Not one of the good ones at least not if your doing the online pick up just being honest it took way longer than what it was supposed to and half of our food was cold. I dont write reviews for the franchisee the manager made up for it I write it for the potential patron know if you order pick up its going to be a a cluster you know what every time and it will take forever.

There was a unclean odor once seated. The kitchen floors were trashy, greasy. The mens restroom smelled like straight URINE. That smell was worse than a nasty truck stop. I stopped coming here in the past because of the above issues. I returned thinking that things improved. Sadly to say, its gotten worse.

Two Words; Texas Steakhouse. Thats the TL;DR about here. And they are amongst the best in town imo. I have also misled you. This place is obviously more than just a steakhouse. Its a complete Texan experience. Its rowdy, loud, and a complete ruckus. But in all the best possible ways. They have a bar, but its also a family restaurant. They have many steak options, but they also have just as good non-steak dishes such as burgers and pastas. Its essentially like IHOP on steroids, but replace the pancakes with STEAK and having all sorts of TEXAN goodness furnished everywhere. Our service waitress was AMAZING, and she provided the best service of any restaurant in this entire town that I can recollect, she must have stopped by our table at least a dozen times! Absolutely amazing. Food was great, fun and loud atmosphere, very Big and Texan! Unforgettable experience, would definitely come back, and a great stop for a family dinner meet. Only fly in the ointment; imo their Mac and Cheese sidedish was a bit bland and pale, could have used more cheese. Other than that, awesome experience, and it is the quintessential TEXAN STEAKHOUSE experience that you can find in all of this town. A++ Parking: Big shared parking lot

Well, I have to say, this was not the best dining experience that I have encountered. There were many issues that I encountered. For one, you are asked to choose your own steak, which I found cumbersome and annoying. I figure that a good steak would be the standard, and having to choose your steak should be the job of the chef. This was not the case as I was given a very poor cut of meat that was almost seasoned well but tough and grisly. The hostess was dressed in a scanty shirt, and extremely short shorts pulled as far up as she could wear them. Then, I noticed this seemed to be the dress code for the female waitstaff as well. Service was poor at best, and our server was more interested in flirting with me and the other male patrons and staff. Which seems to be the culture here. The atmosphere rivaled a sports bar and not a steak restaurant. It was more like a Hooters, Bone-Daddies, or similar. But the interior at these places is usually at least presentable. This place was filthy, right down to the puddles of piss in the restroom, which isnt surprising because of the clientele, who seem to view it as a hook-up hang-out bar, and not a steakhouse. The other Roadhouses Ive been to were nothing like this. This place was loud, disgusting, and dirty, and the food was subpar for the exorbitant price. It is sad to say that I could have spent less money for approximately the same quality of food, had a better experience with better service, and dined in a cleaner establishment at Hooters. Sorry, but I was not impressed.

This is a good location to eat for dinner. I had the twelve ounce ribeye and it was delicious along with two side. We decided to make it a to go and the service was great. It was ready when we arrived and the server was very polite. I would recommend this restaurant.

I can t believe I m even writing this. The service for niece s birthday was awful. The staff were extremely rude and were rushing our family because they had other tables that needed to be sat. They didn t even sing happy birthday. I feel like we were being discriminated against. The experience was just overall all unpleasant. They were talking to the kids in a disgusting manner. I am currently still waiting on a refund for items I didn t have that were on my ticket after speaking to a manager in person.

If I could give Texas Roadhouse in Port Arthur, Texas zero stars I would! Not only was the service rude and dismissive, but the food quality didnt live up to expectations either. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. Also, they were rude to the kids, asking them if a table near us was their table and if so the kids needed to hurry and gather the trash because the staff had other tables to sit, to kids!! Also, one staff member gave out coupons to other kids and told them These are for kids that know how to act. There were also, wood roaches crawling around and the manager said it was not that big of a deal. Disgusting behavior. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall dining experience.

While sitting at the bar to have dinner I asked the bartender how much the red wine was by the glass because it was not listed on the menu. After much confusion (about 10 minutes) and her giving me the price for white wine I settled on a red wine. I ordered a ribeye steak with 2 sides. A salad and green beans. The salad portion was very small so I refused the salad and ordered a baked potato. The steak flavor was very good but it had a lot of gristle. Before leaving the restaurant I went to the restroom and it smelled like urine there was urine on the floor that needed to be cleaned up.

Review Update 3/20/24... You know what kind of restaurant you have when you show up 15 minutes before closing and they treat you like royalty! Church was really good tonight and we let out late so I barely got there before they closed. Honestly the best chicken fried chicken in Port Arthur! Served up with some yummy potatoes, some hot rolls with cinnamon butter and the best salad you can imagine, cold and fresh. Not to mention the ribs sidekick that was given to me complimentary for my birthday. Swing by and asked to be seated in Anikens section, shes the sweetest and the best... Previous... Almost didnt stop, parking lot was so full! They sat me immediately even though I was a party of one. Hot rolls/cinnamon butter and water promptly on the table, order in and ice cold salad out quickly! Enjoyed a fabulous, tender cooked to perfection sirloin steak with amazing loaded baked potato...just could not have been any better! Do yourself a favor, ask for Lesly and leave her a big tip, support our local wait staff!

It was a strange experience for sure. We used the app to wait. My 12 and 14 year old on my birthday went. We sat down, my girls ordered I ordered a drink. The drinks came back so I took a drink and the waitress said that they accidentally made the good version and that it wasnt the one on sale. So I said to take it back if they were gonna charge me for it when I ordered the other. So she took it back. Then the bartender pretty much told the waitress how she screwed up and how to do her job in front of all the customers which I thought was professional. Not really. After 7-8of waiting for my house cheap drink I asked for hey said its being made when I look over the bartender is on the other side staring off into the wall.the girls order I dont because I dont want to end up being a problem and asking for food exactly the way I want it. My youngest food was good my oldest got her steak raw and when I asked for it to be cooked longer it seemed to be a problem. She asked for medium and got medium to raw. And then when she got it back it was well done to chewy. 7-8 min later I asked for my drink to be canceled and asked for a water. A few moments went by and then B- Rad came up and asked if there was a problem. I said no and just the whole experience was not good this night.

This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. We picked it over the Salt grass because of their website. They really showed their menu options better. Our meal was excellent. Tasty. Perfect steak and I am picky about my steak. Service was excellent. Our waitress was being trained, her trainer was very attentive and picked up on things missed. But I had to dock a star for the insane loudness of the music. I love music and am still young enough to appreciate some volume but that volume is annoying for a restaurant. We had to repeat ourselves to the waitress numerous times, talking at our table consisted of what did you say? and then silence as it was just easier. Id go again and hope its not always like that. The food quality gives you that. Parking: Free parking but a small lot for such a busy and large restaurant.

Have been here multiple times with no issues, food is always amazing, staff is always friendly, and the music isn t over powering where you can have conversation. One of our favorite spots to eat as a family or date night Parking: Can normally find a spot unless Saturday dinner that can be difficult. Kid-friendliness: We always take the kids here! The place is cozy but I would say a little tight, many tables in a small space, the service was good, nothing out of the ordinary, a respectful girl. But what I really loved about this place was the food, wow, without words, I didnt have many expectations from the place and it left me delighted, I tried a dish that came with shrimp and steak, and two sides included, we ordered fries and mashed potatoes , both delicious, the meat was perfectly as I wanted medium rare, very juicy and soft, a delicious flavor, remembering it makes my mouth water, I highly recommend this place if you like roast meat!!! I would just like to mention that the table where they sat us had a lot of papers on the floor, as if there was a party with gift bags before us, I found it unpleasant to have all those papers between my feet, I would have preferred a little more cleaning, but I emphasize the phenomenal food!!! I will definitely return to eat that dish again, and the portion was enough to share between two, although if you are very hungry I recommend that everyone order their own !!!

Hate to make this review. This has always been a favorite restaurant of mine. However, our latest visit was not good. The food itself was mostly great, thats not the issue. Our server misheard me when I ordered the steak smothered with mushrooms and instead brought it with shrimp. I informed him of the mistake. He brought us mushrooms. We had to flag someone down for a refill multiple times, just one refill. Waitress said she would grab it for us, someone else said they would, then finally our waiter showed up with it. The receipt showed a charge for the uneaten shrimp as well as the mushrooms. Why charge us for both for your mistake? I happily accept paying for the mushrooms we ordered, but to charge for the shrimp? Ridiculous. Finally, I used the pay at table function. When it got to the tip screen I attempted to put in a custom tip. The screen glitched, froze, said thank you and asked if I wanted a receipt emailed to me. Frustrated realizing it chose a tip for me, I said yes and put in my email, only not to receive the receipt. Overall frustrating. This was 2 weeks ago. Just decided to cool off about it before posting my review.

Yesterday I had the Worst service experience with a young waitress, we had to ask for the rolls since they never offered them, we ordered some chili appetizers that arrived cold, we ordered 2 Jamaican Cowboys that took a long time to serve and when we ordered another round the young woman told us It says that we must take the full drinks to order the next ones, which leaves us with nothing to drink for the next 10 to 12 minutes since the bar is very slow. I just hope they can train their employees better, since I like the place but these experiences make us move restaurants and never return.

My experience at Texas Roadhouse was fantastic. The starter menu was quite nice, especially their fresh bread, which I have to highlight. The option to choose hand cut sirloin beef, particularly the mushroom-topped one, left a lasting impression due to its exquisite flavor. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The restaurants comfortable and cozy atmosphere added to the overall dining experience. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided prompt service. However, I should mention that the wait time was a bit long, likely because it was a weekend. Nonetheless, Texas Roadhouse, with its exceptional dishes, special steak options, delicious fresh bread, and hospitality, is a place Ill definitely visit again.

My to-go server was great. She always is Hispanic girl with braces. Shes gonna be manager someday But my food tonight was the worse ever. Maybe its time for me to upgrade to Ruths Chris. Dont get me wrong, ive been eating at Texas Roadhouse for 20 years so it cant be bad But maybe our relationship has soured Parking: Parking is typical for Texas Roadhouse
