Great bar with steel darts, shuffleboard, pool tables, lots of TVs, and a decent menu. Stopped in for the first time this evening to have a beer with my wife and dad. The service was great with a very positive vibe. I liked the spinach artichoke dip and my wife liked the chicken sandwich with onion rings.

I can t say anything about the food or the service because it smelled so much like cigarettes I couldn t eat. I mean when we walk through the door, you could ve cut the cigarette smoke with a knife. I was invited to this place but next time I will decline the invitation.

The staff were rude, and we noticed racist behavior. We spilled some beer, and the waiter with a beard just gave us napkins and told us to clean it up ourselves. This was very disrespectful. I dont recommend this pub to normal people. Highly recommend this place to people with racist behavior.

Upon coming to star bar i thought that it d be a nice place to enjoy some food and drinks and get treated with great customer service but that wasn t the case. If you ve read the reviews about them being racist , they are more than true. It may seem as tho your getting treated slightly fair in the beginning but it won t take you long to notice the different treatment between people of color and whites. And don t think it s only the staff , it s also the customers. The owner makes it known with his rude gestures and blank stares that yes he s open to taking your money if you have color but he is not there to greet you with the big smile and over the top service he gives to his fellow white guest. FOR STAFF : If you re willing to take money from all then treat all the same. It s 2024 , if you re not able to do that then maybe this ain t the business for you. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anybody with a genuine soul.

This sports bar has been around for a long time. I havent been here in over a decade and not much has changed. They do allow smoking inside so plan on leaving smelling like a cigarette if you dont smoke. I dont smoke so it was hard going home smelling like cigarette smoke. The service is the best Ive seen for any sports bar. The food was good. You have the ability to play darts and pool.

Have been going to both establishments for many years (well over 10) even when the other closed (years ago) as it was near my house. Food is great and the bartenders and staff are great people as well are the patrons. Upper Management like Johnny and Homer are awesome and cant say enough about how well they treat the customers. On the other hand, if you arent being supper nice to the owner you are not worth his time. Good luck and hope you dont run into him! You will know who he is by his demeanor!!!

Had to edit my review and knock off a star. Used to be great food, but the last time I took wings home, they were terrible. There was pieces of bone all over the outside of some of the pieces. I almost broke a tooth. Many of the wingettes had the bones all broken up inside. It was not just one or two and it was obvious that many of the wings were just tore up and misshapen. Good service and good food. I dont smoke, but I love being in a bar that smells like a bar should smell.

To the owners of this place: You need to know how bad Homer treats your costumers. Last night ( as Ive been doing for months) I went there with my friends to eat and have a good time like we do every Wednesday and when Johnny, Bethany and Ashley are extremely wonderful, cordial, social and go above and beyond. This week, we decided to go on Tuesday. HUGE MISTAKE. From the moment we sat down, our waitress (Bell) will take for ever to come to our table even tough the bar had very little people at the time I was there. We had to ask multiple times for things that we order, like drinks, butter or crawfish refills because she said she didnt hear that but it happened more than once. The last time we order crawfish refills, one more time she did not put the order in, and when we asked almost 15min later is when she actually placed the order.... about 20 min after that I had the idea to ask this Homer person what happen with our food because it has been over 30min at point to which he reply that was not true and started arguing with me even tough I told him she put the order in after we asked for the 2nd time. He continue to be rude, offensive and disrespectful so I just requested my bill to which he reply Good because no one wants you here. Keep in mind that only myself requested the check, everyone else at the table was planning to stay a bit longer, but he brought everyones check pretty much kicking us out. I have no idea what kind of training they are taking before they deal with customers, but let me tell you that is not the way NO ONE expects to be treated EVER.

Stopped in on a Tuesday with hopes of grabbing some food. Bar was busy with a large biker crowd. They do allow smoking and with the bar as busy as it was ordering food was out of the question. Service could have been better but was adequate and given the crowd they were busy but also not very organized. Awesome service! The girls and Homer are very attentive to the needs of those st the bar. We go there frequently. The food is awesome. Had thr crawfish boil. The cook did an awesome job on that. I ordered 2 lbs for myself and my bf had another 2 lbs. Boil flavor was perfect. I haf my spice and butter on the side. couldnt finish it. What is in the pic is my leftovers. Only thing i dont like is that people smoke cigarettes inside. But if u can handle it, its a great bar with a good mellow atmosphere.

Ashley is extremely condescending and thought joking about suicide was appropriate. She argued with me like a politician when I was only making light jokes. My friend who was with me is experiencing severe depression and she was extremely rude and hurtful with her comments stating you both are kind of douche bags . Ashley was a terrible bar tender and was hurtful in every single way. She attempted to turn several conversations political and pushed the narrative of our multiple conversations in that direction. I give Ashley a -0 review because she was absolutely revolting with how she treats us. Arguing with patrons who are having personal conversations is not appropriate in any sort of venue. She consistently butt in to our conversations and then created negative avenues of experience for us. I would never recommend Ashley or this bar.

One year later, when I came to this bar again, it should be 2021, on March 12, I personally experience, two middle-aged men gave me wine, and lure me to take drugs, I was rejected on the spot and told him that my brother is a policeman, just picking me home at the door. Ask the bar boss to let them stay away from the bar, dont poison others. The staff here is great. Very friendly and on top of the whole place. The drinks are cold and they offer a variety for everyone. BUT the food... is great! It is bar food, but the wings, chicken wraps, queso, nachos.. all are top notch. We often dont stay too long due to the smoking inside, but grab a quick drink, food to go, always a good time

Very good size crawfish and price, 4 star because crawfish were not purged and was not cleaned inside, so much gunky stuff, no garlic and on seasoning on the shell
