My wife Melany & I got married at Autumn Oaks Event Center on April 06, 2024 and everything from beginning to end was a great experience for us. We first met with Tami (owner of Autumn Oaks) a year earlier to discuss potentially having our wedding at Autumn Oaks Event Center. We had toured numerous notable wedding venues in Lubbock and the surrounding area and Autumn Oaks was a great fit for us. From the moment we decided to go with Autumn Oaks Tami and her team were there for us and assisted us in fulfilling the vision we had for what we wanted our Wedding day to look like. From using their décor and scheduling meetings to create our vision to the level of communication and professionalism, I can reassure anyone who is looking for a wedding venue that you are in good hands with the Autumn Oaks team. Tami and the rest of her team turned our dream wedding into reality, worked within our budget and gave us guidance when we needed it. Also I cannot stress enough how beneficial it is working directly with the venue owner. If I had questions I knew that by dealing directly with the owner the answer I received wouldn t change. Kloi, our day of coordinator, was so thoughtful and easy to work with as well. We had some unpredictable weather on our wedding day and the Autumn Oaks team helped keep us on schedule and took all of the stress of the day-of logistics off of us. Melany & I cannot thank Autumn Oaks enough for making our big day one to remember! There are many great wedding venues in the Lubbock area, I suggest you at a minimum schedule a meeting in person to see what Autumn Oaks has to offer. It was the best decision we made and the customer service and the way we were treated throughout the 12 months leading up to our wedding day is why we are leaving this five star review. It isn t just how things are handled on your wedding day, it is how you are treated throughout the entire process of your engagement that makes the difference. Thank you again! Even when the skies opened up and literally rained on our parade, AO, their staff, and venue made my daughters wedding day PERFECT! Jason, Tami, and the gang work tirelessly to put together the wedding of your dreams. One of their coordinators, Kloi is the icing on your delicious wedding cake. She is the best day of coordinator, EVER! Highly consider AO for your special occassion!

Their wedding packages are priced fairly and customizable for what you need. The venue was outstanding! The wedding outside was just beautiful! The reception was perfect for the party after the event. Both sections were setup accordingly and we had no problems at all. They worked well with our other services and made sure we had the best night of our lives. Could not have been a better day for my wife and I. I highly recommend using Autumn Oaks for a wedding or really any event. They will not disappoint!

Very nice venue. Given that its relatively new is very well groomed and clean. Close to town yet quiet. The high fences in the courtyard grounds hide the rural farms adjacent which is a positive, the lack of rustic fencing otherwise reminds that its an intended barn like atmosphere, which lends to a very small loss of character which can easily be overcome by creative photographers. That said, adding some additional rustic stylings in the two alcoves along the rear exterior or rear porch may give some additional flare and country chic options for bridal portraits, and multi use photographic musings during events. Aside from that? Home run! In particular is the attention to detail theyve put into the preparation rooms w the brides room very feminine and soft and the grooms room very masculine styled w wood and leather trimmings. Above and beyond w not only available table/chair options that I noticed being available. Lubbock surely benefits from this venue being an awesome new addition on the scene!

My granddaughter chose Autumn Oaks for her outdoor wedding. The venue is new, clean, and beautiful! The pergola and grounds are pristine. A gem hidden away on Woodrow Rd.! Nothing in the South Plains area comes close to Autumn Oaks. The facility was amazing, but the owners were just as awesome! Professional, personable and so helpful - they went out of their way to accommodate us and our short timeline. I can t say enough about how impressed our families and guests were by the venue, Judy and her family. Thank you so much for a beautiful day and memories we will cherish always! Wow! I am blown away by this place! It is so perfect for any event, especially a wedding. I m ecstatic about having my wedding here come October! Everything was so well thought out from the floor plan to the natural lighting. The bride s room is so spacious and will be perfect for my large bridal party. I knew the moment pulling into the venue that I wanted to get married here. Judy has already been SO wonderful in the getting the wedding process rolling for us. She scheduled a tour for us last second and spent time with us and got to know our story. Just a few short days later, I got to meet with her again to go over everything and she has been nothing but kind and helpful! She is so genuine and keeps everyone s individualized needs in mind. I cant say enough about our wonderful experience celebrating our daughters wedding at Autumn Oaks on 3-24-18. The venue is gorgeous, inside and out, and Judy & Cortnee were so kind, professional and easy to work with. All of our guests kept telling us what a beautiful venue we had chosen and how much they enjoyed the wedding. Everything was perfect for their special day! If daughter #2 and #3 ever get married, I know we would want to return to Autumn Oaks for their celebrations too! Our daughter recently got married at Autumn Oaks. It was perfect! The venue is very nice, pretty and well set up. From the bride and groom rooms, to the kitchen, to the hall, it was a perfect fit for us. It was clean (inside and out) and Judy, the owner was so sweet. Absolutely amazing venue and owners. We hosted our semi-formal at Autumn Oaks and they offered us a fair price and were very accommodating to our needs. Autumn Oaks is very easy to work with and had everything ready for us when we arrived on the day-of to prepare and decorate! The venue is stunning inside and out. From it s classic style in the entry and vaulted ceilings to its beautiful landscaping by the gazebo in the back- this venue is PERFECT for any event! We will definitely be returning.

We could not be more happy with the selection of Autumn Oaks Event Center for the wedding of our daughter, Olivia, and her groom, Rusty, in September of this year. With us living in Denton and a bride living in Lubbock, trying to plan a wedding can become stressful but Cortnee and Judy were so great to work with and accommodated our requests as well as worked so very well with our wedding coordinator/vendors to make the whole day just wonderful! The facility was immaculate and allowed for us to put a few of our own personal touches to give the exact picture of the wedding my daughter had envisioned. My wife and I witnessed our friends Oscarr and Heather get married here, and I must say it is such a beautiful venue to get married. The outside is picture perfect. The grounds are well kept and the lawn is well manicured and the trees are positioned beautifully. The charm of the inside was equally as great. It seemed to have kept 200+ guests comfortably and had room for the bartender, catered food, photo booth, guest tables, and the wedding parties table as well as an area to dance. A well tended to Event center and a wonderful experience.
