Found this place because I prefer to support small business when given the opportunity. Lady I dropped my photo off with was great. Friendly lady with blonde hair I believe. There was no paperwork. My photo enlargement order was ready the next day! Very fast service. Paper quality seems average. This part of my experience was great. The brunette I picked up with grilled me on never ending details about my order when she had a little trouble finding it under my name. When she ask the size, I told her it was the same as the one they had there on the wall. Im no expert in photos and sizing... She made a smart comment like well thats a whole lot of information. I was in a hurry and didnt want to deal with her attitude. Dont blame the customer when you have trouble finding an order. Perhaps theres room for improvement on your pickup process/organization. I would have rated 5 stars but bumped it to 3 because of my pickup experience.

Great place to get local prints done. Being photographers themselves they understand what you want and give you just that. I went in needing some 8x12s and they delivered next day.
