ordered. Realizing how foolish he was, he backed down and said I m not gonna argue with you but we ll remake the sandwich . I just couldn t believe what was happening. It was a very bizarre and unpleasant customer experience.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had with this Charleys location. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub. By the time I got to my sandwich after eating my fries the bread was completely soaked from the grease from the meat and cheese. When I tried to pick it up to eat it, the sandwich fell apart in my hands. Literally. I tried to eat it with a fork but the paper was stuck to the cheese and half the meat. I only got to ingest what is usually a good sub because at that point I was too frustrated to try and attempt to eat what was left of the reminisce of the sandwich that laid there before me. Extremely disappointed in this Charleys for not knowing how you properly package a sub sandwich like that.

Sad part I didnt even get a chance to taste the food. So this review solely based on lack of customer service. Their website kept giving me an error when trying to select my location (Grapevine). So I figured no problem, Ill just call it in while Im on my way. Oh no! Apparently thats not an option. I called them and asked to place an order. I was immediately told WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS BY PHONE. I try to tell them about their website and the error. They say YEA YEA... WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS BY PHONE. ONLINE OR UBER EATS. I hung up on him. Honestly, does it matter how the order comes? Money is money. Dont let technology ruin or take away from the customer service experience. Based on this experience Im good on visiting this location.
